A modern and comfortable stay in Tokyo

The structure has a wonderful rooftop from where it is possible to enjoy the sight of Tokyo (by night it’s incredible). We did not manage to enter the onsen since we were most of the time sightseeing but definitely something to do, but beware in case of tattoos: you can ask for patches to cover them (10x12cm) but up to two patches at maximum. Moreover I appreciate the view from my room (16th floor) and the proximity to the metro. The breakfast was excellent, with a vast variety of different food to try. Undoubtedly recommended for a stay in Tokyo. P.s. 500 meters away from the structure is located the Hie temple, a very nice place to visit to enjoy nature in the middle of the city.

The only black spot was, maybe, due to one mine misunderstanding about the onsen. I did not read, proceeding with the reservation, about the patches. I discovered it only when in my room.

Cheap for a reason

The restaurant is quite nice.

The size of the rooms is ridiculously small. The interior design is the epitome of bad taste. The restrictions on tattoos in the public baths can be understood in local baths but are harder to understand in an establishment with international customers, especially when there are equally easy and less damaging solutions such as different timings.

Die Lage

Die Größe des Zimmers und die schlechte luft, es heizt sich extrem schnell auf, obwohl draußen weniger als 20 Grad sind. Außerdem werden die Zimmer nur alle drei Tage gereinigt wenn man nicht explizit eine Reinigung verlangt. Und wie soll man seine Handys laden, is gab nur einen Funktionsfähigen USB Anschluss.

清潔で快適でした。

静かで裏に日枝神社もあり美しい環境清潔で備品、設備が整っており大浴場があるところ何より地下鉄の駅がすぐ近くにありどこへ行くにもアクセスが良く快適にお過ごしました。スタッフも良いです。

ダブルベッドひとつの部屋でしたが部屋が狭いところが残念ベッドの長さももう少し長ければ、、少し短かかったです壁紙の模様が茶と黒の柄で暑苦しい感じでした。サウナがあれば嬉しいです

Das Zimmer ist sehr sehr klein, zu zweit schon fast fragwürdig, das so zu vermieten. Preis-Leistung stimmt damit überhaupt nicht mehr.

Exceptional hotel with a free onsen and great staff! Breakfast could be better.

The room was clean and the onsite free onsen was a benefit we took advantage of daily! We both have tattoos, and while I was able to cover all of mine, my husband was only able to cover a few of his. Despite this we never had an issue with anyone complaining about his tattoos, which he was afraid of! The staff were very kind and helpful - we had issues with ordering some pizza and the staff assisted us with a smile :D

Everything at the hotel was exceptional, with the exception of the breakfast. We were disappointed as most of the food served was cold, even though we went right after breakfast hours started. The only hot food was the rice and coffee.

Great experience in a hotel with public baths. Convenient location to most areas and friendly staff.

Location was great. Staff were friendly, had a very easy check in and check out. Public baths were a great bonus. Laundry room was very handy.

Rooms were a little on the small side but this is normal for Japan, so got used to it. The decor is very very garish-not very inviting. There is no storage, apart from placing your cases under the bed. The rooms would benefit from sort of shelf or drawers, not sure where they would go but something to think of. The amount of books per room on the only shelf available and ‘stuff’ on the desk was also very unnecessary, maybe rethink all these, we put them in the floor under the desk. when our room got cleaned they were replaced so we had 2 sets ☺️I’m sure your guests would prefer this area for their own toiletries and cosmetics, especially with the room being so small.. Too many plastic bags - the change over of towels and bathing robes were in excess. The rooms were small so having deliveries everyday of towels and robes was in my opinion unnecessary.

A luxury and pleasant stay.

First of all, the location of the hotel is perfect. You have 4 metro station nearby, Akasaka with it's many restaurant and the residence of the prime minister is almost on the other side of the street so this is a very safe location (even if, in japan almost everywhere is safe). The room was clean and the staff nice and polite. Premièrement, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfaite. Il y a 4 station de métro à proximité, le quartier de Akasaka et ses nombreux restaurant, et la résidence du premier ministre est presque en face de l'hôtel donc le quartier est très sûr (même si généralement, il fait sûr partout au japon). La chambre était propre et le personnel serviable et polis.

The only small negative things i would say was the self check in kiosk. It is in english and the staff help you do it, but still, i prefer the "old way" talking directly to the receptionist. Le seul point négatif que je soulèverais serait le self check in. Il est disponible en anglais et le personnel vous aide à le faire, mais je préfère tout de même parler directement a une personne.

On a beaucoup aimé TOKYO ! On est satisfait de notre séjour ! Mais vraiment déçue de notre chambre !

Bonjour HÔTEL APA. J'ai bien aimé votre Hôtel qui est magnifique de l'extérieur, mais j'ai été vraiment déçue de la grandeur de la chambre ! On ne peut pas louer des chambres de cette superficie ! Que ce soit en couple ou en couple avec 1 enfant, surtout qu'on a loué une chambre de LUXE ! La situation géographique est plutôt pas mal, le quartier est vraiment sympathique !

MA CHAMBRE !!! Le fait de ne pas avoir de BAR dans L'Hôtel ! C'est toujours appréciable de prendre un apéro au BAR de L'Hôtel !

今回は受験のために宿泊。都心なのに静かで落ち着いたロケーションにあり、勉強に集中できました。大浴場も清潔で快適でした。

APA Hotel Pride - Excellent Hotel in Tokyo

Everything is excellent! The location is superb! It is too easy to travel by subway. The staffs can speak English well. There is also a Seven Eleven very close by (near subway station) for last minute purchases. The room is clean. Hotel amenities are great!

The room is a bit small, but acceptable. I think this is common in Japan. Apart from that, everything is excellent!

I would stay here again!

It was as described when I booked. Service was good and they accommodate my early check-in and bags storage without complications. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good as well with a few options to choose from. There is a train station close by that connects well to several areas. The room is a bit small, which was not a surprise or issue for me but good to keep in mind if booking here.

Nice location, onsen in the top floor. Bed very comfy, bath tube in the bathroom of the room included. AC isn’t very good. It’s either to warm or to cold.

素晴らしく快適！ここに連泊で良かった

部屋が明るく綺麗、コンパクトながら豪華な印象。ドリンクのサービスや大きなテレビモニターも良かったしスーツケースがベットの下に入って邪魔にならないところも良かった。大浴場も素晴らしかった。

Love this place. I will be returning.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything I wanted to do with several metro stations close by. At the same time it was quiet because so close to the National Diet. Not a big nightlife area. The staff was very good. The spa was a wonderful treat every evening. The room was perfect.

It took me a while to figure out the heating system. It was very cold in the room until I figure out how to turn on the heat. I had not realized that “Air Conditioning” also meant heat. I thought it was just for cooling. Even once I figured it out, it would get way too hot quickly. And then hard to cool down. Luckily the hallway was very cold so opening the door for a short time cooled things off. It took me at least a week to figure how to stay comfortable with the room temperature.

Dusty but amazing

The onsen was amazing, the service was amazing. Everyone was really nice. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean, modern, and luxurious. I loved the bathroom and option for onsen. I loved having trashcan under the desk and trashcan in the bathroom

Wish breakfast lasted longer / wish you guys offered lunch Rooms were very dusty, I would fluff my pillow, and bunch of dust would fly into my eyes. Very congested most of my stay

El onsen y la ubicación.

No tiene sauna y las instalaciones muy decoradas para luego no cumplir con una buena climatización en el edificio. Sales al pasillo y hace mucho frío comparado con la habitación y las instalaciones.

Great location, clean facilities

Location was great, within walking distance from the Namboku and Ginza lines. The other lines (Chiyoda and Marunouchi) are a bit of a distance away. Room was very clean and had everything we needed for a good stay, including complimentary drinks! There's even an onsen in the hotel!

Room was slightly small, so I would pack less if I were to stay at this hotel again.
