Nestled in Dewey Beach, this attractive house for $657 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Located on a quiet street in North Dewey Beach, this well-appointed townhouse is perfect for your spring, summer or fall vacation. Just 78 steps from the beach, this house is the perfect place to relax with your family and friends. One of the most unique features of this home is its rooftop deck with wonderful views. The home has been updated with a new sectional couch in 2022, has beautiful furniture, and looks fantastic! The owners invest heavily in the maintenance and plan on using it as a vacation home for their families for many years to come. The beds are as follows: 3rd floor- (2) kings, 2nd floor (1) trundle bed, (2) bunkbeds (double on bottom, single on top), 1st floor - (1) queen With three levels of living space and a private rooftop deck, this home is spacious and comfortable. Each level has its own deck and in wall speakers for the stereo system. The house sleeps 10/12 with kids. The first floor includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom. The barbecue grill is located out back. The property has three parking spots, lockable storage room and outdoor private shower. The second floor includes a beautiful family room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and entertainment center with a TV, DVD, stereo. The kitchen opens into the living room and dining room, and has all modern conveniences of a full-service kitchen. Located in the front of this level is the second bedroom with two bunk beds and bath. Two large bedrooms are located on the third level, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom on the east side of the house has a fantastic bathroom with a shower for two. It even has dual shower heads and a bench! The washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway. Once you reach the rooftop deck on the 4th level of the home, you can hear the ocean and sounds of Dewey Beach. This is a fabulous place to relax, sunbathe, read, or dine. There is a refrigerator, sink and bar just inside the door. This house has it all. Owners are meticulous to details to ensure that your stay will be pleasant and relaxing. Contact us to learn more. ** Please note... In June, July and August, we do NOT rent for partial weeks. There is a seven night minimum term required during the summer. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday. The house DOES NOT come with sheets, towels, or other linens. You can bring them with you or rent them from Coastal Beach Services, a local company that delivers and picks up a variety of essentials for your beach stay. An amazing property in a perfect location! Got up and watched the sunrise and was back snuggled in bed in less than 4 minutes. Open Layout of the main floor allowed those of us cooking to still be part of the mix! Great place!

The property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. One suggestion- could u put something about the parking. We had 2 bigger cars with us and parking was tight. Maybe just a heads up about the small parking spaces.

This 4 bedroom 3 bath condo has it all with 1 minute walk to beach in heart of Dewey. Inside has been updated with comfortable furnishings. Outside patio on lower level and also balcony on upper level also furnished. Ample parking for 3 cars. Kitchen well stocked. Owner was delightful to work with on requests and info. Would definitely rent again.

The location of this house is absolutely perfect. You are a short walk to the beach (no roads to cross) and within walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. The house is spacious and accommodated our family well!

First, communication with this Host was the best I have ever experienced renting thru this site! Our stay was a bit of a last-minute booking, and he truly helped make it seamless. This House had everything and more for us and our lab. The location is great - steps from the beach, running paths along the Lakes, and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Morning coffee or late-night drinks on the Roof Deck were Huge Bonus. We will definitely be renting again.

This was a great house for our family vacation! Separate spaces allowed us to spread out and the living room was spacious enough for us to hang together. Great, central location for all we wanted to do!

Pros: The house is located conveniently to the beach and is walkable to shops, restaurants, and bars. The house is comfortable, and well supplied with essentials. Cons: The washer and dryer are undersized for the house capacity and is ventless which offs heat into the living space. More attention should be given to cleanliness such as the carpets and the gas grill. Overall the pros far outweighed the cons and we would eagerly stay there again.

Easy walk back and forth to the beach. Lots of closets. Great experience. 2nd time staying in this house! Love the kid bedroom. Overall great. Would replace carpet on stairs and upstairs. The front door is very tricky and hard to close when locked. Love the rooftop deck and all the decks. Great new rooftop furniture. Overall wonderful!

The home is a beautiful pet friendly place with a great location. Close to everything in Dewey...No driving needed. We got rained on most days and did not get a chance to enjoy the wonderful rooftop deck, but it did not put a damper on our time! When we had a small issue, John was quick to respond, communicate, and accommodate us. Definitely a nice place for Families or group of friends. Having 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on three different levels made it easy for all to have their own space when needed.

The property was perfect for a family getaway. We had 6 adults and a dog and it was the perfect spot. Super close to beach and within walking distance to all of Deweys best spots. The rooftop deck is a definite bonus and great hangout spot. Property is very clean and well maintained. Will definitely be back.

Fine, missing essentials

This property was fine and relatively as described, but we were disappointed that for a rental house there were ZERO essentials present (soap, sheets, towels, etc.). Listing describes "This house has it all. Owners are meticulous to details to ensure that your stay will be pleasant and relaxing." – but the owner did not respond to questions related to this and we ended up having to purchase last minute items at walmart to stock the house with basics. I'd recommend to either bring all required essentials if renting this house.

My family and I had a great time at the beach. This was our first trip to Dewey Beach but it won’t be our last. The unit was very clean which is the first thing I like to see when entering a new place. Parking for 3 cars was a nice perk since most places only have parking for 2 cars. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The inside showers were extremely nice and the water pressure was great! There is an outside shower with hot/cold water which worked very well for rinsing the little ones and sand toys. I hate bringing sand inside so this made life easier. The weather for our week was perfect. We would definitely rent this place again!

This property was amazing. We were close to the beach, had plenty of space for our 3 families (11 of us in all plus a dog) to spread out and hang together. The owner was easy to contact with any questions and the home was all it was advertised to be. The roof top deck was a great way to finish an evening before bed too. Hope to stay there again next year.

This house is super close to the beach. It is outfitted with everything you need. We literally had no complaints. Great place for large groups since house is very roomy. Manager called on our way down to make sure we had no questions which I thought was very nice.

This condo was the perfect location in Dewey. So close to the beach and a short walk down the road to restaurants. Plenty of room for 4 young kids, 8 adults and a small dog. The rooftop deck was fun to sit out on at night and hear the waves. Awesome vacation!

After almost two years with seeing ou middle dasher and her husband, we needed a relaxing break and visit. The property was wonderful and included all the small details for a fab vacation. I would highly recommend this spot for a family that needs extra space, and multiple bathrooms.
