We all had a great time. Tracy was a excellent host we all thank her for a memorable trip.

We loved the outdoor space - well equipped with paddle boards, kayaks, fishing gear and a fire pit! Perfect for our family reunion.

My husband and I along with our 4 kids and both sets of grandparents came to key largo for the first time. We had grand plans of venturing out to the Everglades, further into the Keys, etc but WE NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE THIS HOUSE! My kids and my hubby along with Grandpa love to fish. We caught so many different kinds of fish as well as several sharks right from the dock! The home was comfortable and when an issue with the a.c. came up mid-trip, Tracy worked with us to remedy the situation as soon as possible. The pool is heated and clean, the hot tub is a perfect 95 degrees (we are used to 104 but with the temps being as they are down here, 95 was perfect). We each had a turn on the kayaks or the paddle boards. We each loved how many sitting areas the house has. I could go on and on but basically, we loved it and will be back (unless we just leave everything and move to Key Largo like we planned over mimosas in the sunshine nearly every morning....).

Easily located to many stores while hidden in the back roads for privacy. Needs a little more closet space in main floor bedroom but doable and enormous living space for many people. Many nooks to socialize in or hid and escape. Tracy responds immediately to any needs or concerns. Wonderful time and will definitely consider again.

We had great weather and spent most of our time outside so the property worked well. The pool, lounge chairs, hot tub, dock and firepit were all great. The interior space is a bit small for a group that size so if the weather had been bad we would have been pretty crowded. Only other issue is the lack of light inside the house. More fixtures or brighter bulbs would be helpful. It took awhile to figure out which switches controlled which lights.

It was close to the grocery stores & bait houses. Our family was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the house & property. We would and probably will stay here again. The POC was responsive & very nice to work with. If you are thinking about staying here you should!

Loved our stay at this beautiful home. Owners/managers are very helpful with tips and information. Lots of great places to eat nearby. House is absolutely amazing. Had 9 people stay here and there was plenty of room. Great place to vacation if you're looking for laid-back, relaxing time. Plenty to do with activities as well. We will definitely be coming back; hopefully for family vacation next time!

Our stay was a rendezvous of eight family members from the Midwest. We had the most wonderful time fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, swimming in the pool you know all the thing one might like to do while on vacation, we had it all. We had a variety of weather days that did not ruin anybody day, plenty of shad areas, plenty of sunning areas, Rained pretty hard so we moved to the lanai and sheltered from the rain. Plenty of space inside and out if you need a little quite time from the mother in law. The only surprise was the pictures did not show how roomy and nice this place actually is. The owners did not try to make this place out to be something that it’s not with strategic pictures. I appreciate that! The answer is YES! We all would love to come back next year. Thanks for sharing this piece of paradise.

We had tons of room for our group of 7. You will wish you had invited more people.
Everything was close. For divers and snorkelers check out the great folks at SailFish Scuba. For great fishing, check out Captain Ray on the Reel McCoy out of Bud n Mary's in Islamorada. At night, kebobs on the grill, a cigar by the firepit, and a quick dip in the hottub will have you sleeping like a baby.
