Rates are $975/week for peak summer, July/August $900 for Mid/Late June and first two weeks of September. Off season rates are $850/week. Please note sometimes VRBO generated quotes are not accurate to the above rates. **We do not rent for seniors week.** **Available April - early October** **Only full weeks July-August, unless booking last minute** This cozy condo is perfect for those looking for a relaxing stay in Ocean City. Located on quiet Saint James Place, you're just a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Enjoy a donut from Brown's on the front porch, or stroll the streets for other great restaurants all within walking distance. One bedroom with 1 queen bed, and a queen sized futon in the living area. 2 smart TV's, wifi, kitchen, full bath with standing shower, 2 seasonal beach tags, and coin operated laundry on the property. Hazel's Hideaway has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beach! Perfect for couples and small families with kids!

Nice one bedroom for a shore vacation. It was just want my mom and I were looking for. The short walk to the beach and boardwalk was great.

I didn't quite realize how very small this place was. It was fine for just me, but it would be tight with two people.
My only complaint is an odor in the living room and on the futon. It think it might be from cleaning spray, but I am sensitive to fragrances and was bothered by the smell.

Great location! So close to the beach and boardwalk in a quiet neighborhood!
We will definitely go back and go more prepared next time with toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen and bath towels, spices and wine glasses!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about 821 St. James. It was clean, close to the beach, awesome neighborhood and a great value Perfect in every way.

The house was clean and neat, the bed and futon were super comfortable, the location and neighborhood perfect and the owner, super nice. All in all a great stay!!

This was the perfect place for me. Just the right size for 1 & only 1.5 blocks from beach. I would definitely stay there again !

My husband stayed here by himself. The location was good and easy entrance to condo. Condo older and ok for 1 person.

This was perfect for us, just a short distance to the boardwalk, and Brown's donuts! Household items are provided but beach chairs and a small cooler would be a nice addition.

Great location
This was a great location for a family to get down to the beach quickly. I don’t believe we’ve ever stayed so far down the boardwalk, so we experienced Brown’s donuts for the first time. It was a tad small for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys, but that’s no fault of the owner. It has every need for a beach stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable with the outdoor shower, AC units, ceiling fans, great shower pressure, and a nicely stocked kitchen. We watched an afternoon storm roll in from the porch and it was sublime. Everything in the description was accurate and there were helpful notes in the house so we didn't need to contact the host at all. It was a very short walk to the north end of the boardwalk and Brown's Donuts (AMAZING). Very convenient for all the beach & town exploring we did, and it's a quiet spot, especially in mid-October. It was a lovely trip!

Lastly but no fault of the owner, I couldn’t enjoy much of the beautiful front porch due to noisy construction on both the house across the street and the unit downstairs all week. Despite these few things I enjoyed being there and would consider staying again.

Relaxing Quiet Neighborhood
This condo fit the needs of myself & husband perfectly. We loved the porch & spent lots of time there. Condo very neat & cleaned. Well stocked kitchen for what little cooking I did. Loved the beach decor. Parking not a problem. Close to beach, boardwalk & some excellent restaurants. This section of OC is quieter & less crowded.

Great little no frills spot
I came with 2 teenagers and the place was perfect for us. Great neighborhood and just 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The front porch was nice to have. The place could have been cleaner but I messaged with the owner and she assured me it was not up to her standards. I would definitely stay here again.

Christina replied quickly when we had trouble opening the lock box, the lock box numbers get stuck. The property itself is very clean and nice. the neighbor wasn’t so friendly which was discouraging. The property is a lengthy walk to get to 9th street with young kids but, it did tire them out :)

Highly recommended for a couples getaway. Very cute with great porch and excellent cross breeze. Close to everything yet also able to physically distance. Loved it and would highly recommend to others and stay again. Thanks for having us
