Nestled in Suquamish, this lovely cabin for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Imagine... you are sitting on the deck with drink in hand, the tide has come in and the beautiful waters of Liberty Bay are just 10 feet from where you sit. The day has been spent wandering the beach, searching out the best shells and gathering clams for the evening hors d'oeuvres. In the evening you will enjoy a roaring fire in the stone fireplace while mesmerized by the soft twinkling lights of Bainbridge Island across the bay. In the morning you wake up to a pot of coffee and a view of the Olympic Mountains in the distance. Today you venture out, but which choice should you make? There is the charming little town of Winslow on Bainbridge Island; and Poulsbo, the delightful Norwegian town full of interesting shoppes. If you want to venture out a little more, you will meet the historic Victorian waterfront community of Port Townsend. My partner and I LOVE this sweet house. This was our second time visiting and it felt like coming home. The privacy and views are unbeatable. The home was very clean when we arrived. We cannot recommend staying here highly enough!

The cabin/house is in a lovely setting right on the water. Large and spacious it has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, wrap around deck, TV, and easy parking. Our only concern was that the bathroom was not fully clean. We had to wipe down the bathtub, clean around the toilet, clean off window ledge and heater due to dead bugs and dust and remove the tub mat due to a wad of hair left on it. Otherwise, the cabin was clean.

We stayed here in the winter and it was perfect. The cabin is fully stocked with blankets and books and firewood and the kitchen is so roomy it was nice to cook in. The location offers plenty of quiet and solitude but you are close to town and supplies if you need it. Also nice to be able to watch the tides come in and out and take nice walks on the beach.

We stayed in this beautiful property with our two children ages 10 and 4. We had an amazing time relaxing, exploring on the beach, and visiting nearby Poulsbo and Bainbridge. In the morning before the boats came out it was so quiet! On the first day we watched seagulls drop clams onto the rocks to break open the shells. On day two we watched three bald eagles hunt a duck for almost half an hour! (The duck escaped) We will definitely be back.

What a great location to escape to between Christmas and New Year. With no WiFi it was a joy to unplug, watch the otters, rabbits and many birds. The property was cost and relaxed with a fire that was perfect. Can’t wait to try a different season.

the house seemed like it had'nt been cleaned for years.

the view was spectacular, there was so much dust in that house. I had to clean before we could settle in ( vacuum and clean bathroom). the spider webs were hanging all over the house with dust hanging from them. our sinuses were killing us, none of the ground windows had locks, my husband got some wood sticks to secure the windows. Needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. Would not go back. sorry for the bad review but it wasn't pleasant staying in the house!!!!

We feel so fortunate to have stayed here--the photos don't do it justice, so we kept finding new aspects of this property that delighted us. My family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here over the Christmas holidays to be near family. This house was perfect--a well-appointed kitchen, walks on the beach, a roaring fire and great place for games, plentiful beds, FOOSBALL, and enough space that we weren't in each others' faces when we were tired and crabby. This wonderful cabin became the place that our family members congregated, which made us feel like we were hosts in our own home--such a great feeling when you're traveling. Thank you so much and we hope to stay with you again!

We had a great time at this rustic cabin on the water. The location is ideal, it was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighbors were closer than we realized, with no screening or separation and a shared walkway to the water. It was not a problem, just not as private as we expected.

This is the second time we have stayed at this cabin. It's homey, cozy and quiet. Great old records to play brings back great memories. We shared this visit with our grandkids and they loved playing on the beach and water! Thanks for the memories Cheryl! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Poulsbo cabin for a quick 3 day getaway from Portland. The records were a huge hit and we used the fireplace every night. Great selection of DVD's and VHS'. One downside was the cleanliness of the property. All of the towels and bed sheets are extremely old and it did not seem like the living space had been cleaned in a very long time. For the per night cost, I would recommend the linens being updated.

What a PERFECT place to stay for a weekend get away with my hubby, son , doggies and I. PEACE and TRANQUILITY of NATURE will greet you. SPECTACULAR HAVEN and BREATHTAKING VIEW surround us. The killer view of the mountains and the beach by the deck and the view from inside the cabin are to die for. Exactly as presented and MORE, every amenities you could ask for, TRULY AMAZING. We arrived in town quiet very early, owner Bruce and Cheryl graciously accommodated us with no problem. Excellent experience from initial booking to end. I’ll give them 5 stars for it. We truly hated leaving this very RELAXING and REJUVENATING HIDDEN PARADISE unfortunately I have to go back to work , reality bites... We so look forward to coming back before this year ends.. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRUCE AND CHERYL for sharing us this piece of HEAVEN...GOD BLESS You and Family.

The Geoduck Lane beach cabin served as a great retreat for myself, family and friends during a time in the area for our wedding. Highlights: the PNW sunrise through the picturesque wall of windows, the fireplace, foosball table and setting (well-situated within the aromatic evergreens.) Bonus- A pivotal scene in the pilot of the television show "Twin Peaks" was filmed just down the road! Many thanks to the Amundsens!

If you are looking for a very peaceful retreat from the busy city life this is a great place to stay. Perfectly located between the city of Poulsbo and the Bainbridge ferry to Seattle. My only complaint would be that I wish I had more time to stay here. I will definitely be coming back and look forward to it eminsely. I really couldn't recommend this place enough, it's truly a gem.

So calm, peaceful. Wonderful deck-lounging opportunities. Amazing beach treasures--shells and rocks. Fun watching seagulls dropping clams to crack open. Lovely outdoor dinners at sunset, easy-to use gas grill.

The cabin was very comfortable with unparalleled views! What a fantastic way to wake up every morning. There are ample dishes, pots and pans, beds- Lovely location- close to town but very secluded. Can't wait to come again :)
