Emplacement , dans nos attentes, vu piscine, calme, pas trop en hauteur, Deauville beach : pas loin en voiture et conseiller , plage de Trouville : pas loin en voiture et très fréquentée

La superficie de l’appartement les deux salles de bain et la qualité du wifi
Terrasse et mobilier de jardin très sympa
La résidence n’était pas très entretenue poubelles eventree et détritus un peu partout c’est vraiment dommage pour un tel cadre
La literie épouvantable !!!!
Deux prises électriques HS, mobilier très usagé surtout au niveau de la salle à manger et du salon
Voisins juste au dessus ultra bruyants isolation phonique inexistante

The pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds, so even when it was busy it was still good. We were provided with essential items, i.e. fridge, microwave, kettle, hob, bedding, towels. There was plenty of parking in the underground car park.
One of the two sofa beds was uncomfortable. The details did not state that the location is up a long steep hill from the town centre. There wasn't enough space to store clothes particularly as some people were sleeping on the sofa beds in the lounge.

the green environment and the close access to Deauville
there is only 1 bedroom and we booked a stay for 6 people . so theoretically 2 had to sleep in the master bedroom 2 on the sofa bed and 2 on the convertible bed ( which was awful and not practicable) . we ended up sleeping 3 in the bedroom and 3 on the sofa bed. there was no coverts for the convertible bed

The heated outdoor pool and the very friendly staff
Pretty much the rest! The place is tear down And in really bad shape. They charge an extra 10 EUR for an hour of tennis and that inddor court looks awful. Haven’t been vacuumed in a long time.
The restaurant we ate once. Worst restaurant of the trip and also pretty expensive.
The price of washing cloths! 6 EUR/Machine which is insanely expensive!!
Find another place!!!

No wifi, the shower hose were broken, long way to the beach

First of all the owner is a very pleasant person to deal with! He is always available to help in any way possible even though there was nothing to be done as everything was as he said!
Absolutely nothing! Located in a perfect complex with friendly staff and well secured!

Noisy, sofa beds, location, small, neighbours, etc...

Jaccuzi was not functionning and we were not even informed beforehand.
Beside one double bed, others are sofa and were not comfortable at all.
Lots of people at swimming pool and is horribly far from train station and beach.
Neighbours were horrible. Knocked the door on 10 am to tell us we are not allow to talk or make noise with the kids.
Wouldn't recommend at all.

nice swimming pool .5-7mins by car to the beach.
no wifi. the property is on a hill, so getting to town or beach is accessible by car.

Area of this hotel was good, it was quite, lots of trees n fresh area, talking about room, its enough fr 4 ppl, we came there as 6 ppl n i felt like room was quite small, it wasnt same as shown in pic, there r few things missing at kitchen side, like choping bord n knife

Th equality of the sleeping coach was incredible bad. Appartment promoted for 6 persons. Not realistic.
The bed did not have matress, and when we shared this with concierge. nothing happened.
Also no wifi, although promoted as wit would be available in every single room.
Only one towel when we arrived with 5..
