staff behavior was good

The hotel is smoking den. All room were filled with very bad smell of smoking. beddings, curtains sofa all were emitting cigarette smell. Not sure why such a nice hotel allowed smoking inside the hotel rooms. For my family it was a nightmare.

It's not even coming under 3 Star hotel. My expectations were high, however, it didn't even meet the very basic start hotels. Only the infra or location is not enough. As per the price, it's not worth it.

Bad food quality, wastage of money, we can get better food in the other hotels.

The food quality is very very bad had ordered some soup it was so terrible could eat more than a spoonful. They need to change the chef at the earliest. The service and ambiance are okay.

The rooms were spacious and clean and very well organised .proper mirror dresser table and chair everything was there.staff was amazing and helpful

Warm staff, lots of trees to cook the place down amidst all the heat, beautiful rooms and good facilities.

Its surrounded by lot of trees.

Far away from the city. You need your own vehicle for to & fro movement. AC is window AC, not Split or Central AC. The Staff forcefully took the full payment while registering into the Hotel.

Decent accommodation for work travel for couple of days.

Decent, Value for money, best for work visit. Good food at the restaurant.

very lean staff, the most weird thing is, they charge 100INR for an ice bucket. Ridiculous. Very secluded post 7pm evening.

Must stay if there is no other way.

Nice hotel no complaints. Food is good. Staff very courteous. Breakfast is also good.. known to all taxi drivers.

Located in a corner in a semi industrial area. Can't go anywhere nearby. Must depend on cabs for all travel from the hotel which is rather boring. We found service was painfully slow.

It is good hotel with nice staff, clean and reasonable price.

Breakfast is good, but i think they can improve for the fruits, should be have many variation with fresh and good quality

Sometime the electricity is off, noise is coming when the train passing the rail way close to the hotel.
