About this condo rental
Our vacation rental is a completely renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath garage apartment located in the South Side of Bradley Beach. We are 4 blocks from the beach & 2 blocks from Main St. You can walk to the BB train station, a ton of great restaurants, Del Ponte’s Bakery & Coal Fired Pizza and Beach Plum Ice Cream Parlor. There is a ton of natural light and it is very spacious. The kitchen has Silestone tile counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The closets are huge in both bedrooms for ample storage. Beautiful bamboo hardwood floors are installed throughout and we have a high def flat screen TV w/ FIOS TV and Netflix. There is one large bathroom with your own washer and dryer. Relax on the beautiful outdoor deck that boasts a great ocean breeze. Take a nap on the couch or enjoy breakfast and a cup of coffee at the outdoor dining table that seats 4. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed Bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds Additional - Queen pull out couch 2 Bradley Beach badges and Wifi are included as well.

My wife and I loved this rental as it was within walking distance of everything in Bradley Beach. The accommodations and hosts were great. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tom & Nicole for a wonderful trip!

We (family of 4) had a great time in the house of Nicole & Tom. The house feels like your own home. Tom and Nicole can get you good advise and help you directly if you need. Its well equipped and in a quiet Neighbourhood. And, you can go by foot for dining or to the beach!

We had a fabulous one month stay at Tom and Nicole’s. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, close to everything in Bradley Beach, and well equipped. The hosts were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. We will absolutely be back.

We had a great stay. Nicole and Tom were great hosts, made excellent recommendations, and even shared their garden with us. The apartment is as advertised- updated and cozy. It was perfect when there were 2 of us, a bit tight for 4. A solid walk to the beach but great location for ice cream, bakery and restaurants. Would stay again.

We stayed Christmas week here to be near family. Very pretty rental nicely maintained. Quiet neighborhood. Walk to restaurants and shops and the beach.

Our stay at the Bradley Beach VRBO was awesome. Tom and Nicole were super easy to work with and they were very gracious hosts. The location of the VRBO was perfect for us and it was a fun trip knowing that we were so close to everything. Highly recommend Bradley Beach and Tom and Nicole.

I can't say enough about our experience staying here! The owners were simply great people from the beginning to end of our stay. We stayed for a month myself and two kids everything was amazing.

Spent the month of July in the PENTHOUSE(as we refer to ) a lovely summer retreat.
Home owners could not do enough from time of arrival(help carrying up luggage etc. etc. etc.). The apt. was spotless, the décor so fresh & up to date...outdoor porch delightful to enjoy the breeze. Also loved the Tues. nite band practice in the church parking lot.
Looking forward to next July.

I stayed here for 3 months and loved it. The apartment is bright, cheerful, and well equipped. The owners are very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I loved being able to easily walk to the beach, library, movies, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is close to everything, yet set back enough from the road to give you privacy. I highly recommend the place!
