This luxury thirteenth floor gulf front end unit condo in Tower III has beautiful floor to ceiling OCEAN views from every room, and sleeps 10 guest comfortably. Updated bedrooms and bathrooms. Booking comes with 3 parking passes, 2 sets of beach chairs(4 chairs and 2 umbrellas in total) reserved for our guests & folding chairs & a canopy tent in the condo available for your use. No college spring breakers. Two master bedrooms, one bunk room with 2 bunks and 3 NEWLY REMODELED bathrooms, two ocean front balconies and is over 1700 SF, completely furnished. Relax in the spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows and direct access to balcony which has a table and 6 chairs. Enjoy large flat screen TV while lounging in living room on queen size sofa sleeper plus love-seat and swivel chair. Large formal dining room table and breakfast bar with three bar-stools. This condo comes with 2 ocean front master bedrooms, 1 with King size bed, the other master bedroom has 2 queen size beds both with 4 floor to ceiling glass windows and a door with direct access to balcony. Third bedroom has two bunk beds, one with full mattress and private ocean front balcony. All have their own private spacious bathrooms with a double vanity and an oversized garden tub. Unit has new washing machine & dryer. Kitchen has USB plug-ins on outlet to charge devises. LONG BEACH RESORT features beautiful landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree islands, two heated Polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, 1300 feet of powder white beach frontage 24 hour gated security. On site availability of beach chair & umbrella rentals, jet-ski, para-sailing, banana boat rides and more. Cooler, 4 folding beach chairs, canopy tent, and pop-up baby crib provided for you free of charge. Sorry, no pets Check out: 10 a.m. Check in: 4 p.m. No college Spring Breakers. The policy of the condo HOA requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo be 25 years of age or older. This policy is enforced, there are no exceptions. If you book this property with the intention of allowing friends or family under 25 years of age to occupy the property without your presence, your reservation will be cancelled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. This was a great condo with plenty of room for us 5 girls. Loved the double sinks in all three bathrooms and the patio furniture with cushions. Great location and beautiful beach with great pools and a bonus that it included beach set up for 4 of us and they had extra beach chairs available in the condo for our use, as well as extra beach towels. It was a great set up and Josh was amazing to work with. Our only small complaint is that a couple of the girls slept in the bunk room and the beds in there were not comfortable for adults. Could use some better mattresses for the bunks. The other beds were very comfortable.

This was such a beautiful place to stay with breathtaking views throughout the condo. It had everything that we needed from beach chairs and sand buckets for the kids to a kitchen with anything that you needed. Drinking coffee from this balcony was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. The location of Long Beach Resort is great. The pool is amazing. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to have a great stay at the beach with friends and family.

First of all this property is beautiful! Impeccably cleaned and the property manager Josh is such an impressive manager. We had a property previously rented thru another management company and 1 week before we were to leave the owner canceled us. I found this unit and was welcomed with open arms and they put this together quickly! The property is so well stocked from bathroom towels, kitchen utensils to the little things like toiletries so you can shower before you get your groceries. Thank you again Josh, Sheila and the cleaning ladies for being super hosts. You wont be disappointed here!!

This condo was perfect for 2 families traveling together for Spring Break! We had 4 parents, 5 teens and an elementary aged child and the room setup was perfect. The views were phenomenal and the condo had everything you could ever need for a beach vacation- even extra beach towels! Josh was quick with his communications from booking through our time at the condo, even when we were dealing with a new lock issue. He handled it quickly and efficiently and was courteous and professional in every text or email. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

SO MUCH SPACE!
This unit is AMAZING!!! We loved everything about it. Can't Wait to rent it again! The kids room was great with the 2 sets of bunks and bathroom (with deep tub). The Bedroom with 2 queens was fantastic. Spacious bathroom with nice shower. Living and dining area had tones of space! Kitchen had everything you needed. Master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows. best place to wake up to every morning. Master bathroom was exactly what you need with while vacation. Walk in closet great for all the clothes I didn't need! . If your looking for a condo for 10 people this is perfect!

great place for a vacation
our condo was very accommodating and a great place to stay. The owner is easy to work with and we hope to return again someday. The water was clear each day and the elevators are fast. The TIKI HUT offers food and drinks, so helpful! The layout of the condo is great with bunk beds for the kids room, too.

Love Long Beach
This was our second time staying at Long Beach and we love the location and the pools and the parking! The condos are nice and roomy. The only thing that would make it better is if the beds were comfortable. Both times we have stayed at the resort, the beds were hard and springy. Makes getting a good nights rest difficult.

Great vacation spot!
The condo is as described in all other reviews. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, we had plenty of space for our group. The view on the deck is great and we had most all of our meals out there and saw dolphins, stingrays, and just a beautiful view. Everything you need for the beach including towels, chairs, beach art, toys, sunscreen, etc. was there. We were even pleasantly surprised to find a bag of ice in the freezer upon our arrival. Great property and we would stay there again without hesitation. Thanks, Josh!

Loved the condo!
This condo is great! Josh was easy to communicate with anytime I needed something. The condo was clean and the new bathrooms are soo nice! There are beach towels there. So no need to pack any with you. Plus lots of Pineapple Willy cups in the cabinet. We love staying at Long Beach Resort, and this condo was one of the great one!

This was an amazing condo!
Great condo, lots of beach stuff there to use, we had air conditioning problems but it was taken care of very quickly. The host was very nice and helpful. We will be returning next year!

Loved that they encouraged to leave left over food for staff (unopened). I always hate throwing out. Also left a few items including American girl doll and iPad and shipped back at no cost. Those could have easily been taken. We hope to rent next year! The only thing was the balcony furniture was not the most comfortable, but that was minor compared to how great the room/service was! Hope to be back next year!

Great Family Vacation
This condo was perfect for our two family summer vacation. It is located in a great area with easy beach access and the pool was a hit with the kids. I rent from VRBO every year and this was by far the best condo I have stayed in.

Beautiful Condo!!!
This unit was amazing!! Absolutely beautiful and very clean. If you forget something don’t worry it comes with many extras, we haven’t seen in other units, like beach towels, beach toys/floats, and so much more. Josh is very friendly and extremely easy to work with. We will definitely be renting this unit again. Thank You!!!!

My adult daughters and I were delighted with this 3 BR 3BA condo on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious and nicely decorated and the bathrooms updated. We appreciated so much the extra beach chairs, floats and beach toys available to renters as well as spices and staples in the kitchen cabinets! Loved the balcony overlooking the beach. The resort was lovely and not esp crowded for a holiday week. I highly recommend this place.

Our group was between age 4-50. Everyone had a great time. Location is perfect. Wake up to beautiful view daily. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Lots of beach toys/chairs + chairs provided by condo. Skip packing your beach towels- plenty at condo. We will be back again!

This property has absolutely everything you could possibly ask for! I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the property owner. The condo had everything to make your travel easier such as sunscreen, beach towels, beach cart, beach toys, movies, and books for the kids. Basic spices and such were already in the cabinets which is a really big deal! Fully stocked kitchen makes you feel more at home and you do not have to worry about going to buy paper plates or having to wash your dishes after every meal. The beach access was wonderful. 2 sets of chairs and 2 umbrellas at the water were provided, plus there were additional chairs in the room for use. My family always packs a fan for our stays, but this room even includes a fan! Really could not have asked for a better condo! Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Panama City!
