Seaside Beach Club 203 - Oregon Beach Vacations Welcome to Seaside Beach Club #203! This gorgeous second floor oceanfront condo in Seaside is right on the Prom and located just a few short blocks from the heart of downtown Seaside. Complete with one bedroom and two baths, this unit sleeps up to six guests. Step inside this quaint beach themed unit for a relaxing vacation on the Oregon coast. The living room is beautifully decorated in blues and corals for a real beach feeling. A flatscreen TV with a DVD player is included for entertainment when the weather isn't cooperative. There is also a private back deck included in this unit, just step outside and enjoy your oceanfront view of the Pacific Ocean and the Seaside boardwalk! A dining room table seats four, with more room located at the kitchen counter, complete with barstools. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick and easy homemade meal. Head down the hallway, and you'll find the bedroom, complete with a queen bed and another flatscreen TV. The sleeper sofa and a queen Murphy bed are available in the living room. One bathroom offers a walk-in shower while the other has a tub/shower combo. Head downstairs, and take a walk on the Prom down to the Seaside shops and restaurants, or relax and watch a beautiful sunset on the beach with your family. It doesn't get any better than here in Seaside! Come explore the Oregon coast today at Seaside Beach Club #203! This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them. Maximum Occupancy for this property, including adults, children and infants is 6 Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors. Sleeping Accommodations - Main Floor- Bedroom 1: Queen bed Living room: Sleeper sofa & queen murphy bed BEACH ACCESS: Access to the beach and the Seaside Prom can be found directly in front of the Seaside Beach Club Complex. Parking is available for up to one vehicle at this home. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted. A coin operated laundry room is available for guest use. Please do not launder the towels from the unit - they are provided by housekeeping.

Great location & cozy place. I would suggest additional towels and there were no linens for the pull out couch or pull out bed. Plenty of blankets though.

It was nice place to stay close to promenade and all the fun things! Lot a of kitchen gadgets! the beds do need to be upgraded but other then that it was great!

The unit was as described/pictured. Lovely view! Just 1-3 blocks S of Broadway (turnaround). Our adult daughter joined us and the Murphy Bed was comfortable, but the bedding seemed haphazardly tossed into the linen closet and had a bunch of fragrance packets to cover something? The faucets were difficult to regulate, it’s probably on the maintenance list? The place was clean and kitchen well appointed. Great View of the Prom from the inside and the nice private lanai/sliding door was well maintained & windows clean! Would rent again for two due to the Murphy bed.

The condo was well supplied and comfortable. There is a definite trip hazard wwith the buckled floor rug under the dining table. Since I had my elderly mom with me, I was always on high alert so she didn’t trip when moving around the table. The slow response time to fix a constant running toilet was very disappointing and required a second call to get it resolved.

The bed was hard as a rock, so if you’re looking for a comfortable bed this isn’t a good choice. In spite of having a full-size water heater, the hot water ran out after about 20 minutes in the shower. The sliding glass door onto the balcony wouldn’t stay on the track which made it very difficult to open and close. It definitely needs to be replaced.
The digital lockbox didn’t work, so we had to call for an alternate way to enter. They resolved the issue quickly, but it was an annoyance that wasn’t welcome after a full afternoon of driving.
While the location was great, the unit did not meet our expectations for what we paid. We would probably only stay here again if it were a last option.

Great location...
Some dishes were dirty had to wash, so I guess they don't check the dishes coming out of the washer that was the 👎 about our stay also the refreg. Was dirt on the outside and I brought my wipes the wipe everything down...

Great location right on the boardwalk and close to downtown with a beautiful view of the ocean. Convenient on site parking. Condo was clean. The only issues were the mattresses for hide away beds in the living room need replacement as they seem flat,old,and worn. The bedroom is furthest from the balcony and ocean so you will not be able to hear the ocean sleeping from that bedroom, if that is something you desire on your trip. The the screen door to the balcony was broken, and the dishwasher does not seem to work properly to clean a load. Other than that a very wonderful stay.

This building is right on the Prom with beautiful beachfront views. We loved being able to drink our coffee on the balcony, see sunset from the apartment, and being steps from the sand. There were a few minor hiccups which I think were the result of the housekeeping being a little short staffed or working more slowly while training someone new. For example, the unit was not ready at the designated check in time, but we were glad to receive a call letting us know that would be case and happy to explore the area a bit before checking in. Then I think in haste to ready our unit, some items that I would typically expect at a vacation rental were overlooked. For example, there was only a partial roll of toilet paper on the holder with no extras in the bathroom cupboard and no detergent for the dishwasher, so we stocked these up ourselves on our second day with a quick trip to Safeway. We'd happily stay here again and recommend to friends because it was a comfortable apartment in such a great location.

Broken glass and dried/burnt food in each of the four stove top burners, crumbs and greasy handprints all over the toaster, dirty coffee pot, dirty dish in the dishwasher, just to name a few things. I snapped photos and immediately contacted the after hours “emergency” number that was given in our arrival email. They got me in touch with the manager who assured someone would be out to clean the following day. We came back from a day out to find whomever came in only wiped the bottom drawer of the refrigerator out, which had some dried greens left in it. Nothing else was cleaned. I reached out to the manager once more. Still waiting to hear back about proper compensation. What I did love about this place is the stunning view from the deck, the proximity to everything in Seaside, and the size of the condo for our family. We still enjoyed our time in Seaside and hope this company will reach out and make it right.

We loved staying at this property. The location and view are amazing. The beds were comfortable. The sofa bed didn't look clean when we pulled it out. We received a call about 2:00pm that our room wouldn't be ready at 4:00, and were offered a refund, which we received. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 6:40 we were told they had just started cleaning the room and it wouldn't be ready until approximately 7:30. Other than the room not being ready and the sofa, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.
