The living room opens to the kitchen and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen has a double-wall oven, dishwasher and breakfast bar. The dining area has a large table and chairs. A slider leads to the deck, yard and pool area beyond. There is also a half bath on this floor. There is a 2ton mini split that cools this floor. The master, the first of the home's four bedrooms is on the first floor. The master has a queen bed, ceiling fan, an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and jetted tub and a slider leading to the upper deck. The master has a window air conditioner. Stairs from the living room lead to the lower level. The family room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with cable. A slider leads to the lower deck. On one side of the family room is a bedroom with queen bed, slider to the lower deck and an ensuite bathroom with shower. On the other side of the family room are two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and slider to the lower deck and the other has a pyramid bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom) and a twin trundle (two twins). There is also a full bathroom with double sink and tub/shower on this side. All three bedrooms in the lower level have a ceiling fan. Relax on the upper and lower mahogany decks. Follow the path through the nicely landscaped yard to the pool area with plenty of seating. Cook up dinner on the gas grill and eat out on the patio with dining table and chairs by the pool.
