You will love the spectacular sunsets and watching the magnificent cruise ships set sail each night while enjoying cocktails and dinner pool side. Bring your fishing and snorkeling gear (or rent it nearby) there is fantastic fishing and snorkeling directly in front of the villa. If you are looking for entertainment on the island, there is a fabulous piano bar just down the street and wonderful restaurants at your finger tips, no need to go far. Constance will keep your villa very clean and take wonderful care of you twice a week. My guests love speaking with Constance as she is full of stories and suggestions as to what to see on the island. This place was absolutely Amazing. Sunset every night and the sound of the waves was so soothing. Would definitely go back.

This was our first time staying on the Dutch side and will not be our last, The villa was even better than we had imagined, even though we saw all of the listed photos. It was very quiet except for the crashing waves pretty much 24/7 and we never got tired of hearing them and the wonderful view from the back patio and pool. We will definitely be returning.

This villa is exactly as pictured. It is clean, tastefully decorated and is stocked with everything you need. The owner was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. Beautiful location and fabulous ocean views! We travel to a different location/island every April and St.Martin and this particular accommodation is on the “repeat” list.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It meet or exceeded our expectations what the pictures showed. Enjoyed a lot of time out on the deck before and after our beach trips. Enjoyed time in the pool watching the sailboats and planes. Very well kept, and Constance did a really nice job keeping it clean and taking care of any needs we had. There are a lot of nice beaches within a short drive, and too many nice restaurants to get to all of them. We enjoyed everyone we went to. If you stay, you need to go to the Bamboo House Restaurant for a sunset dinner. It was awesome. We stayed for two weeks, and wish it was three. We are looking forward to going back next year.

Probably one of the most stunning ocean views you will ever have. If this property is available BOOK IT! Every unobstructed sun set was spectacular and different every night. Being on the back patio and pool area you feel as if your are part of the ocean!!! We have been traveling for two months and this will be my most memorable and romantic place we have stayed. Our host Doug was incredible to deal with, very clear, professional and a gentlemen! Leanne and I will be back:)

This place has a killer view. The private pool with ocean waves crashing on the rocks makes hard to want to leave. The Villa is nicely furnished and a well stocked kitchen. All the amenities you need for a great vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Sera Bella! The host was very responsive with communication. Our original flight was cancelled the night before we were supposed to leave and Doug worked with us to change our dates of stay based on our new flight schedule. He even made a personal phone call to me to discuss this. I was very appreciative of that and it helped calm my nerves! The villa itself was very nice and had everything that we needed. We loved being right on the water. We watched boats and cruise ships go by. We loved having the private pool which we used every evening. We loved hearing and watching the waves crash on the rocks down below. We ate breakfast every morning out on the back porch. We did have a very minor issue in the villa which was resolved very quickly. The location was perfect! There are many restaurants nearby. The location is very central to all over the island. We felt very safe here and there is a gated entrance at night. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this villa to others.

Best place to stay in St Martin!
Serra Bella at Pelican Cove was a wonderful place to stay! It was centrally located which made it convenient for going to dinner, enjoyed the beaches that were close and getting food/ drinks at the market. The owner was very easy to work with and answered emails quickly to answer questions we had. The villa was clean (thanks to Constance) and was even more beautiful than the pictures. Expect to never want to leave!

Great stay at Sera Bella
Just returned from a great stay at Sera Bella villa. This villa has a million dollar view from the back porch area. The plunge pool was so enjoyable in the afternoons after returning from the beach. The owner was a joy to work with throughout the process. Highly recommended!!

Pelican Cove # 3
Great location, fantastic view, useable size pool and outside terrace area. Great stay with a few minor glitches at the property which Doug (the owner) got on to immediately and helped resolve quickly.

We had a great time. Doug is great his place is amazing.
When we got there maid met us showed us around and then came back every two days to clean she did a great job. Doug was a great person to rent from. We had a amazing time. If you are looking for something on the water you have to stay here. Thanks again Doug we will stay here the next time we come back to the island.

The villa was just as we had hoped from the pictures and description. Had a few bumps along the way. Due to Hurricane Irma the unit 3 doors down is still under massive renovations inside and out...eyesore, this caused our pool to be constantly on the receiving end of construction materials set adrift in the wind. The unit next door was undergoing a beautificaton (remodel) and they jackhammer/rotohammer through 3 layers of tile and they started rather early and worked almost all the days were there (except holidays). Had problems with the television service and the pool maintenance, but Doug handled it quickly. Constance, our maid was a dream.

What a great location for a vacation. Perfect ocean view in your own private pool, loved it and an owner that was very responsive to our issues.

Very clean and well kept.
Best part was your own private pool. Little hot on the deck in mid afternoon but hey...it’s not snow or ice!! Be careful when opening cabinets in the kitchen as the ceiling fan (if on) will hit the blades. Doug was very responsive. Great experience!!

Great location
Doug did a great job repairing his property after the hurricane, the location is superb right on the ocean and pelican key has many options for activities and great food even though not all places are open yet. Serra Bella was stocked well and a good base for a great week on Sint Maarten.

We love this villa. This was not our time staying there, and it will not be our last. The owner Doug is very easy to work with. We are looking forward to our next trip so we can stay here again.

Sera Bella Villa,Simpson Bay
Very comfortable villa. Views couldn't be beat! Lots of nearby restaurants and even the ones further away, weren't that far, as the island is small. Great beach at Mullet Bay. Turquoise water. Crystal clear. Pool at the villa, very nice. Perfect size. Villa was clean & well equipped! We'd only stay here, if we ever go again!

Awesome Vacation!
This villa is perfect! Perfect location, extremely clean and well appointed! Constance was lovely, very accommodating and she made sure we had everything we need to have an amazing vacation! The home is stocked with necessities upon arrival! This villa is private and quiet, yet so close to so much! There was never a concern about safety! Always felt safe! The views are spectacular! Doug, the owner was extremely easy to work with, it is apparent that he wants you to have an exceptional vacation! We will definitely be back next year!!! Thank you very much for sharing your slice of heaven with us!!

Week without Kids
We had a great visit. Place just as photos show. It was very peaceful, and the location was great. Constance was wonderful, and we were able to extend our stay by a couple of days. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Great Vacation
We stayed here based on the photos and reviews, and were very happy with our decision. The place is exactly as described. Overall, we found St Maarten to be an excellent vacation island, and this villa could not have been better located. The owner (Doug) was very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Picture Perfect
We had a great two weeks at this property. Although the villa is in a gated community, it has enough privacy, that you feel completely alone. The view is spectacular, and while we did go to t the beach one day, we felt that there was really no reason to leave the villa. We only needed one bedroom, which was fine. The master bedroom is right off the pool and the ocean. Cracking the window and hearing the ocean during the nighttime was a great experience. Constance was great, although we really didn't need her that much. She will come as much or as little as you need. Doug was easy to work with and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Overall, we had a great experience and have no complaints.

Excellent Vacation Location
Our flight arrived a little later than usual, so we had the keys arranged to be left in a secure place. As a result we had no issues with getting situated. The property is located in a great location on the island. It gives you the feeling that you're the only people around with your own ocean oasis. When we did leave, we were very close to the heart of Simpson Bay and only a short drive to most other areas of the island. We had dinner on the French side several times, and the drive was only about 15 minutes. The villa is well suited and located for people wanting to get away, but still stay within reach of you typical Caribbean vacation spot.

Better than a Hotel
You are renting a private residence fully furnished and stocked. It is very private and right on the water with its own pool. The villa location is very quiet, but as mentioned in other reviews, it is quite close to the action of Simpson Bay. The layout is open and allowed us to keep the doors open and feel the breeze through the villa during the daytime. Overall, it was a much better experience and value than a hotel would be. Be sure to go the Yacht Club for breakfast or Happy Hour."

Of course, having you own pool only makes it that much better. Constance and Doug were easy to work with. The location is quiet, but it is a short walk or drive to many of the area restaurants and bars. Overall, we were very happy and recommend highly."

Fantastic Villa!
Our visit to this villa was fantastic. It has a large private patio area that gives you a choice between sun and shade all day. Having your own pool just above the Caribbean Sea was the best feature. The location is perfect, but it is best to rent a car in order to go explore the island. Our car rental was not expensive, although we really didn't leave the villa all that much. It was fully stocked from the towels down to the silverware. Overall, we had a great time and definitely return to this villa."

Private Pool!!!
We really enjoyed our time here, particularly having our own pool. It really eliminated the hassle of fighting for chairs, public restrooms, overpriced drinks... On top of that, the unit was exactly as the pictures show. Doug was great to work with and gave us some good tips. Location is quiet and private but close enough to all of the restaurants and bars. Looking forward to coming back.

Great Place! We'll be back!
We had a great stay at this house. It is exactly as described and shown. It is very private with all of the amenities, including its own private pool. The view is wonderful. In fact it is difficult to leave; however, when we did, there are numerous restaurants and activities very close by. We can't wait to come back next year.

Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else
My wife and I stay here every year. We used to travel all over the Caribbean. After finding this Villa we have made this our annual vacation spot. The house is perfectly configured. 180 degree ocean views with a private pool and sleeping to the sounds of the waves at night. You are literally 20 feet from the water. It's the perfect vacation spot. Besides the total privacy and tranquility, you are only a short walk/drive to all local restaurants, bakeries, casino, beaches. It's located in a quiet guarded complex. Every amenity one might need is provided including wifi, vonage phone service (US phone service), full kitchen, pool chairs, beach towels, you name it. Not to mention, Janet is a great owner to work with.
