The room had a smell of dirty linen, had to open the windows to get fresh air. Contact was hard to reach trying multiple times. Should be noted if smart or globe to use when calling especially not familiar

I think they have to improve some facilities, in my experience. There are lots of cockroaches inside the unit. It makes me feel uncomfortable sleeping in a place with a lot of cockroaches.

The host for the accommodation is active on communication and is very accommodating. "Ms. Alec" and "Sir Eric" has been very considerate. The location of the facility is very near (walking distance) with the city center. Very accessible. It also has family mart mini grocery store and a few dining facilities (i.e. Turks, Pick a Pot) location beneath the building.

One of the worst booking ever, my parents had a trouble entering in the facility - cockroaches can be found - towel provided were stained. Never try- wont recommend.

The location was right in the center. 5-15 mins walk from baguio cathedral, session road, sm baguio, etc. has family mart at the condo so it’s very convenient. Jocy and Alec made check in very seamless. the condo itself was built for large groups, there was 1 big bed, 1 double deck, 1 sofa/futon and 1 foam bed.

the unit is located in the basement, so manage your expectations accordingly. there were three electric fans, but only one was working (it’s baguio anyway so it’s fine without it, but I hope the broken fans would get pulled out of the unit to save space). The room, again since it’s in the basement, smelled a bit musty probably due to moisture. it can get hot inside so the fan helped, plus opening the windows.

First off, before I became a high school teacher, I worked in the hotel industry in Guam. Started as a banquet server all the way to FB Restsurants Manager. I reopened Reef Hotel after it was damaged by Supertyphoon Paka in 1997. Cross trained in Hotel Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering. I know facilities management. Staff at front desk with security measures was appreciated. Felt safe. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Bathroom was good as well. Sleeping area was a bit tight but double size bed was adequate. Overall facility and staffing was 8/10, really good.

Cooking area needed better ventilation. Encountered roaches, small & medium sized...wasn't really an issue to us but in a place like Megatower1, it shouldn't have to be an issue to begin with. Regular & consistent pest control program would easily solve that issue. The main and most potentially damaging issue to the integrity of the property is the DUST. Using the fans for just one night gave my fiance and myself congested chests, clogged noses, a tight cough, and sore throats. The dust was clearly noticeable in the air just a few minutes breathing with the fans on. Slept with fans off on the second night and respiratory issues were much less than the first. We both had no issues prior to coming to the property as we stayed the prior 3 days at the Hotel Veniz Burnham. There we slept with window open and there was no dusty, musty feeling in the room environment. I hope this issue with 1B-20 can be rectified as this can be a potential problem should an asthmatic guest encounter the same issues we had. Would I recommend Megatower1? Absolutely...with the caveat that the issue of the air be resolved.

The location is very good since it is near most of the famous landmarks in Baguio.The room is quite large , I think it can even be occupied by more than 6 persons

There were some small cockroaches in the cabinets. Additionally, the rice cooker isn't cleaned properly since there are still some residues of rice, so we did not use it anymore. I also didn't like the mobile data coverage. The signal for Globe and Smart is not strong so you have to go near the windows just to send a text
