Love the place everything went amazing will be renting again

Loved staying here and would again in a heart beat!

This house was gross. Upon arrival the house was forgotten in the cleaning process. We arrived to filthy beds, dirty floors, trash in trash cans, used hand soap in the showers, and food on the stove. We contacted the property manager and they did allow us to stay at a much nicer and cleaner house that was was superior to the house we originally rented. Unfortunately the house wasn’t available. They told us the cleaners would be at the house the next day. Although we didn’t feel comfortable going back to the other house we had no choice. When asked for a refund we were only given $100. When we got back to the other house while cleaner the house still appeared as though it hadn’t been deep cleaned in months. We even found live roaches. These were not water bugs they were German roaches. The property managers are very nice but overall would not recommend this particular property.

House was close to everything and very convenient to get to. Store and food options very close by. House was big enough for all of us.

The place was perfect for a small girls trip! The hot tub didn’t work for us but the property manager Gwen was very nice and answered right away.

A nice place to come back to after a long day at the parks and cooling off in the pool, clean and cozy.

Whew……where do I start?? I’m ONLY giving them 2 stars because I can’t give them a 1.5 star. Upon arrival (4:00 check-in), the cleaning lady was just leaving. Once we unloaded the car and got into the home, everything seemed great. The house was a nice size home and was comfortable for the number of people we had. Kitchen was great and so was the pool. Once we went into each room to check, the 2 bedrooms with the queen beds, was still dirty. Hair on the floor, in the bathroom (specifically the showers), the bed linen had stains and hair on them as well. The beds were extremely hard and creeks. I had to spend the first 2.5 hours of my vacation, cleaning the bathrooms and washing the bed linen. When speaking with the property manager AND owner, everything that I was complaining about and brought to their attention, was inaccurate. The property manager stated that they’d prefer for you to call as they don’t always respond to texts, but even when I called (2 times w/VM) they NEVER returned my call. When speaking to the property owner, they ALWAYS needed to speak with the manager but in order for me to get any results, I had to CONTINUE to reach out to them. Talk about poor customer service. The property manager lied and told the owner that they came and checked the property after the cleaning crew left but, that is inaccurate as well. There was NO CREW, there was 1 lady by herself, and she was leaving as we checked in. If check out is at 10:00 am for the previous vacationers, then why wait to come and clean 1 hour and 45 minutes BEFORE the next group is allowed to check in. For the size of this house, their should have been more than 1 person there to clean.

Very nice and conveniently located. The house had a great layout. They furniture could have been more comfortable but other than that the place was great

We recently stayed here and really liked the house. Nice house and neighborhood. Comfortable all around. 25-30 minutes from Disney and 40-45 from Universal. The only negative thing I would mention is that the hot tub is never "hot" you have to turn on a timer switch to heat the hot tub but even after a few cycles it was only warm. Not really a big deal as we spent most of our time in the Disney and Universal parks. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed here and really liked the house. Nice house and neighborhood. Comfortable all around. 25-30 minutes from Disney and 40-45 from Universal. The only negative thing I would mention is that the hot tub is never "hot" you have to turn on a timer switch to heat the hot tub but even after a few cycles it was only warm. We did arrive at 2:30pm, no car in driveway so we assumed it was cleaned. Cleaning lady was there with her 3 kids. We went to get groceries as we were early for our 4pm check-in. We returned at 3:30pm and waited in the driveway. We were let in at 4:05pm. First off there was goldfish crackers and cookies by the pool area. We started putting away groceries and fridge and freezer wasn't wiped out. There was food in microwave. Place was not dusted. As we started looking, there was no extra sheets or bedding. We noticed bedding was not washed from previous guests. Mirrors in bathrooms and both master bedrooms were dirty.. 2nd master bedroom the bed is broken. We had 13 towels, no hand towels and 3 washcloths for 8 people. The tile floors were black in the high traffic areas. We did call owner and property manager. They sent Cleaning lady back whom again arrived with her 3 kids. She cleaned microwave and used a Bissell all in one vac/mop and washed master bedroom floor and bathroom. However she should of used cleaner with it and not just water. To break it all down, I went and bought $30 in Cleaning supplies including a deck brush and I scrubbed the tile floors till 2am. I stripped all beds and started washing bedding. Toys were found under couch and cleaning lady said they were her kid's toys. I spent 2 days of my Vaca cleaning. I sent before and after pics to owner and no response back. Property manager was very unwelcoming and as we found more issues she would send us to vm instead of talking to us. Pool area was dirty, and pool chairs were dirty, the whole patio was dirty and the entryway to pool the patio was black. I bleached and scrubbed the area. I sprayed and wiped down patio table and 3 of the chairs.I didn't clean the 2 lounge chairs.. Dishwasher leaks all over kitchen floor. Maintenance was sent out twice and still not fixed. Toilet in 2nd master bedroom is very loose and rocks when you sit on it. Shower head in 1st master bedroom is loose. Not enough silverware or glasses for guests. In the 2 weeks we were there only seen pool guy once. Paid for pool/spa heat and the paperwork states spa will heat to 102 degrees. We ran in all day and the highest it got was 93. We made due with all these issues as we paid for 2 weeks and had no where else to go for spring break. I would not recommend this place until they address these issues and get a different cleaning person.

We stayed for spring break, the house was clean. The kids loved the pool! Neighborhood was quite. But close enough to entertainment. Will definitely be back!!

Send 2 messages to property manager and we never got a call or message back from her. Owner was easier to get a hold off than property manager. I would recommend that if it is listed for 10/12 people to make sure everything is available for that many people. Definitely would rent again.

It was in a nice quite neighborhood but a lot of random people parked in front of the house. Bring extra household supplies as it states in the listing. Beds weren't super comfortable and there are no extra blankets We'd, bring extra if you get chilly. We'd stay here again for a nice quite relaxing stay if we weren't doing the parks each day.

Overall great stay! Everything that was shown online is accurate…wish there had been some more amenities like dish soap, hand soap detergent, garage bags etc. but location was great! The owners even let us check in early due to that it was Christmas Day and we got in town earlier than expected!

The size of the house was perfect. Just uncomfortable beds.

Stay was very homey and comfortable. We had 2 children and 6 adults and fit comfortably with a bedroom leftover. The property was nice, there were only two things that were wrong, one is one of the master bedroom TVs sound did not work. We played phone tag with the property manager but could not get ahold of her. This wasn’t a big deal as we mainly were in the living room and just fell asleep in the bedrooms. The other is that the pool isn’t clean, there was quite a bit of algae in the bottom, but again not a big deal for us because we didn’t use it. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, but did there was no trash bags, so if you book just bring your own. Overall it was a wonderful time and the days we did just hang around the house it was quiet and relaxing.

Property was as described. Had a great family trip to Disney and enjoyed our stay. Would recommend and stay again.
