About this condo rental
Situated in Wailea, this charming condo for $670 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Aloha! --We also own 2 other Maui Condos & Sunriver Oregon Vacation Properties, see below for VRBO #'s This beautiful, totally remodeled 3 bedroom / 3 bath, condo is located on the top floor with a beautiful ocean views from our lanai. Very spacious 1484 Sq ft, with all bedrooms separated from each other which provides privacy for all. There is a Central- 3 way split AC system with separate controllers for the living room, master bedroom and loft bedroom. We also now have a free standing AC unit in the forward bedroom, so all rooms are now air conditioned. Also ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. New flooring throughout the main floor, along with new doors and trim, so no more dingy tile flooring. If you see pictures with tile flooring they are old pictures. The condo will sleep 8 comfortably and still have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The tile floors throughout makes our condo very beach friendly. The kitchen is fully supplied for all your home cooked meals. It features all new appliances and granite counters. There are flat screen TV's in two bedrooms and living room. Have a iPhone, iPod? We have a stereo for it as well. Free high speed internet/WiFi in the condo so you can stay connected to family, friends and work. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 are suites with their own bathrooms along with a full bathroom off the dining area. We have a full size washer and dryer for any laundry you may need to do during your stay. The large lanai is a great place to sit and relax while taking in the ocean views with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We have all the beach gear you will need when you head to the beach. For families with 'little ones', we have a Pack-n-Play port-a-crib and a high chair along with a fold up stroller. Other items are available for rental, just inquire when booking. The Kamaole Sands complex offers 15 acres of lush landscaping, fountains, ponds, tropical flowers and birds. There are 5 barbecue pavilions with Webber Gas Grills and picnic tables located throughout the complex. The large pool, kiddie pool and 2 Jacuzzi’s with adjacent refreshment area, along with ping pong and Foosball tables makes it very family friendly. There is also an air conditioned exercise room. Also, don't forget the 4, very well maintained tennis courts. You can even sign up if your looking for a tennis partner. The front desk can also arrange child care. If you need to stay connected and you left your lap top at home, not to worry, there are computers for your use in the lobby. The morning after your arrival, there is an informal presentation by Aloha Concierge with information about things to do on Maui. There is always a complimentary newspaper awaiting you there as well. On Wednesday afternoons, join other guests for the Hawaiian music and hula dances, it will put you in the Hawaiian spirit. BYOB to the pool, everyone is invited. Just a short walk away is Kihei Village, where you will find shopping and the many different restaurants. Don't forget the wonderful shopping at 'The Shops at Wailea', just 5 minutes away. For the golfers, the golfing at Wailea's Gold, Emerald and Blue courses offer great golfing and fantastic ocean views. Kamaole Sands offers many on-site activities, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Located right across from Kamaole Beach III with its sandy beach and clean clear water, makes snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing ideal. Wonderful and fully equipped condo with ocean views and an oceanfront park right across the street.
I only wish we had more time on the island. Great location only a short walk to many shops and restaurants and a short drive to many more.

Being just across the street from a fantastic Beach was one of the best perks of this unit. But the unit itself was beautiful with several rooms and plenty of beds for everyone and fully stocked for anything you would want to cook in the kitchen. I really loved the ample supply of plates, bowls, cups, and silverware so we weren't having to wash when the first six or eight plates were gone because there were more than that. Also it had a crock pot and a rice cooker as well as many pots, pans, and bowls. Would recommend this unit for anyone visiting Maui and wanting to stay in Kihei.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is awesome. It is equipped with everything you need. The cooling system is great. All furniture and beds were comfortable. My daughters and granddaughter walked to the beach every day. You can’t go wrong with this unit. Just know that Maui is expensive in every way. This unit was the least expensive of similar units in this complex. Loved it!!!

i would like to thank the host for making the experience easy.Communication with them is outstanding,they really care.The property is situated in the great neighborhood.The unit is very clean and enough space that accomodate my party of 8.There is enough room for everyone.The only drawback is the AC I guess since it gets warm in the middle of the day but other than that everything is perfect.Walking distance to the beach which is only across the street and that is a gem since we like to do early morning walks.Highly recommended your unit and will not hesitate when Im back in this area in Maui.My family is very thankful to the host and for making our Maui vacation a memorable one.

Nice roomy unit! Had to fight some ants and the air conditioning is a struggle.

Great place to stay! This was our first VRBO experience and it couls not have worked out any better! Beings from Northern Minnesota the air-conditioning was not ideal for a couple. But it cooled off enough in the evenings that everyone was able to get a good night's sleep. Location was great! Easy to find and was not far from everything we wanted to see. Short walk for morning coffee, groceries and other restaurants.

The property was very spacious including the lanai. Very clean condo and was equipped with a lot of gear needed for the beach. Great location, it's sits right across the street from the beach and large park area where we watched the sunset every night. Amenities that are included on the property are also great.

Very pleased with the condition of the condo and loved that it was so close to the elevator. The condo is very updated and I loved the walk-in shower in the master bedroom. Sorry, but can't say too much for the air-conditioning. Being from GA we are used to hot weather but have good air-conditioning. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. We did not use any of the resort ammenities so wasted that $70.

Check in process was quick and easy, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the pool was a huge hit with my daughter who swam every day for hours, and there were lots of chairs, tables and shaded areas for sitting at the pool. Condo is very close to the elevator and parking spot which was very convenient for my disabled mom. Location across from Kam III was excellent, I wanted something with an easy walk/access to the beach for my mom and she managed to get to the beach a couple times day with it being so close. Lots of shops and restaurants within an easy walk or drive as well.
