Located in Mission Beach, this lovely house for $1,681 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. OCEAN FRONT in the very best area of South Mission Beach. There really is nothing like being ocean front. A beach vacation is always nice but the difference from being a few blocks away from the ocean and being ocean front is really like being miles apart. This is an opportunity to be ocean front in South Mission Beach one of the premiere locations any where in the world and our location is away from the large parking lots where the beach gets crowded. Many days at our house you'll feel like you are on a private beach. Treat your family to an OCEAN FRONT vacation and you'll never want to stay anywhere else. Fantastic views from this second floor unit, a five bedroom three bath that comfortably sleeps 12. Downstairs step onto the beach or enjoy our 50 foot wide ocean front patio with tables, loungers and umbrellas with shade. We also have a one bedroom that sleeps four at the same address VRBO 560930. Ocean front living and dining room that seats eight (seating for four more is available at the bar). TV room with 60" smart TV. Directly off of the dining room is your upstairs deck with a gas grill, it's perfect for people watching and always one of our guests favorite places. Seven beds total. King bed in master bedroom with attached bathroom, Two bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom with queen and twin bed which has a separate entry. One bedroom with a single twin bed and there is also a queen sleeper in living room. All linens provided. Direct-TV in all rooms. A maximum of 12 people are allowed on the property at any time. No events or parties are allowed, we are best suited as a family getaway. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. Quiet time must be observed between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. this is strictly enforced. Music must never be loud enough to be heard outside your residence. If your noise can be heard by your neighbors, then it is too loud. The regulation must be observed 24 hours a day. San Diego Municipal code 59.5.0501, 59.5.0502 OUTDOOR Deck talk and music must not bother your neighbors and after 10:00 pm must cease or be taken inside your residence. Even moderate conversation will carry because of the close proximity of the houses in Mission Beach. Loud or boisterous activity will not be tolerated. Cost of police response will be charged by the police to those people occupying the property. San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.051, 59.5.0502 If you find that you have to do a little tel-commuting while on vacation there is one desk in the living room and two bedrooms have a desk as well. Fully furnished well equipped kitchen with top of the line Wolf oven and stove to prepare your favorite meals, Sub-Zero refrigerator and beautiful Brazilian river rock granite counter tops. Satellite TV in all rooms and free WIFI access. Downstairs step onto the beach or enjoy your 50 foot wide ocean front patio equipped with table, chairs, loungers and umbrellas. Just a block away you'll find a liquor store, a grocery store, a coffee shop, a pizzeria, a bar & grill and take out Mexican food. We're a five minute drive from Sea World, a 20 minute drive to the world famous San Diego Zoo and about 40 minutes to Lego Land. San Diego is home to many golf courses including Torrey Pines about 30 minutes away. Tandem outside parking for two cars, trucks or SUV's you won't have a parking problem here.

My brothers and i had great time the condo was as described with a awesome view beds were comfortable and all amenities were as expected. There were plenty of things to do and places to eat all with in walking distance. Fore sure would stay again.

Great location and accommodations for a family!
We had 11 people in our group and we were under the assumption that there were 6 bedrooms, so we made some adjustments and made it work.

Communication with Larry, the owner, was amazing. He answered all my questions ahead of time. The day of our getaway, let me know that there was work being done which would finish around checkin time. We had one minor issue with the shower and he came to fix it right away.
The views and location were second to none. Loved being on the beach and having the incredible windows to watch sunset each night.
Lots of space for the group of 7 friends to spread out. Everything we needed to cook dinner,eat breakfast, and make lunch to take with us was there.

location was fantastic. Larry was super responsive I texted about the beech facing windows where salt stained and within an hour he had someone there to clean. some of the floor covering where stained but loved the kitchen and the supplies. would definitely do again

This house has an amazing view. The kitchen had a great wolf stove that I love. We had rain so we stayed in one night made dinner and played games. Wasn’t crazy about hauling all our stuff upstairs and down. Wish it had a table and chairs on the top deck. The house was clean and cozy. Just enough beds and baths for 8 of us. But like I said the view was amazing.

Second time staying here. Enough room for 8 of us. New flooring in some of the bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Fantastic ocean views. Short walk to Belmont park. Spotty internet/cell service in the back part of the house, noted cell service can be spotty in Mission Beach.

There was enough room for all 4 couples we played games at the huge table and DE late afternoons and barbecue dinner on the patio one night it was perfect and everybody enjoyed it and the beds and everything we're so comfortable..... Everybody commented how for a vacation home the furniture was and the beds.... It will definitely be back

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. Perfect place to host our large family. Very clean and accommodating. The location of this property is excellent. On the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. Loved sitting on the deck watching the sunset. We can’t wait to go back!

I had a pretty good experience overall despite the very stiff and hard to open patio door which serves as the main entry door. Take note that the amenities does NOT mention air conditioning, for elders and those who may be accustomed to such luxuries. However, opening all windows will cool the place down within 10 minutes...at least in my October! Water would not come on in the shower in the 2nd bathroom with full tub but I didn't bother the owner about it. The place is definitely comfortable but well lived in. Updated bedroom furnishings would go along way in justifying price and enhancing the experience.

Another Great Stay
Perfect place for us, my in-laws, sister and her family -- 11 people ranging in age from 6 to 80. This is our goto place every summer and glad to be back after missing the last two years.

This became a non-issue however as we were able to access the front patio with no problem. Just good to be aware for anyone with mobility issues. Property manager was responsive and extra helpful with our questions.

We love Mission Beach! We have stayed at different beach houses in this area and this one has been our favorite! It's perfect for big families that want to be together but also need room to spread out.

We had an amazing stay on Mission Beach. The location right next to the ocean was incredible! It was perfect for five adults (a group of teachers from Colorado). The unit could use an update on flooring, decor, and furniture as it was all pretty dated. It also had a slight musty smell. However, the price was very reasonable and we spent most of our time outside! The property manager was very communicative and check in and check out were easy. All and all, a great place for a weekend get away!
