West Yankee is a beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom home that is located on the west end of Red River, New Mexico. This home has just been recently upgraded with all new furniture, flooring, countertops, etc. We love our pets and we know that you do too! West Yankee is pet friendly, please contact our office staff for any questions or pricing! There are no steps to the entrance and once you walk into the door you will see the large open kitchen. Here you will have the ease of a gas log fireplace, and above that is the large flat-screen TV with a DVD player giving guests the option of watching satellite or movies brought from home. The living room also has a sleeper sofa that can be pulled out to make a double bed. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and cabinet space to store things brought into the home. The appliances are all new and all stainless steel. Guests that choose to stay in the West Yankee are able to enjoy several amenities such as a washer/dryer, and a gas BBQ grill(gas cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate) that can be found at the front of the home. The first bedroom is equipped with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private bathroom. The second has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private bathroom. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the hallway full bathroom next to where the washer/dryer is located. There is a small semi-private sleeping area towards the entry of the home. There is a set of twin bunk beds in this little area. $75 per pet/2 pet max, charged separately by the property management company after booking.
