We are on the access road to Alta/ Snowbird, a scenic 6 mile drive. The home has been fully updated by the architect/ designer owners with new kitchen and baths. Beautifully decorated, roomy and comfortable. Plenty of room for all to sleep and shower in privacy. Custom touches. Fully equipped kitchen. Toasty sauna. Wonderful location. We actually skied at Brighton, Solitude and Park City as well as Snowbird and Alta. All easily accessible. Loved it!

The home was the perfect location for our visit to Cottonwood Canyons. Situated at the base of Little, we had ideal access to all of the ski resorts. The property was accurately listed and provided all necessary amenities. The work space was an added bonus! Zoe was an excellent and attentive host. We highly recommend this property.

Great location, great home, great experience! Homeowner was exceptionally responsive and organized. House is in perfect shape. Location at the mouth of Little Cottonwood cannot be beat. We had 2 families (7 people) and the layout was great for us. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a top-notch property, very pleasant to be in. Place was spotless when we arrived. Property host was fantastic helping us settle in, answering questions. The home is obviously designed for skiers. So convenient from the garage, to boot warmers, to easy access to place to hang ski clothing and transition to the warm home. The only unusual thing about the property is there is a ton of living space, but not many bedrooms. It's perfect for one big family. It would work for two families, as well, but there are not to master-type bedrooms. Very close to Alta and Snowbird, not close to shopping. I would highly recommend the place and would return.

This house is right off the main access road to snowbird and alta. Location can’t be beat and house was super open and spacious !

The location of this home is perfect (especially if you enjoy little cottonwood canyon). This home had a good amount of living space to spread out with our family. I think this condo is great for one family but putting more than one family in here it gets a little tight. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies which made it super easy.

We loved our stay here. Stayed for two months with our two young children. The house is beautiful and spacious. Lots of light, lots of spaces. We stayed the summer and worked from home. The location is superb - right at the edge of the canyons. Lots of hikes and climbing locations nearby. . We would definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very conveniently located for skiing at Alta and Snowbird. It’s spacious, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed in this home for 2 months. It was both beautiful and comfortable! The beds were comfortable, the living spaces were thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in (which is a rare find in vacation properties). The location is amazing, nestled right up in Little Cottonwood Canyon (super close to skiing and hiking). We often had a flock of wild turkeys in the yard in the mornings. Zoe was very communicative and quick to respond when we needed her. Highly recommend!!
