About this house rental
The home is located very close to just about everywhere in the valley. It has a great open floor plan with a fireplace. Three TVs (one 75 inches in living room) Two in bedrooms, BBQ, Coffee Maker, Toaster, and stainless steel kitchen appliances with gas stove. Spacious primary bedroom with a beautiful large walk-in shower. For your convenience, walk out the primary bedroom and you will enjoy stunning sunrises across the neighborhood park with views of the foothills. Relax on the cozy outdoor furniture next to the gas fire pit. There is an attached Mother-in-law suite which is included in the rental. Two queen bedrooms, full bath, kitchenette, washer & dryer and setting room . With the attached Mother-in -law suite, it allows for several different sleeping arrangements. Fun for the whole family!

Beautiful home and location. Deficiencies included defective bathroom door lock, clogged master bathroom sink, empty propane tanks (later provided), barbecue grill not cleaned (old onion left on it), and defective barbecue ignition switch. Overall stay was excellent.

Our family came in to spend thanksgiving with our son and his family.
The home is well located in a lovely neighborhood. Everything was clean. House was well equipped down to thanksgiving napkins.. There was even a pie waiting for us when we arrived. Lovely experience.

A great home in a great location. Close to so much to do. The whole experience from booking, check-in through our entire stay was seamless and made the trip a really nice time. We recommend this very nice and spacious home to anyone traveling to this area.

Lots of space so everyone had privacy, the kitchen was well stocked and large enough for everyone to join in preparing meals, the furniture was super comfortable (reclining sofas!), the house was centrally located, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood next to walking trails along the water. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Weekend To Celebrate Graduation
We had a group of 10, who came from all across the country to attend our daughter’s medical school graduation. The house was perfect. Lots of space so everyone had privacy, the kitchen was well stocked and large enough for everyone to join in preparing meals, the furniture was super comfortable (reclining sofas!), the house was centrally located, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood next to walking trails along the water. We will definitely stay here again.

My wife and our two boys came out from Wisconsin for my grandmother’s funeral. We had a couple of our marred children stay with us while others stayed at local motels. This was the meeting and gathering place for us. It was fantastic. Great back yard for my grandkids plenty of room inside for conversations and just a warm feeling everywhere. I will see if it is available when we come back to visit. We travel quite a bit and this is one on the best overall places we have stayed. 5 bedroom place that has great value. Thanks for letting us stay at your place. It was wonderful during a hard time.

Feels just like home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, and great location. We loved being right behind the park. We were a close drive to lots of shopping and conveniences. The host was very responsive throughout our stay and leading up to our visit. Thanks!

Our host was so responsive! When we couldn’t find the ironing board, our host showed up a few minutes later with one; explaining that the last one had been broken. We had no problem pressing our clothes for the wedding we attended.

This is a quiet house in a quiet neighborhood perfect for larger families or groups. Lots of space to accommodate our family of 6 adults ages 25 to 62.
Our host was so responsive! When we couldn’t find the ironing board, our host showed up a few minutes later with one; explaining that the last one had been broken. We had no problem pressing our clothes for the wedding we attended.

Amazing property for an 80th bday!
Vicki was amazing to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was even more beautiful than we were hoping.
After big family meals each night, we walked the green belt and park. Beautiful neighborhood with very nice neighbors.
The house was fully loaded with plenty of spices/ plates/ glassware. We felt very at home. Guilty pleasure… The living room couches were the best!

In town for a wedding... Myself & 2 friends came early for a quiet night of wine/good company, our spouses joined a day or two later for wedding activities. Property was exactly as pictured, extremely pleased with the offer of early check-in (w/o asking - Vicki phoned to let us know the home was ready and we were welcome anytime, AWESOME!) Kitchen was amazing w/an abundance of amenity options, lrg family/living room w/comfy furniture, back porch w/firepit & furniture was well-enjoyed... We will def consider staying at this property again... ***master bath sink/shower very slow to drain-- should be an easy fix, did not affect our stay, this message will serve as report of concern & I have no doubt it will be taken care of... Thank you Vicki!!!

Perfect for a large group or two families. Vicki was great and very accommodating. The kitchen was great for cooking and the backyard was a very nice space to just hang and let the kids play. Looking forward to renting this house again.
