The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and flat-panel TV, and accesses a full hall bath with a shower. The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms with a sleeping den as the 5th bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. One oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed and double bed and uses a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Another oceanfront bedroom also has a queen bed and a double bed and shares another full hall bath with a walk-in shower. One other bedroom features 2 twins and 1 double bed and also shares a full hall bath. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and features a private full bath with a tub/shower combo. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals. Damage Protection: In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay. Travel Insurance: Management Company offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost-plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation. If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.
