This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is a perfect retreat for up to seven people. Nicely updated, guests love it location in Frisco, the heart of Summit County. Look at how nice it is on the inside, too! The living area welcomes you with a beautiful gas fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the flat-screen TV or just relax and chat. The large windows flood this open area with sunshine all year long. And just outside on the balcony, there’s a gas grill and great mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and seating for six: four at the dining table and two at the counter. Other amenities include a 1-car garage, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. I want to dock a star for the jetted tub spitting out black stuff, as is noted in other reviews, but the value, comfort & amenities as a whole save it. Attention to detail throughout is quite good, all the furniture is very comfy. I could spend days in those bar stools. Great neighborhood and walkable to stores and restaurants. Cookware is a little worn, but that was expected in a rental. I might just book this place next year - it's a real jewel. Thanks for the great stay!

The unit was alright. The tub in the unit was not usable and was spitting out black residue/ mold even after maintenance came and cleaned it. This was a big disappointment as it was the primary reason this location was selected over others. Also, the check in and out times were later/ earlier to give the cleaning crew, “time to clean,” but they still had a chore list.

This location is perfect. Close to bike and hike trails, playgrounds, and restaurants. We all loved our stay. Can’t wait to return!

We were a party of 5. 2 adults l, 3 teenagers. Plenty of room, space for everyone. Great location to Keystone, Cooper Mountain, and Breckenridge. Close proximity to Frisco's downtown area, as well as 2 grocery stores and other restaurants. We loved our stay. Look forward to staying here again.

The property is super conveniently located, close to I-70, and close to all major ski resorts. The house has a bedroom on the first floor (garage level) and on the third floor. The second floor is the kitchen and living room. The quality of the house and the amenities is good. We really enjoyed our stay here!

There is a beautiful path to downtown Frisco that takes you through the park and over the river — it’s about a 10-15 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful walk to town
Our family of five stayed three nights at the townhome and it was set up perfectly. Lots of extra blankets, games, dvd’s and a well stocked kitchen. There is a beautiful path to downtown Frisco that takes you through the park and over the river — it’s about a 10-15 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit we rented 681B Meadow Drive was a very lovely unit. Having three bathrooms was very nice. It was well appointed with bedding and kitchen furnishings. It was well located next to a bike path which lead to a beautiful park by the river.

My family had a wonderful stay in this townhome. It was clean and had plenty of supplies such as towels, linens, paper towels, coffee and more. The location was convenient since we had rented a suv to get to the ski areas, dining and shopping. The only issue we had was having to pick up and drop off the key for the property at the management office rather than simply providing an electronic lock on the front door for guests. We did lose the key in one of the bundles of clothes and ending up eating a lot of time finding it and as mentioned picking up and returning keys to management in snowy weather. Strange but the housekeeping closet had an electronic lock but not the main door. Ugh

The townhome was lovely. It was conveniently located and had everything we needed! There were a few issues that needed maintenance/housekeeping (no fault of the townhome)and SMR took care of them immediately. This is our second year renting from SMR and will again next year!

The kitchen was so well-equipped and inviting that I went out to dinner only one night ... staying "home" was more appealing. Only drawback was miscommunication from the rental agency. This included a note saying that I had to make a final payment through a portal or my agreement was subject to cancellation within 24 hours (in fact, the entire thing had been paid on my card) and confusion over garbage that was to be placed "inside the complex dumpster" (no detail on where that was and when I called, it was not a quick and easy exchange of information). All in all, though, was very pleased and would love to come again sometime.

Stayed here with my husband and adult son for a ski trip to Copper Mountain. Perfect location, and this place is stocked with everything you need. We especially appreciated the garage, laundry, fireplace, fully packed kitchen (we ate breakfast and dinner in the condo), and games. Beautiful mountain views and great snow removal crew. We rented ski equipment from a locally-owned shop right next to WalMart for a much cheaper rate and great customer service. Also took a day-trip to see Vail from here. Check-in was easy, and key drop-off convenient. Highly recommend this reasonably-priced home.

The townhome was a great place for a family ski vacation. It is centrally located to access all the Summit County ski areas and a short drive to Vail & Beaver Creek. It is well equipped and a comfortable place to relax after a full day of skiing.

Checking in and out was easy and convenient. Rental was spacious and comfortable, only complaint was the jets in the master bath tub are in need of a proper cleaning, I turned them on while bathing and tons of black flakes shot out.

We loved how close the location was to everything and it was very nice to be able to park inside the garage and not have the car frozen every morning. Great board games and dvd/ entertainment for the family to enjoy.

Great place to stay in Frisco. All was good except for tv/cable experience. No smart TVs so unable to access Netflix or other smart apps for movies. Since we were busy exploring the area not an issue. Would have been nice to have though during down times.
