Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: H4 was a quiet, simple but well appointed condo approximately half a block from the beach. The garage area on the ground floor made storing allof our beach supplies (and parking 2 cars!) very easy. The place was well stocked and had sharp kitchen knives which is rare for a rental. Check in and out was easy. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were fine as well. There were 2 nice patios and a newer gas grill. We had issues getting the WiFi and smart TV to work but that might have just been us, and it didn’t affect our stay because we didn’t really need those things. We saw a few tiny roaches but the place seemed very clean other than that. The management company (Paradise)was efficient and friendly and I’d recommend using them.

This property has a great location by the beach. You don’t have to walk across any roads to get there. The property was okay. Could have been better but I just feel like there isn’t any attention to detail. The dead cockroach on the floor was the first thing we saw entering the property. I pulled out a pan later in the week to cook with and a live cockroach ran across my arm, gross. The toilet seat in the master bath stays up when you go to pee. As a guy we don’t like holding nasty toilet seats up. The master bedroom has a DLP rear projection TV, circa 2009. That TV was built before the Netflix app was invented. And the remote was either dead batteries or was on the fritz. The tv was all but unwatchable. I could only figure out how to get Netflix on one of the tvs, the Visio in one of the bedrooms. The cable was…….different. It wouldn’t tell you what was playing or a description and there was no guide on the tv so you could see what was coming on later. The people who turn the properties after visitors should be checking them after each guest. The dryer doesn’t dry. Takes multiple cycles then you just deal with some dampness. The plastic mixing bowls have cracked bottoms so they leak any fluid you put in them, Watch out. These are all minor things but they add up. Makes you feel like this is just a cash grab and the owners don’t really care about your visit. Not what I expected for the price i paid. And again… roaches.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paradise Beach Homes is wonderful to work with overall. The one thing I would change is the key pick up time. I stopped by their rental office to pick up our keys at 2:30 on Saturday afternoon. I was aware we could not check into the condo until 5 pm but I wanted to get the key, and then run some errands until 5 and avoid having to get in the traffic jam Westbound in the late afternoon. They would not allow me to pick up the key earlier and this caused me over an hour in traffic having to come back after 5. The Regency complex is very nice. The private beach access and two pools were great for our grandkids. We definitely would return to Regency but would select another condo. H4 was clean but very dated and in need of maintenance. The a/c would not cool below 76 degrees some days and the temps were only in the 80's. The ice maker quit working on Thursday. There is a hole in one of the upstairs bathtubs which has been patched with caulk (which is yellowed) rather than with the proper fiberglass repair. We did not use this tub for fear of it leaking to the floor below. The downstairs bathroom door to the adjoining bedroom is missing the door latch (not a broken latch but missing, leaving a gap in the door and a privacy issue for anyone using the bathroom). Also the shower tub door in the downstairs bathroom is not working properly.

This property is amazing. It suits our family so well we all had a great time and just a short five minute walk to the beach made it amazing recommend it to anybody.

Grill was in bad shape, light was falling out on porch, had to call maintenance to fix sink and outlets. Needs a overall upgrade if in that price range. Need to install keypad locks so you don’t have to keep up with keys.

Location was great. Very roomy and best equipped kitchen ever! Would have like better TV quality as limited selection of channels. This was important because we are football fans and it was a big weekend! Everything else was wonderful!
