Somehow the pictures don't quite do justice to the incredible views from this house. Whether we were sitting in the hot tub or on our deck, it was hard to look away from the view of the Homer spit and the bay. Each room was beautifully decorated with tons of nice touches. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any of our questions. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook the halibut we caught out in the bay. Of our three stops in Alaska this was definitely our favorite and we would absolutely come back to Homer and stay here again.

Our family group consisted of six adults, 5 children and a dog. We were welcomed in the driveway when we arrived and were given the keys to the most beautiful house we could have imagined. Each group of our family had it's own large and airy bedroom with it's own bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot (coffee, cream and sugar included) with glasses and dishes. The main kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you could need. We just brought our own food and moved in. The pictures in the their website do not do it justice. This place was awesome! We spent a lot of time on the large deck upstairs that gave us a great view of the Homer Spit, the Bay, and the beautiful mountains. Some of our group went on a halibut charter from The Spit one day and the drive was very convenient being only a few minutes away! We had a fish fry that night enjoying the outdoor area including the lawn area and deck with hot tub, large eating area and gas fire table and grill. This property is very clean and well maintained and had everything we could have needed. It had a lot of small little welcoming gestures like a flower in all the bedrooms and a welcoming basket with wine and chocolate.The property manager was readily available to answer our questions and requests. I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked it, but it turned out to be a very awesome surprise. If I am ever back in Alaska in the Homer area, I would book it again, and would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for a very memorable vacation.....and some beautiful pictures!

Every morning we woke up to the most breathtaking views. We enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the spit, mountains, and glaciers. We were so blessed by the surroundings as well as all the interior features. Well appointed furnishings, tall ceilings and peaceful setting. We fully recommend this rental!

Our family really enjoyed this rental! It had a quaint farmhouse, rustic, modern feel loaded with custom features. We really liked the heated tile bathrooms. The ocean, mountains and glaciers were amazing. The views were remarkable with amazing with panoramic views into three glaciers. We could see the spit really well. Its nice to have something located a few minutes from downtown and close to the fishing charters.

Amazing Piece of Heaven

I've stayed lots of places in Homer over the years and this brand new suite was off the charts. I loved the close proximity to town with the beach right down below and another beautiful path leading to a bird sanctuary, berry picking paradise. The artistic tile bathroom floor was heated! It had a house sized kitchen with dishwasher, full sized fridge including ice maker and a gas range where we prepared all our meals...no need for eating out . The rooms were super large and we had plenty of space for everyone when we ate at tables indoors where tall ceilings and grand windows provided great views. Owners were friendly and welcomed our family reunion graciously helping us set up tables in the large garden area overlooking the bay where we roasted marsh mellows while sitting in comfy chairs around the fire pit. Rarely do you find a place that offers privacy for family gatherings space indoors and out. The owners have lived in Homer all their lives and really know the area which made it easy for us to plan trips across the bay with great connections, choose hiking trails perfect for us and helpful tips on gear. I rarely give out five stars, but I wish I could give more for this delightful little piece of heaven.

This new construction apartment was well thought out and beautifully crafted. I love the large floor to ceiling windows to the view and the heated bathroom floors with custom tile patterns. It is very clean and spacious. I loved the tall 12' ceilings and the beautiful construction of the interior. The window are spacious and very tall but you can still cover them with beautiful drapes for privacy or to sleep in. The lower deck opens to a yard and stunning view. The upper deck feels like you can see the whole world. It is stunning and took my breath away. The sunsets in July were so late in the evening (being in Alaska) and so fun to see so far from the upper deck. We loved our stay and had a wonderful time! I recommend this rental and will tell my friends.
