Very comfortable and clean. Quiet and convenient. Reviews said the street was noisy. But that is not the case it’s very quiet and laid-back atmosphere. This property is the best place to stay if you’re coming to Laguna.

A block from beach with coffee shop & restaurants around the corner. Beach sunset every night. Neighborhood is so quaint, we walked up & down the streets & then thru downtown, up N PCH to galleries & lunch & back home on the beach. Cozy & comfortable hideaway with nice outdoor spaces. Highly recommend Mozambique & Skyloft happy hours - rooftop with good HR food options.

The property was awesome! I felt safe. It was a lovely community with friendly people. The beaches nearby are beautiful! Parking was actually easy! Who knew! The house had everything that was needed. Great food in the area which was not pricier than my home town of Des Moines. I’d definitely stay there again!

If you’re traveling with a dog …Hard to find local places with grass in the neighborhood… looks like most of Laguna is like that.. some nice parks to drive to

Excellent for anyone who doesn't require much space. The step down in the center of the room requires some getting used to, and our only visitor did take a spill, but was not seriously hurt. Parking a large vehicle in the assigned space might be a challenge, but we had no problems with our mid-size sedan. The street out front is busy and noisy during the day, but it settles down at night and we never had any trouble sleeping. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the bathroom was spacious, although there is no counter surface in the bathroom except for a small glass stand under the sink. I gave 4-stars for check-in because its a somewhat convoluted procedure involving front street parking where you can find it, a lock-box, door keys and a gate lock and key, then a drive to the back alley and a walk back down stairs... all in the dark after a long day of travel. As for cleanliness, you may be at the mercy of the previous tenant's dish-washing skills, and there were dust bunnies and a cockroach in the kitchen cabinet, but that happens... It is a house in the hills near the beach, after all!
As for location, you couldn't ask for more! We went hiking in the surrounding hills every morning, and the beach, downtown shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. The hosts were friendly, and the community felt very safe day and night. We would definitely return.

We absolutely loved staying at this sweet cozy home in Laguna Beach. It was our home for 23 days, while we visited our newborn grandson, son, and daughter in law. The location is perfect for walks on the beach, sunset, coffee shop, walks with the dog. The patios are lovely and such fun to be completely surrounded by art, inside and out. The owners are a lovely couple who live upstairs . The manager was very helpful and responsive. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We hated to leave!

Perfect Laguna Beach home away from home

Can’t speak for the parking space which was a huge reason we rented this place (rented exotic car) - we got cut on availability for that due to some work apparently. Manager wasn’t very responsive about it. Street parking was inconvenient but not impossible. Aside from that one problem you’re unlikely to have, would recommend.

Location, location, location!
Great being 5 minutes walk (literally) from the water's edge. Also, easy access to cafes, restaurants, fast food and walking distance to Ralphs. Apartment well equipped, clean, good shower and agreeable decor. Knowing beach gear would be available saved us from having to bring our own. Onsite parking also a big plus. Only minor negative is the street noise from passing traffic - street not as busy as nearby Pacific Coast Highway, but still a fair amount of daytime/evening traffic.

If you are looking for a spot in South Laguna within walking distance to the beach and downtown, this quaint walk-down studio is perfect. Though just a block from the bustling shops and restaurants of South Coast Highway, the neighborhood is relatively quiet and parking is provided in the back. Cross South Coast Highway and you’ll find stairs to the beach...at nearly every street that dead ends at the coast. So, take your pick! Because the unit is partially subterranean, it smells a bit musty and the lighting is a little dim. But, the french front doors open to a courtyard garden view, the furnishings are nice, the kitchen is stocked with cooking equipment, and the bathroom is newly remodeled. The owner couple upstairs are very sweet and accommodating, as is the property manager. All in all, if you’re looking to explore Laguna Beach, this is a great little pad to hop from.

Exceptional location literally across the street from the beach. exceptional attention to our needs from both Nicholas and marija..we had our internet go out one night at 830 pm , we contacted nick and he promptly dealt with the internet provider immediately. I give them an A+ rating for service.
In regards to the house, it is a bit cramped but was expected from the pictures.
We were there for 3 weeks and every day we cooked the smoke alarm would go off - something I would get looked at as it was about 5 feet from the stove. Also we had hot air pumping into our suite from the upstairs.. The bathroom was very large though so that was a plus. We really don’t have major complaints it’s just a few small details, otherwise I’d give it a 5/5.

My husband and I loved how close to the beach this house is. We walked to dinner and took our dogs to the beach. Leonard and Arlene were so sweet! We felt like they were family! We will definitely come back!

A lovely home in The Village section of Laguna Beach. The owners, Arlene and Leonard - fabulous!
A wonderful experience and one we will certainly repeat. Accommodations were wonderful, enhanced by a lovely front courtyard. All necessities were provided, including beach chairs and boogie board. Parking was a breeze. Arlene and Leonard treated us like family. We stayed for a week and never wanted for anything. One block from the PCH and two blocks from the beach! We highly recommend this venue!

Comfy and great location.
Enjoyed my stay. Unit is as photos depict. Bathroom is huge, which is unusual for units. Bed sleeps comfortable and there are several pillows to choose from. Couch also naps well. Convenient to town. Thank you!

Super close to beautiful beaches and a short walk to downtown. Small, but fully stocked, clean and well maintained. Easy communication with Marija during the booking. I would recommend to family and friends.

Beach Getaway
Marija's Laguna Beach studio was just what I needed for a beach getaway. The location is perfect; a short walk to many beaches and a fifteen - twenty minute walk to the downtown, Pageant, Sawdust festival and Heisler Park. The free trolley stops a few blocks from the studio and there is ample street parking for visitors (no meters on Anita). The studio is small, but well equipped with lots of windows for ocean breezes. The patio area is lovely. Marija was quick to respond to any questions. I can't wait to go again!

Good location, great bargain, cozy studio
As advertised, this was a great bargain in Laguna Beach. Comfortable, clean, just a couple blocks off the beach and walkable to the center of town. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and well stocked for cooking. The dining area is small; we ate in, but might not be ideal for a lot of dining in. Would recommend this to friends.

Wonderful Place! Great Location
This was a great find in Laguna Beach. It was a very short walk to the beach and many other restaurants and shops. The cottage was clean, very comfortable and perfect for my wife and I. We will for sure stay again.

Central location in Laguna
Great location, parking incl., walking distance to beach and center. The appartment was clean, bathroom renovated and kitchen well equiped. Only it is a bit dark as slightly below ground level and noisy as on Glenneyre str.

From the moment we walked onto the property we were surrounded by beautiful plants and a true Laguna lifestyle atmosphere. Just what we needed to escape our winter in Idaho. The cottage is just the right size with a great bathroom, comfortable bed, and kitchen area. It is cozy and safe, and near everything. The ocean is a block a way, and after getting morning coffee we had leisurely walks on the beach. Shopping, great restaurants, and grocery store are within walking distance. I can't wait to go back!

Great location!
My wife and I spent 4 nights in the cottage and loved the location. We were walking distance to all the great beaches, restaurants and shops. It was so great to be able to walk to wherever we wanted to go. The cottage was clean and was perfect for two people. My only regret is we had to leave Laguna Beach.
