Walking distance (literally 3 minutes) to the beautiful beach in St. Pete Florida this fully renovated condo boasts everything you need for the perfect getaway. With only 19 units in the building this truly is an oasis of relaxation. Stunning pool, BBQ area, private laundry in suite. Fully stocked with all of the cooking utensils you need to make your meals in the brand new kitchen with ample granite countertop space, stove, full sized fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Queen sized bed in the master and queen sized pull out couch in the living room sleeps a total of 4. Two TVs and wifi for your enjoyment. Landline telephone with free calls anywhere in North America. Parking for 2 cars - not that you need your car with loads of restaurants and shops just up the road. A trolley service can run you along the main street, even all the way to Clearwater for a day out. Local bus service to downtown St. Petersburg. * Minimum weekly bookings between Jan 01 - April 18 **No Pets and No Smoking please!

We liked that we could walk to the beach and didn’t have to drive and pay to park. The pool was a great temperature! We cooked in the condo quite a bit, and they had pretty much everything we needed for that.

This modern condo was a short walk to the beach and close to many fun bars and great restaurants. It was also well stocked including a cooler, beach umbrella and beach chairs. The reason we gave four stars for cleanliness is because we were unable to use the pool. It was green. We were told something needed to be repaired. Other than that we would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great experience staying here! The property was as advertised and the communication was top notch. The location of the condo is perfect for walking to the beach, dining, and shops.

Very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Everything you could need is there with the added bonus of washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The owner kindly contacted us before we arrived telling us about possible work that might happen in the complex and we could cancel if we wished. In the end the work never happened, but we really appreciated the offer. Will hopefully be back.

Great instructions. Easy walking to restaurants, beach paths, clean, separate w/d room w beach chairs, tons of towels, sunscreen and beautifully equipped kitchen. Only issue was out of date wifi password ... could not find network. Would use again

We stayed in this condo in July 2023 for three nights. The condo is located close to beach, restaurants and all the excitement of St Pete's Beach. The condo was bigger in real than it looked on the photos. Very clean and everything what you need was available. Also the pool was nice and sunny whole day long. Would like to thank Jim & Nora for having this property on the rental market!

This condo is right in the middle of everything. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars and night life. We loved it. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is well maintained, the pool is wonderful, and within walking distance of a great beach. The Upham Beach neighborhood has a laid back vibe with a couple of beach bars, a few restaurants, and shops on Corey and Gulf—-great, central location= kayaking, golf, downtown.The unit is 5 star. It is updated (kitchen and bathroom) with beach decor and has a absolutely everything you need from beach chairs to spices!

Loved this small condo complex. It was private and peaceful and close to the beach. Came with everything you would need in the kitchen and for the beach. New shower was nice. Clean complex and condo. Nice heated pool protected from the outside. This was a 1 bedroom…perfect for 2 people. Close to restaurants and shops.

The property well met our expectations. We wanted a place close to the beach; it was a short walk. Additionally, we wanted laundry and kitchen facilities; the unit was updated, nicely. A bonus was the pool, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and bushes. Furthermore, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets/closets were well stocked with a variety of extras, including daily essentials ranging from towels and beach chairs to soaps and spices.

This rental was amazing and very clean. My fiancé and I enjoyed it, it was the perfect little spot for us. The condo had everything we needed for the beach. We will definitely come back to this cozy spot. It was walking distance to everything including great restaurants and easy access to the beach.

We were very happy with our stay! Great location and was a very short walk to the beach with good restaurants near by! The only thing I wish was available was a wagon of some sort to help with lugging all the stuff to the beach! Other than that we had a wonderful experience!

We had a wedding to attend on St Pete beach and this condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location is close to everything. We walked most places. The condo was immaculate and Jim and Norah were wonderful to work with. Would definitely rent again if we are in the area.

Peaceful stay
This was our first getaway post pandemic and it was just what we wanted. The check-in process was very easy. The community is small and quiet. The location is close to restaurants. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. They provide beach chairs and cooler for use which is always a nice touch. Washer and dryer were also convenient. The beach is really nice and fairly easy to get to although you do have to cross a couple of small roads to get to it. Overall happy with our stay.

Just a couple of suggestions... could use another umbrella and beach chair set to accommodate 4 guests and a couple new skillets as the coating has wore off making every stick. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Rodney was absolutely wonderful and accommodating! Condo was exactly as shown. Perfect for our needs. This property is close (walkable) to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The bus/trolley system was easy to figure out. We took it to the grocery store and went to John's Pass.
The only bummer is that there is no bathroom by the pool, so we had to go upstairs to the condo everytime.
Overall trip was amazing!!
