Enjoy one of the deepest and most beautiful stretches of beach on Amelia Island while staying at this beachfront/oceanfront, first floor condominium in historic Fernandina Beach. This condo works equally well for a family vacation or for up to four adults looking for a relaxing getaway. We offer a casual, peaceful and private environment for our guests, including a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer and a private covered patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. City of Fernandina Beach short-term rental license # RRDP-000834-2022 Atlantis on Amelia is a 24-unit complex with a heated pool as well as a patio overlooking the ocean and a boardwalk to the beach. Please note that you will only have one assigned parking space and should not expect to be able to park a second vehicle at Atlantis. Located minutes from historic downtown Fernandina, you will enjoy unique shops and art galleries as well as a wide array of dining choices. There are also many recreational options in the area including golf courses and bike paths. We have owned our little bit of Paradise for over twenty-four years and look forward to sharing it with you. We loved our first visit to Amelia Island. This was a very nice location, beautiful ocean views and sound of the waves. We were fortunate to see the Falcons space launch, definitely check for launches this was AMAZING!!! Older building, however very clean and well-kept. Ellen was very communicative during th whole process and we will definitely be back!

Our family of five enjoyed staying in this unit. It was quiet, comfortable and clean, with convenient direct access to the beach through the sliding glass door. The rooms were spacious, with a wonderful large kitchen. Furnishings were a bit dated but that didn't bother us at all. Our only complaint is that the pool heater was not working and the water was 68 degrees for several days until it was fixed. This was very disappointing for the kids but they spent more time at the beach instead.

This little gem was the perfect getaway. It is clean and in excellent condition. It is actually a bit larger than it seems in the pictures. It has everything you need and is very homey. Beds are comfortable, showers are good, and all appliances work fine. The kitchen is very well stocked. The location is excellent and is an easy drive anywhere you may want to go and within walking distance to a restaurant. The ocean view is spectacular. Most importantly, it is so close to the water! I mean really close! You can easily walk back and forth to the water, so there is no need to pack everything, although there is a wagon, chairs and toys available if you want to use them. We also found lots of shells and saw a turtle :).

The property was spacious, furniture was cozy, views were amazing, the property owner was kind and attentive. I honestly feel we could be the bestest beach buddies. She's super nice and genuine. The condo was very quite, no one at the pool, hardly anyone at the beach, it was a much needed escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life. We really enjoyed it and can't wait to come back.

This property was perfect for our family of four. The ocean view was even better than the pictures portrayed. It was extremely easy to check-in. Communication with the owner was easy and comfortable. First floor access to both the parking lot and the ocean side were ideal for our family. It was a light week for tourism (last week of August) as most families were headed back to school already. So we had the place mostly to ourselves. The pool was in great condition, very clean, and a good temperature. This location was convenient to all island amenities. We would recommend this for families with little children. It was safe for our kids to run around the property comfortably.

We had a wonderful time! Ellen was great at communication. Condo was well stocked and clean. A great option for a family. Loved being on the first floor, just open the door and you’re basically on the beach and we didn’t even have to sacrifice a view! Just lovely!

A perfect condo for my husband and I to escape and exhale at the beach! Loved being able to see the beach from the ground level and coffee on the boardwalk every morning. Thank you!

This property was exactly as described. It worked great for our family of 4. Our four-year-old had his own room and loved that there was a stuffed animal and toys in his room. The master bedroom had a large walk-in closet. We utilized this space to put the pack-n-play to help with keeping the room dark for bedtime and naps. And the location on the first floor made it easy for one adult to come and go while the baby napped.
The cleanliness of the property really put us at ease. A lot of times, these beach properties can get run down and grimy from the salt water. Ellen has taken great care of this property and it made it feel really comfortable for us.
Communication with the property owner was superb. We had one minor issue (that really wasn't an issue) and it was resolved incredibly quickly.
Will definitely be back!

What a great condo! It was beautiful decorated, perfectly clean and had the most comfortable furnishings. My husband and I loved our week there. I wish we had found it earlier as we have been visiting Amelia Island for over 30 years. Ellen, our host, made us feel so welcomed with all her extra touches.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We are "veterans" of Amelia and will defiantly consider making this "our" place due to it's location and uncrowded beach, low-key atmosphere, and ease of beach access. Thanks again Ellen!

We had a wonderful time at this home. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. Ellen had beach towels, toys, and chairs for the beach. We rented bikes for the week and also rode horses one morning on the beach. The July 4 fireworks downtown was really fun. The outdoor sitting area was perfect for reading or watching the waves - and it was nce ot have somewhere to leave sandy shoes, towels, sunscreen at the end of the day. All of the neighbors and renters were really nice. The boardwalk is such a short walk to the beautiful beach.

We have had an amazing time and love Amelia Island. Your condo is beautiful and has one of the best locations on the beach. This has been a perfect place to spend our family vacation. Would definitely love to book your condo when we come back to Amelia!

Spacious, clean, AMAZING view. This condo did NOT disappoint and it was such a great place to stay!!! Being on the first floor and walking straight from our patio to the beach was fantastic. Ellen was easy to get in touch with and made sure everything was taken care of for our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family love staying at this condo. This was our second time to stay here. This is a smaller complex with parking space literally just outside the door with no steps. The condo faces the ocean and just mere steps to the beach. There is a property manager on site to take care of any special needs. I hope we are able to visit again in the future. Ellen is top notch host :)

Great location, clean and comfortable. Lighting was rather poor as All fixtures needed higher wattage bulbs. Nice furniture and spacious setting. Having manager on site was very helpful.

This is a sweet condo just feet from the beach. There is such a generosity in the furnishings and the little "extras" -basically everything you could want or need, little touches that go a long way in making you feel at home or at a favorite Aunt's house. LOTS of dishes and cookware, beach towels, everything you need for the beach, candles, books, games, children's toys. It is clearly a well loved space and it feels that way. The condo had a couple of issues during our stay - a lock that wasn't working properly and some wiring issues but these were dealt with immediately and with sincere apologies on the part of the owner. We would HIGHLY recommend this place. One caveat is the pool, which is located behind the unit, not on the beach side, and separated from a busy street by a tennis court. We got a kick out of it however and used it. it was well maintained and nicely heated.

We had such an incredible time in this rental. The location is just perfect, first floor where you can see the ocean and walk out to the beach from the back porch. The views are breathtaking. The owner and property manager were easy to get ahold of and responded back so quickly it was impressive. Stores and restaurants are just a short drive away and a convenience store is walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place for your vacation.

To say this condo was perfect would be an understatement. Ellen was just so wonderful to work with and she keeps the condo in immaculate condition. The walk out location was perfect, and patio furniture was incredibly comfortable. The wagon, beach chairs and toys, beach towels all made for a quick weekend get away from Michigan possible so we didn’t have to pay to bring all those items with us. Amelia island is crazy beautiful, and the beaches are clean and so quiet. We spotted starfish in the tide pools and baby turtles with momma. We found so many cool beach restaurants and the downtown area was so pretty. There is a Walmart 9 minutes away and a Publix close as well. With how close the beach is to the condo we could easily go up for lunch or to grab snacks. I was on the fence about renting from someone I didn’t know in an area I’ve never been before but I’m so so glad I did! Don’t hesitate, bring your family for a wonderful beach vacation!!

We felt at home the minute we walked in! The owner, Ellen, has made sure anything and everything a person will need for a fabulous stay is provided!
She checked in with us via text soon after our arrival to see if everything was as expected and it was.
Furniture both inside and outside was so comfortable. She has beach chairs, toys, towels and a beach wagon available! Loved the first floor walk out capability. The pool was clean, warm and quiet.
I had done hours of research on where we should stay. This was the perfect place! We HIGHLY recommend this unit.

This property had a great location! It was just as listed on Vacasa. Would recommend having a blanket for the master as it got cold at night. And maybe not so many dishes as no place to put boxed food. Otherwise

This is our second time at this property and we love it! 30 mins from the airport, self checkin/out, ground floor condo with parking right outside the front door, spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean, walk right down to the beach! This is perfect with kids! The beach is very quiet. The condo itself has everything you need and is very comfortable. We plan to come back again!

Easy beach access was important to us having kids wanting to come in and out throughout the day. The grassy area out back is GREAT for kids to play in, and the beach is SO close.
The building is relatively small, which is nice because it does not feel crowded at all. The interior of the unit is nice - kitchen and living area seem recently updated and the place is well-stocked. There is some updating that could be done in the bathrooms with plumbing and other things, but nothing you wouldn't expect in a condo of that age and getting the humid sea air all the time.
Overall a great spot, and we hope to return!
