"White Sand by the Sea` at Huntington by the Sea in Miramar Significant Updates in 2023: The livingroom has all new furniture, with more comfortable couches and seating. The kitchen was utterly updated. You will fall in love with White Sand by Sea! This lovely second-floor unit at Huntington by the Sea is situated in Miramar Beach, the easternmost part of Destin. It's the ideal spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and entertainment are just a short drive away. Though close to it all, the beach at Huntington by the Sea is quiet, peaceful, and family-oriented. The beach in front of the property is solely dedicated to the Huntington by the Sea community, so we won't be overcrowded. The beach-side heated pool has a large deck with lounge chairs, great for watching the colorful sunsets in the Gulf of Mexico. There is a bath house and community gas grills for your convenience. Open living at its best, the well-stocked kitchen is open to the dining and living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows, balcony access, and beach vie s. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, drinkware, utensils, and more. The dining area offers table seating for six, with two additional seats at the kitchen counter. The living area provides comfortable seating, a pull-out sofa, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom has a new king mattress, beach views, and balcony access. Curtains, of course, can be drawn to allow complete privacy. The guest bedroom has two full beds. Both bathrooms offer a tub/shower combination. Flat-screen TVs are in each bedroom and living area. The on-site credit card-operated laundry facility is located just across from this unit for easy access. This rental comes with a complimentary beach setup, including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella from March through October. If you wish to order extra sets prior to your arrival, please contact LaDolceVita. Wonderful location, property well maintained and clean. Condo was clean, furniture was fairly new, new appliances and beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were small and need updating.

I do love this building and its location. The private beach is wonderful along with the chair set up and umbrella. The only inconvenient thing about this rental is that we were only supplied one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 5 people. I was not aware of that otherwise I would have brought some from home since we were driving. That also goes for the dishwashing detergent as well. We only had two pods for seven days. I had to get up one morning to run and go get toilet paper. Not a big deal, just a little inconvenient in the moment. But knowing that ahead of time, just add it to your grocery list. The management team was super helpful and incredibly easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic stay! An umbrella and two chairs were set up for us every morning. The beach manager, Hill, was great. The maintenance staff was always there cleaning the pool every morning and around the facility. And the condo was awesome!

I loved our time here and cannot wait to come again. The unit is in need of some updating but nothing major. I loved sitting on the balcony every morning drinking my coffee and looking at the beautiful blue water and listening to the gentle waves. There were beach chairs and an umbrella and table that came with the unit also that was a huge bonus.
There was construction going on during our visit, it was very loud during the day, but the management company was helpful and supportive.
Also, know you will need your own beach towels, dish soap and toilet paper.

Some general wear and tear on the property could be maintained- sofa covers are in need of updates - facets leaves a bit and need upgrades - other than those the place was in a good location. Had everything needed and comfortable

My husband and our 3 year old stayed a week at this property and we will come back! It is a great location! Overlooking the pool and the beach. Close to restaurants! Very clean and the staff was very nice!

Great Access to the Beach
We stayed at this condo for a week. It's in a good location that is close to grocery stores, surf shops, outlet malls, and restaurants. Overall, it is in good condition. The AC runs well, the showers have plenty of water pressure, the access to the beach is well maintained, and the kitchen is well-stocked. The laundry units in the hallway worked well for us. The slight downsides were: the couches and chairs in the living room are visibly soiled with many stains. The doors are soiled where handprints have left residue over the years and need to be cleaned. Unfortunately, the pool required maintenance and was only open 2/8 days for us, but that isn't necessarily the condo owner's fault and I'm not sure if this happens frequently. For us, the positives outweighed the negatives, as we were mostly interested in direct beach access. Including the two chairs and umbrella in the price is fantastic and much appreciated!

Our experience here was great. We wanted alittle beach get away to relax and it was just it! Perfect view, private beach, short walk to the beach. It hit all our points!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Ages 70 to 11.
This was one of the most furnished kitchens we have every had.
The Bathroom shower handle may need to be replaced soon but everything else was perfect!!! Can’t wait to visit again.

We have stayed at various locations and beaches along 30A the past several years and this is hands down the most convenient and enjoyable location. All week we’d go between the beach and the pool and it couldn’t have been easier. Beach is just a few steps from the pool which made it so easy with 4 young kids. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a very well kept condo and a great location. Only complaint was that neither of the sliding glass doors in the living room or the master bedroom would lock. Also, the tub in the guest bathroom was clogged and water would fill up while taking a shower. Outside of those, I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice getaway with a private beach.

Great week!
We enjoyed our stay! Communication with manager was great! Location was perfect! Pool was clean, and beach chair rental was a nice bonus. My only tiny complaint would be the slip covers needed a good cleaning, but they’re white, so I can see how it would be difficult to keep them spotless. We would definitely book again!

Great Stay and Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect and the entire complex was maintained daily. Maria, who maintained the grounds and complex did a wonderful job daily. We will definitely be returning.

Great Location, but needs a little TLC!
We had a great week and loved the location! We were a little disappointed when we discovered that there was not a washer and dryer inside the unit. I emailed prior to booking to ask and was told the washer and dryer were in the unit. Luckily the community washer and dryer were directly across from the unit (but fees applied and you had to plan/time when you did laundry). Not a huge deal, but should be better represented. The biggest issue we had was with the master bed. Although the mattress itself was comfortable, the box springs were clearly rusted and made so much noise that we couldn’t sleep because every slight movement woke us up. We made the manager aware immediately and it was eventually fixed with a new box spring being delivered after our 3rd sleepless night. There were a few other things that were wrong initially (broken toilet seat and no plug for the bath for our kids) that were fixed within a day or 2. The unit was a little dirty in some areas and a deeper clean would really help. I know during peak season it’s very busy and although they let us check in a couple hours early (thank you!), I would have preferred a little more detail from the cleaning crew. Both faucets in the bath tub need to be replaced (they had what looked like dirt/mold growing inside). The fan in the master was rattling and unbalanced so we didn’t use it because we were afraid it might fall out of the ceiling. I believe that these “minor fixes” would make a big difference!
Also, it’s worth noting that the kids mentioned that their beds were super comfortable!

As advertised
Condo is just as advertised. Had a great time with friends and family. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Beach was perfect. Even during spring break, our beach was never crowded with spring breakers, as I only recall seeing one group of college kids the whole time during our stay. The temp was a little cool, but that was expected. It definitely won't stop us from being back again.

Very clean! Comfortable beds!!
Our family owns a condo in gulf shores, so it’s always hard to stay at other condos and not get disappointed but this condo was very good! Very clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The only thing “wrong” which wasn’t even an issue was the master bed was extremely loud when getting in and out of it, the master sink had a drip that made noise during the night, and the master bedroom ceiling fan when on looked like it was going to fall off the ceiling :) but like I said they were issues that ruined nothing for us!! We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back to this unit!

The condo was amazing!! My family felt comfortable here. It was clean and we had everything we needed. We had the best view of the gulf! We loved the gated parking lot and most importantly, the beach was NEVER crowded. Super thankful for this much needed vacation. Everything was prefect!!
