Make your vacation one to remember for years to come with our GULF FRONT property located in Capistrano Condominium on the top floor (third floor) This two story, three bedroom, three full bathroom, Gulf front penthouse condo offers incredible views of the ocean and our world renown white sand beaches. This third floor penthouse condo is located on 30-A in Seacrest Beach and is very close to Watersound, Alys Beach, Rosemary, Seagrove and Seaside. This unit is the perfect location to ride a bike or walk to world famous destinations on 30-A. Enjoy all the treasures that 30-A has to offer from fine dining to beachfront shops. You will enjoy Capistrano's direct beach access and the amazing views every day of your vacation. You are sure to love this luxurious penthouse condo! No expense was spared to make this a top of the line, luxurious penthouse. The kitchen offers top of the line, brand new appliances, soft close cabinets, and gorgeous quartz countertops. Master suite #1 located on the first floor of this two story penthouse offers a kingsize bed, full private bathroom with shower that has white subways tile with marble inserts and sink with marble counter tops. Bedroom # 2 (bunkbed room) is located on the first floor of this two story penthouse and offers a queen size bed on the bottom and a full size bed on top. Bathroom # 2 is located in the hallway on the first floor of this two story penthouse and offers a shower/tub combo with a subway tile surround and sink with marble countertop. (The washer and dryer is located in this bathroom) Bedroom # 3 (master suite #2 ) is located on the second floor of this two story penthouse and offers a king size bed, sliding barn doors with view out to living room, private bathroom with shower that has white subway tile with marble insert and sink with marble counter top. Capistrano Condominium is close to S Watersound Pkwy that offers easy and convenient access from 30-A to Highway 98 and from Highway 98 to 30-A. * Capistrano Condominium does NOT have a pool but it does have the Gulf of Mexico as its back yard :-) IMPORTANT UPDATE: We are taking ALL of the proper precautions that have been issued to make sure that your stay is stress free and fully enjoyable. If you are renting our property, it is your responsibility as the short term renter to be fully informed on all Florida state issued short term rental guidelines before you book, these guidelines are issues by the state of Florida and the Governor of Florida. This includes but is not limited to you being fully informed before you book as to if you as a resident of your state will be allowed to stay or may have some requirements before you stay at a short term rental in the state Florida at this time. This also includes but is not limited to our compliance with all precautions. Again, please check on the current and updated guidelines issued by the Florida Governor and the state of Florida before you book your short term rental of our property. Just a stone's throw from ritzy Alys Beach at an affordable price. Easy access to the beach with chair service available. Our 3rd floor view was priceless. Although there is no elevator or pool, that was not a problem for us, and quite frankly, it was a good thing; elevators make you feel like you're in a hotel, and pools up the noise factor for a low-rise condo. Overall, the experience was perfect for my group of adults. Will be back.

This condo was the most beautiful condos we have ever stayed in! The balcony overlooking the beach and beautiful ocean was priceless every morning! The sunsets were gorgeous, and the condo was FANTASTIC!!!! We will book this condo again!

The condo was absolutely perfect! Clean, comfortable and so welcoming! The kitchen was very well equipped….They provided plenty of towels, toiletries and made us feel so welcome! The location is excellent and the property is very well built…we didn’t hear our neighbors once and the surrounding area is so well kept. Have stayed at several locations on 30A and this beach was by far the least crowded we have ever experienced. It was an absolutely perfect experience and would recommend this unit 100x over! Thank you to the property owners for providing such a wonderful experience for our family….we will cherish the memories made here for years to come!

Only negative was signing the contract old school (print, sign, scan, email) back to property owner (not VRBO) and giving property owner personal info - address, credit card, etc. —uncommon and uncomfortable.

Everything about this condo is absolutely amazing! The beach wasn’t too crowded, the view was beautiful, decorated well, and the owner has really thought of everything for their guest. Our family included 4 adults and 2 kiddos, and we had plenty of room. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Condo
I believe of all of the condos we have stayed in, in our 10 years of beach vacations, this one has to be our favorite. Beautifully decorated and I feel one of the cleanest ones we’ve ever been in. They even have a welcome gift waiting for you. All of us are pretty much bed snobs, and all of us agreed, the beds in every room were extremely comfortable and provided a great nights sleep. This is a small set of condos, only nine in the entire building. We love this! No crowded beach! Understand there is no elevator, and there are several steps down to the beach, but just look at it as great exercise to work off all of the wonderful food you’re going to get while you’re on 30 A! I can’t write a review without stating how great Alicia is. I made the mistake of updating my email on VRBO. Please know this is not a simple task. It required intervention from Alicia so that I could view & complete my reservation. Alicia was extremely patient and kind and got it taken care of. She is very responsive and takes care of you! Thank you for a great vacation stay!

This condo was perfect for out family of 6. The location is central to all 30A has to offer and the beach access was great. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a great property in a wonderful location. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty big enough for three couples to be comfortable. Small building, not a big high rise so not crowded. Right on the beach with fabulous views Owner and manager very responsive to questions and any needs we had. We would definitely rent this property again.

This property is beautiful and very comfortable. We were particularly glad there were two master bedrooms with great beds. Coming from Colorado, this was a beautiful change from our Mountain view. Will definitely book again next year!

Had the most wonderful stay at this totally updated condo. Decor is lovely, fresh, and calming. Beds were super comfy. Great location close to Alys and Rosemary. Beach was steps away and not crowded. Thank you for a great trip.

There were spices, oil, sugar, muffin tin and even a nutri bullet for smoothies! The property manager was very responsive to questions. Our family enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend staying here.

Loved that it had 2 master suites and we put the kids in the bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking tools and quality knives! A quick walk to the beach but not going to lie my legs felt all the steps up to our 3rd floor and down to the beach! Only complaint was the master suites windows didn't have black out shades so we all woke up at 6am, but I guess that's beachtime!

The only downside to this property was that it isn’t a reasonable walking distance to anything. If you don’t mind driving it’s fine, but we would rather walk places snd it was a 25 minute walk to Alys and 45 minute walk to Rosemary.

A dreamy destination
We had an incredible time here. Did not want to leave. The condo has a stunning view, perfect for a week long stay or more. Perfect location right next to Alys Beach. The water is like you’re in the Caribbean but better. Thanks to Alicia for being an incredible host and sharing her home.

Beautiful place - will return again
We had a great 4 night stay. The condo is well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room for two couples. The view was amazing. We had a small housekeeping issue (not the owners fault) at check in but Alicia responded immediately and made sure we were comfortable. Love the location between Rosemary and Seaside. Only suggestion for the owner is to add a pitcher for iced tea making for us southerners! Thank you for your hospitality.
