Large soft towels are provided for your comfort. 40" HD TV in the Master Bedroom. The second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a Queen bed to sleep up to 2 adults + 2 kiddos. A 48" TV, basic cable and Blu-ray DVD player are available for your use. Adjacent to the living room is an exterior deck with unobstructed Gulf views and outdoor seating for 6. Benches convert to a picnic table. A great place for watching the sunset. The dining room has large table with available seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked; smooth top electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer and Emeril stainless steel pots and pans, silverware, glassware and dish place-settings. Tupperware, bowls, measuring cups, strainers and other cooking utensils provided. DON'T BE FOOLED! Other condos on the Seawall only offer a fridge and a microwave, maybe a hot plate. The Dawn is a secure facility with all doors and gates opened with codes. A wrought iron fence surrounds the property to ensure your privacy and security. Ample (fee-based) parking is available on the property as first come first serve. TRAILERS are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Beautifully landscaped grounds with 2 available pools year-round (1 is heated) a hot tub, community center, charcoal grills and exercise lounge. And to top it all off, Babe's Beach is right across the street, with access from the stop light at the corner of the property. There is a $40 per stay parking fee per vehicle parked on the grounds. This is payable to the condominium management office. This condo is on the second floor. Guests must be able to navigate one flight of stairs. All guests must check in with the Condo Management company upon arrival. Parking pass is included for ONE vehicle in your rental fees. Additional vehicles are $40-$50 per vehicle per stay (depending on length of stay) and include pool wrist bands for up to 8 guests. NOTE: Upon booking this property, you will be required to sign a House Agreement, provide a guest list of everyone's names and ages within 48 hours of booking. You will also be required to pay a damage and cleaning deposit of $300 three days prior to arrival. ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED per the HOA rules. Check in any time after 4PM, check out no later than 11AM.
