It offers secluded spots for morning coffee. With four bedrooms, including two king-size, and 2.5 baths, this home is perfect for multiple families/friends and pets ($150 pet fee). Set on a corner lot, there's plenty of space for boat or RV parking. Just 10 minutes from the lake. This spacious home boasts tile flooring, solar-heated pool and spa, and a 2-car garage with RV/boat parking monitored by a Ring security camera. It features French door entry and wheelchair-accessible ramp. Sleeps 10 comfortably, with a game room, 6 TVs, and high-speed internet. The large backyard offers amazing sunset views, an outdoor kitchen, pool/spa, and a fire pit. Security features include 2 Ring cameras (one on the side of the garage and another by the pool equipment facing the gate) as well as a Ring doorbell. Pet-friendly with tile flooring and a fully fenced backyard. The master suite features a Cal. King bed and sliding glass doors to a covered patio. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom has another Cal. King bed. The fourth bedroom has two full-size beds and toys for kids. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining, with a 55" flat-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes stainless steel appliances. Solar panels heat the pool and spa, with propane heating available at an extra cost. Bath and pool towels are provided, along with extra bedding in each bedroom. First and foremost, Mary was an amazing host. The communication prior, during, and after our stay was on point. The table umbrella was broken on arrival. Mary was quick to get replacements delivered to the house. Her instructions were simple to follow and helped make our stay that much smoother. Mary was very personable and quick to respond. The house was exactly as pictured and described. There was plenty of quality cookware, light switches were labeled so there was no guessing, the outdoor kitchen was definitely put to use. We traveled with family, a group of 9 ranging from ages 17-60's. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and game room. The extra fridge and garage access was a plus. The pool was clean and the filter system was quick to remove any loose leaves. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of quality back towels and beach towels. The only thing was that the floors were not as clean as we would have liked. When walking barefoot, it showed on the soles of your feet. But, with so much traffic and lake days, it can be expected. Overall, we would definitely recommend and would love to book again for our annual family trip. Thank you, Mary!

The house was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked w every type of dish/pan we needed which was very helpful. The pool was clean and has so much room to relax in the shade or swim. The outside bbq grill was very nice and especially acccess to the 3rd bathroom from pool area. The beds were clean and comfy. The game room is where we spent lots of time playing Pool and listening to music. This house had everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway, I would definitely book again.

This was one of the best VBRO houses we have stayed in. We are a large family (6 kids and now a grand baby) and this house has plenty of things to do for everyone(pool, darts, pool table). All the amenities and more are provided (soap, shampoo, beach towels, spices etc). The host was very responsive and also gave us boating recommendations. Great weekend on a beautiful lake.

We took our son and a group of his friends to Havasu for a high school senior graduation trip. The house is as described in the listing, with plenty of extra towels and blankets and pillows. Communication from Mary was excellent. The seniors enjoyed having access to the game room to play pool, and enjoyed the games in the cabinet. The living room had plenty of seating for everyone.

Met my four sisters, from Utah, and their husbands for a little sibling reunion. Having read about this property before going, our expectations were high. Well….they were all exceeded! Property is perfect for a gathering that you want to commune together, cooking, movies, game room, BBQ, pool/spa etc…but still having your own space (bedrooms) when needed. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked, you will want for nothing. Bathrooms had everything. Beds were super comfy and all TV’s were super easy to use. Pool and spa directions easy to follow, plenty of towels and pool toys. Outdoor kitchen, fire pit was so fun to use in the evenings. Check in was super easy….. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave.!! Thank you, thank you, thank you…. “We’ll be back!”

We had a great time with 6 adults and 3 children, in this four bedroom home. Everyone had space and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. There was a TV in every room when we weren’t too busy swimming. Host was pleasant and available with any questions we had. The pool and spa was perfect for all, especially the 5 year old because of the large Baja shelf she could stand on. Outdoor kitchen was a bonus. We normally try different places every year, but if we go back to Havasu we will definitely use this home again.

Everything was great. Beds were comfortable, pool and view were fantastic. All 11 of us loved our stay. Keep in mind, there is no pool cooler so if it’s 115, odds are the pool won’t be cool.

Myself and a group of adult friends decided to do a weekend get-away in Havasu and we were so lucky to find this amazing home. All 8 of us enjoyed the home so much….the house is very clean, smells good, has a spacious kitchen for several to cook at once, an awesome patio to hang out, and the pool table room is definitely a huge plus. I loved that the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and anything else you might need if you plan to cook during you stay. We all enjoyed hanging out for hours in the pool and patio, although the one down side that surprised us was how hot the water in the pool was. The water was soooo hot it felt like a jacuzzi the whole time and would of definitely been more pleasant if it was much cooler. Other than this our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean and fun home to stay while visiting Havasu. Thank you!!

Our extended family loved our visit to Havasu! I spent a lot of time scouting for the perfect family-friendly rental and I have zero regrets about our decision to stay here. This home had just the right balance of charm and yet still very clean (it felt like home). Mary was so responsive whenever we had a question. We spent two days on the lake and then one day just lounging in the pool. We loved that there was a bathroom right off the patio to access from the pool. We roasted marshmallows, barbequed burgers, and found some great local takeout options, too. The kitchen has every gadget you can imagine, and the layout of the house worked so great for grandparents, aunts, uncles and kiddos. An extra refrigerator in the garage was a total plus to hold all of those lake beverages ;) ... the neighborhood was peaceful. I loved that the backyard backed up to an easement or rock channel. We look forward to coming back one day soon!
