Two additional, spacious bedrooms are located in the rear of the house, each with a queen size bed and one with its own private full bath. Nature's Crossing is complete with wireless internet, a flat screen cable TV/DVD in the living room, and window air conditioning units for guests' comfort. Located just 10 minutes from Penn Yan, and 15 minutes from Hammondsport, guests of Nature's Crossing will be conveniently located to area attractions such as the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, The Windmill Farm and Craft Market, and several fine restaurants. For those that enjoy swimming and boating, the Keuka Lake State Park is just a one mile drive from the house. For boat rentals, there are two marinas just a quarter mile south of this property that offer daily and weekly boat rentals! Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting.
