Wonderful, home with many extras, 4 bedrooms, Big deck overlooking the bay, hammocks, kayaks, gardens, and more. You will have a wonderful vacation here. Close to Portsmouth, beaches, cost of Maine and only an hour to the White Mountains. So much to do here and plenty of fun to be had! Just remember to take the time to relax at this charming property. This home is truely unique with so much character and plenty of hidden comfy spots to enjoy. Relax in the screened porch or under a tree in a hammock. Just come and relax and enjoy this wonderful area.

We had a nice stay, spending almost all our time in one of several comfortable outdoor seating areas reading and looking at the water. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable. But the outdoor areas are definitely the highlight of this property! You get to be near ocean water without the crowds of the beach!

Andra's house is beautifully situated on the water in Dover NH with easy access to kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming, to say nothing of sitting on the deck and looking out on the estuary/bay. The house was welcoming, well-equipped and comfortable for 8 of us. We appreciated the effort Andra put in to make us feel welcome - cookies, cherries, oj and more and lots of info on hikes, dining out, things to see and do.

We commend both the property and the host. We had every question answered and suggestions to maximize our stay. The house had multiple notes that allowed us to utilize the house to its fullest and still follow the respect property rules. The house has so many cute aspects that we kept discovering throughout the week. We used the kayaks every day, set out traps for crabs, used the property for our launching pad to Boston and the surrounding towns/sites. It was great.

To live on the water is lucky and to be able to enjoy the water life you are extremely lucky. This house allows water enjoyment the whole day and is very calming. The heron walking in the low tide outside the house in the morning and the garden birds are all at home here.
The house is beautiful and artistically decorated so we felt extra special and fortunate to have been able to stay in such a perfect setting.

Fun home for all
We loved the home. Plenty of room for us all to hang out together and have our own special places to relax, including a lovely outdoor deck with water view, sunsets were great, a screened in porch, a tree house complete with hammocks too!
The bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms too! We loved the home

This was a wonderful property! So many things to do. So many spaces to escape to. Kayaking was a ton of fun! Look forward to renting again!

Wonderful week at a beautiful property
My family and I were absolutely thrilled with Andra’s rental! She made check in easy, and was responsive to any questions all week. She even had suggestions for activities for my kids — they spent an entire day catching crabs off the dock! We loved our time in this beautiful location, and we are still talking about the unique decor that added to our enjoyment. Thank you again, Andra! We hope to be back!

My friends and I had an amazing time staying at the house. The home was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The house was very spacious and we all had plenty of room to stay comfortably. Having a well stocked kitchen was very convenient. We also had a really nice time using the kayaks and sitting outside looking out over the water. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time staying in this house. There was plenty of space for everyone to either spend time together or spread out a bit. The views were great and the house was in good condition. I loved the outdoor seating options and the hammocks in the treehouse. Overall, very peaceful and enjoyable.

The property and the house were great. We left the house in pristine condition, however, the owner accused us of breaking a chair which she wanted me to pay for. The (dining) chair broke when I sat in it...I weigh 105 lbs. The bolt was stripped from the wood. Other than that our experience was most pleasant.

Such a fun, eclectic home. Andra is easy to work with and has a beautiful home. A little warm upstairs, but nice breeze in the evening. So much fun! Kayaks are available and the neighbor was so nice he took us on a boat ride! This house has hidden treasures all over the place. Comfy and relaxing. I would recommend to anyone!

Kayaks are available and the neighbor was so nice he took us on a boat ride! This house has hidden treasures all over the place. Comfy and relaxing. I would recommend to anyone!

The Perfect Place
My rather large family is originally from Portsmouth, NH area. There were several of us, however, coming in to town for a family reunion, and we wanted a place where we could all stay together. We found this perfect place, with amazing views, on the water, close to everything, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, enough bathrooms... this place is fantastic for a family or group to stay. Andra has thought of everything! But our absolute favorite thing were the hidden miniatures. I won't give away the surprise, but know that even those with a magical imagination will find something to love at this amazing home. Enjoy!!

Perfect Getaway !
Very nice cosy place, lots of space, fully equiped, very clean. Right on the lake...with kayaks.... nice BBQ...vey nice view...relaxing...
WIFI works well, nice tv....bed was confortable....but a bit hot in the bedroom (just this room)...for the rest of the house AC works very well.
We went to Hampton Beach...only 20 min., nice and large beach. Portsmouth is a nice little town. Only 30 minutes to Ogunquit. No sales tax in NH.....that's nice to know for Canadians....
The owner was very nice, quick to response, I highly recommend this place, either as a romantic getaway, or with the kids....Enjoy !!
