Nestled in Key Colony Beach, this attractive house for $403 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Are you looking to go to a place where life is less complicated, less hurried and immensely more enjoyable? If so look no farther than the Florida Keys! In the Keys, time is on your side. Adventure and excitement are found at your pace and at the end of the day you return to your own vacation home and relax on your dock with not a care in the world. The vacation house is a 1600 foot half duplex located on a wide canal facing east. The brand new deck is the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise at breakfast, have an afternoon nap or toast the day with a cocktail and a great Keys seafood dinner-with your “ catch of the day “. We have installed a fence around the periphery of the deck to make it safer for children and adults alike. The step down dock is accessible through a lockable gate. The dock itself is 37.5 feet long with fish cleaning table. An ice machine is located on the side of the house. The duplex itself has been recently renovated and contains upscale furniture throughout The bedrooms all have large flatscreen TVs as well as iPad/iPod dockable him and clock radios. All of the rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen has granite surfaces and stainless steel appliances as well as gourmet cooking equipment. Preparing your catch after a successful day of fishing will be a snap. Don't forget that your favorite vintage is waiting in the built-in wine cooler! Located in the heart of the Florida Keys, Key Colony Beach is a short walk, car or boat ride from the main attractions of the Keys region. Water sports are king and if you like fishing, you have your choice of world-class deep-sea, flats fishing, fly fishing or just wading in the water to catch your dinner.. A private 37.5 foot dock is right outside your door. Fishing, diving, snorkeling, touring, sunbathing, or just lounging on the deck or at a nearby club or beach are all available depending on your mood. Tennis courts, a par three golf course, bocce ball courts, and children's playgrounds are all within an easy stroll. Your vacation rental includes a membership at the Key Colony Beach Cabana Club and Inch Beach, both are short walk or bike ride away. The Cabana Club has a full size pool, sandy beach and an authentic Tiki bar. Beverages and food are available at your request. At Inch Beach you will find a private sandy beach, picnicking facilities with a grill and a large grassy area for children. Within a few more steps, Sunset Park is the place to wind down your day. The sunset views are amazing and throughout the year free concerts are held at Sunset Park, just before sunset. Bring your lounge chairs, coolers and snacks-relax, listen to the music and watch the sunset.

Great location. Very nice place. Property manager Greg was available and responsive to minor issue. Would stay here again without question. Rented a boat from Pips - great service and boat good enough for us.

Stayed here with family. We all had a great time. Close to local beaches, state parks, shopping, and restaurants. Property is in great condition and very clean. Would recommend staying here if wanting to visit the keys!

The property was very nice. The home is spacious and provides everything for a great stay. The dock is very nice. Gregg was great to communicate with and I made a late change to add an unexpected guest which required a change to the pool access and was handled immediately. Highly recommended.

Everything about this place was wonderful. It was a great location- close enough to the necessities, but our of the busy touristy setting. We fished right off the dock and saw sharks, jellyfish, a manatee and other sea life. The pool club was amazing and offered a more laid back setting. Had absolutely everything we needed to make our own meals and fell right at home. Gregg was just a text away for any questions that we had. We'll hopefully bring going back to this property for another visit.

Wow! Excellent in every respect — location, layout, furnishings, kitchenware; all well-maintained and cared for. This house had everything a family could want for a months-long stay. Gregg was available & ready to assist when necessary. We’ve already booked again for next year!

Our 3rd time here and we don’t want to stay anywhere else when in the Keys. 4 senior spouses, brother and sisters. Love the evening shade and morning sun on the canal. Close to everything. Love the CabanaClub.

Very nice place. We booked based on reviews, bc photos did not represent property well. A few maintenance issues, but property manager said those are being addressed. Key colony is a nice community, deck space was fantastic. House is very well equipped. We were a little disappointed that pool wasn’t a little closer and only a few of the bikes were in working order. Overall, great place, would stay again.

Comfortable house with great location. Greg, the property manager, was helpful and responsive to questions and needs. Kitchen is well furnished and we cooked several meals. Great fishing off canal. Enjoyed the beach and Cabana club too! A bonus is the friendly neighbors who gave us tomatoes and lent fishing rods. We hope to stay again!

Very nice well equipped property for a vacation with 4 adults and 3 children age 14, 3, and 1. The extras were really appreciated, beach towels, sand toys and chairs. Having access to Inch Beach and the Cabaña Club were icing on the cake. Gregg was very quick to respond and take care of our needs

Just an amazing vacation! The home was lovely, situated on a gorgeous, clean canal. A daily manatee visit, along with other fish and birds. Great neighborhood, clean beaches and pool. House was so clean, well stocked kitchen, towels, bikes. Highly recommend this gem! We will be back. Just a great time!

This home has everything and MORE that you could possibly need. And super clean! We had a blast fishing off the dock just about every day. Ron the neighbor next door is super kind and has a lot of great advice. Just one thing to keep in mind...coming from a state that the law is riding with traffic on a bicycle, this neighborhood you ride in the walk lane. Had a very rude local blow her horn at us all the way to the stop sign and then cuss us out about being on wrong side of road. ‍♀️LOL

This is a beautiful home with an amazing patio right on the waterway that was perfect for outside dinners and evenings. The home was very well-equipped with everything you would need including bicycles to ride. It was a lovely place to spend a week! Highly recommended!

We picked a great house this year. Plenty of room for two couples to spread out. Because of COVID, we did not go to restaurants and cooked in every night. The kitchen had more than enough of everything to make meal prep enjoyable. We enjoyed the deck and the dock and the ice machine was such an added bonus. Super location, just a short ride from the boat ramp to the canal. The house is clean and well taken care of. Booking process was easy and the check in and check out instructions clear. The manager Gregg was available for any questions. Highly recommend this house.

I have been staying at homes in Key Colony Beach for many years. This is the best property I have stayed in. It was completely stocked with everything you might need. The furniture was comfortable and the deck/patio had enough chairs/chaise lounges for everyone. Going back next year!

We live in Orlando and have traveled to the Florida Keys many times. This rental is absolutely worth the cost. It is very conveniently located, and Key Colony is really an amazing community. We were very impressed with this lovely home. We have rented several homes over the years, and it can be tough to predict what "well-appointed" means in the description. This place has everything you need, AND it is all in great shape. (It is one thing to have bikes, and another to have bikes that can be ridden.) The canal is wide and easy to navigate. The access to the beach and swim club were added bonuses that we (and our teenagers) really enjoyed. There were 4 of us, but the layout was such that even at full capacity it would be comfortable. The Covid-19 precautions in area were appropriate, but not onerous. We got to do everything we wanted to do. All in all this was a great home that did not disappoint.
