Check-in and check-out times for this home are as follows: Check-In 4pm(11/1-3/14), 3pm(3/15-10/31) Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 10am(3/15-10/31) However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early! Enter to the comforts of the formal living room where you can sit end enjoy the warmth and beauty of the gas fireplace. Then enter into the dining room that opens into the kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a Dacor gas stove, pull out drawers in the pantry, and soapstone counter tops. The kitchen is equipped with ice maker, pots, pans, dishes and silverware you will need for your stay. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a wall mounted TV for you entertainment and a private master bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests comforts. The living room has an additional gas fireplace and a TV/DVD player, a full size hide-a-bed couch and two chairs. Off the family room you will find a large deck, enjoy the sound of the ocean, and outdoor GAS FIRE PIT. Take a walk on the beach less than a block away, then come back and enjoy a nice soak in the Hot Tub! A MESSAGE FROM OUR FAMILY: We are so thankful for your support during these trying times. The owners take great pride in this property. The front picture of the house is deceptive to the great inside of the house. It looks small but there is plenty of room. It is in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. Communications were easy and thorough. Seaside is a wonderful Oregon town.

Very cute and clean beach bungalow with enough room for a family to stay. Having a fire pit for s’mores, and a hot tub was an added bonus. While you cannot see the beach from the house, it is a very short walk to get out there. We ended up spending a lot of time in the house because we were there during a spring rain storm that lasted for days. The gas fireplaces worked well and helped to warm us up after taking walks in the rain.

The house is very comfortable and roomy with a lot of natural light. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes for cooking and dining. The deck and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. We had some rainy days but there was plenty to do inside with all the books, games and puzzles. We weren’t bored and will definitely like to stay here again!

Loved the location. Jacuzzi a bonus. 2 queen beds + nice fold out couch. There’s also a fold out twin bed in master bedroom which may be useful to visitors especially if you have a child that prefers to sleep in room with the parents.

Our first visit to Oregon was a success due to the house’s location, finishes and layout. It looks small from the outside but has two generous living spaces and a spacious master sweet. The kitchen was fully stocked and the washer and dryer allowed us to pack light and do a load every day. Plus return with clean clothes. It is a short and Easy walk to the Prom and beach. Great property! A couple photos they don't have on VRBO are the gas fire pit out back and the fact they have another family room! Was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and kitchen was nice and well stocked. My only complaint would be the beds were on the hard side, bit otherwise was fantastic. Would come back here for sure

Loved the location of the house--a very short walk to the promenade. But we also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood which was quiet. Parking was a little tight but didn't need to move the car much. Thanks for the wonderful weather!

My daughter and I enjoyed a post Mother's Day / Pre-Birthday get together at this cozy Seaside Beach cottage. It was just as described in the VRBO listing and photos. The cottage was very clean and the check-in /out process was efficient and easy. We loved the hot tub and outdoor fire pit. The location was just one block from the famous Promenade. We enjoyed leisurely walks in the morning and evening. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. Honestly, this cottage was perfect for our stay. and we would love to return one day.

We were very satisfied with our stay at 1440 Beach Drive in Seaside OR. The house was spotless and nicely furnished and the kitchen was fully stocked with necessary utensils, pots, pans, paper towels & etc. The décor was warm and welcoming. Will definitely return!

This home is wonderful! It's very comfortable, clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect for our quick get-away and that our family dog was welcome was an added bonus. The only disappointment was that the BBQ and the Hot Tub were all "buttoned down" for the winter and that was not reflected in the amenities in the description. In addition, the check-in process was a bit bumpy in that we had to wait a long time for a representative to come to facilitate our check-in but the staff was very kind and welcoming when they arrived.

The house was so beautifully redone. The finishes were modern and classic. It was clean and had plenty of kitchenware if you need to cook. We stayed there with children and dogs and felt safe for them to roam around and explore without getting into anything dangerous. Nice tv. So close to the beach and promenade. We had a lovely stay.

This home has been updated inside and the workmanship and materials used are first class. I believe that the decor is consistent with Feng Shui (that's my novice opinion). We were two couples and the layout of the house feels much larger than it actually is. One couple, both in their 80's and one legally blind, had no trouble maneuvering through the house since there were built in shelves and cabinets throughout leaving the walkways unobstructed. No internal stairs was a big plus. The house had everything we needed and is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet walking distance to town via the Promenade which is 1/2 block away. This home is perfect for two couples.

This is a great place! Feels like a new house - great furnishings, roominess and Hot Tub! Location is excellent for beach walking, or wandering into town. Despite having our visit coincide with a big storm, we enjoyed Seaside and this house. Thanks!
