Excellent séjour à Shinsaibashi House

Très bien situé et facile d’accès Grandes chambres par rapport au Japon Les facilities : cuisine commune si besoin, machines à laver si besoin, coin lockers …

Amazing stay

We have been amazed by this 2-room studio. The location is fantastic, the studio is big and it's very quiet. We barely heard the neighbors which is very pleasing. Each room comes with a private bathroom, a double bed and another single bed, a small desk, a TV and AC. It was very comfortable and well sound-proofed between rooms too. The shared facilities were great too, big and clean. We used the washing machine and the lockers for more convenience. Everything went very fine. We would have staying here for months if we could!

Everything was great except there's no elevator. I have leg issues so it was very hard and painful for me to go up to the 5th floor without an elevator. But everything else was fantastic.

A Great Value Choice for Osaka

Great location for a stay in Osaka close to the main areas and train stations, not overly noisy despite the location.

The bathroom is quite small.

Great location, a little small

It was a fantastic location, close to two train stations, less than a 10 minute walk to the Dotonbori and several kombini around the corner from it. It was easy to access with codes provided

The rooms were on the smaller side and the bathroom was very small for anyone taller than 5'6 and the room my friends and I stayed in had a weird set up which didn't work for hanging out but made for good privacy.

good!!!!

넓고 쾌적함 필요물품을 충분히 구비해두었고 세탁기 사용이 가능하고 건조까지 됨 옆에 한글 안내가 작게 있어서 어렵진 않고 다만 세제가 빈통이라 바디워시 조금 넣어 세탁하고 시간이 3시간정도 걸린듯 체크인도 쉽게 설명이 되어있음

샤워기 수압이 조금 아쉬운편 주변이 번화가 근처라 그런지 밤늦게도 가끔씩 오토바이 굉음과 쿵쿵 거리는 소리가 일정 주기마다 들렸으나 자는데는 큰 지장없었음

It was a pleasantly surprising especially the location.

Location wise, value for money and cleanliness.

如果爬樓梯沒問題的人來就是個完美選擇

地點非常方便，公共區域也很舒適，房間夠大，床好睡👍

知道沒有電梯，因為有帶長輩先詢問過能否安排低一點的樓層，結果還是在四樓.....下樓真的對長輩很吃力吹風機不太夠力，可以升級一下啦！

Good

It's very well located. Lots of restaurants and shopping stores. It's a walk distance to Dotonbori.

The room and bathroom is really small. We couldn't even open our luggage.

Apesar de não ter recepção, esse hotel é bem aconchegante.

Boa localização. Check in fácil.

道頓堀にも近く、その付近に安いパーキングもあり大満足でした。

立地がとても良かったです。

Excellent location and great value stay

Great value for money, the location was excellent as it was close to everything but quiet. Having two bathrooms was very comfortable for a family of 5. Would definitely stay again.

The mini fridge did not cool properly.

Sept 18-20 stay

I like the smell when you enter the facility. Since it is summertime I like that it is cold whenever you enter the hotel. You can do laundry and everything is there in the hotel.

What I don't like is that I keep on getting messages asking for the ID of my companions. One message or notification should be enough. I am in Japan for vacation so I would appreciate it if I was not disturbed during my vacation for the ID.

Good location to explore Kyoto. Very tiny when you consider staying inside due to taifun. For sleeping only a very good place.

Luggage lockers on site and a shared space to wait for checkin time was usefull.

Kitchenette was basic in terms of available plates and bols. No place to eat, no table.

Our stay was welcoming comfortable and clean.

Location was perfect for seeing the festival as well as accessing transportation for universal and the aquarium. I liked the coin locker and main floor access to leave luggage. We arrived before check in and left osaka after and it was nice to have a secure place for our belongings.

A Near-Perfect End Location before Departure for Home...

They had locker facilities which allowed us to store our luggages after check-out time, so that we could still free our hands to do some leisurely shopping/activities before heading out to the airport... a pleasant but much needed surprise! ")

On our 2nd day/night, somehow the heater for the shower facilities wasn't working & we had NO hot water... all 5 of us had to shower in cold water... we couldn't figure out what went wrong as it was working fine on the 1st day/night..."(

Clean

No hot water on our 1st night. Property agreed to refund a day to us but only half of the refund received. The Property is not organized because people there didn't know how to reset the water system. It made us to suffer without hot water for showering at night. No elevator is a big problem too!

The location was great and it was clean and modern.

They needed chairs on the balcony and we asked for extra pillow which they could not provide.The fact there was no lift was challenging and staff only contactable by message.

If you enjoy intensive workout and carrying luggages upstairs then this is the place for you.

Great location and short walk to Dotonbori. Lots of food choices, shopping and entertainment nearby.

It was terrible that there were no elevators to carry our heavy luggages to level 5. Not child friendly. Not family friendly. Bad smell and poor ventilation in the small bedrooms and bathrooms. AC has a bad smell and the filter should be cleaned and maintained better. Staff didn't come to clean the room every day so the rubbish built up. 10am check-out time is too early.

Disappointing

The separate rooms with their own bathroom and shower.

The pillows were hard and the bathroom is too small, I barely could sit down to poo.. and also the shower barely has space to move around in..

Good location but small and no staff on site

Good location, and value for money, felt safe, had a communal kitchen with washer and dryer for clothes for free.

No staff on site, no toilet paper apart from the single provided initially (for a group of 5 people over 7 days). No garbage collection, minimal space, bathroom was very small. Hair-dryer very weak.

Valuable accommodation

The location is great as it's just about 500m walking distance from the Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street. The neighbourhood also has lots of eateries and convenience stores. There are coin lockers available at 100 yen for use after checking out if your flight is not so early. There are also washing machine and dryer available for use at no cost at the shared kitchen area.

There is no lift in this hotel. As we were staying at level 4, dragging the luggages up and down is a bit challenging. We booked two rooms, the toilet size for one of the rooms was really small but that was kind of common in Japan.
