About this condo rental
Unit 705C Come experience a great place to stay in Panama City Beach. This winter we fully renovated the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, new carpet through out. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, Smart TV, private balcony access, beautiful view of the gulf, walk in closet and private bath. The guest bedroom is a must see. It has TWO queen size beds, Smart TV, large walk in closet (large enough for a crib) and furnishings kids of all ages will enjoy. The den is a place made for relaxation. With its magnificent view of the gulf, plush sectional couch, Smart TV and surround sound you will want to settle here after a day on the beach. Nice, quiet end of Panama City beach and walking distance to the beautiful St. Andrews State Park. No smoking and no pets. Credit Cards accepted through VRBO, Minimum Age Requirement 25 Due to increased caution and the need to enhance cleanliness we must ask guest to check in after 4 pm and check out before 10 am. This will allow for adequate time to prepare the unit. Thank you for your understanding.

Nice condo, problems with digital lock, it was replaced by maintenance next day with a key lock...only one key for 3 people. Apparently there were complaints of digital lock not working with previous renters.
We would stay at this property again.

We really had a great stay at this property. It is a beautiful condo and we love the location. We had a little hiccup getting checked in but it was resolved fairly quickly. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

What a great vaca!! The condo was as listed. We had a small ac problem that John had fixed within a few minutes! The couch that gets mixed reviews is comfy and cozy! The views are incredible! This was our 4th stay at Moonspinner. We lucked out with the best water we have ever had! The only thing I would add are fans for the bedrooms-the air was wonderful everywhere else but the bedrooms got stuffy at night. Thank you John for letting us share your home!

Friends vacations.
This place was amazing. Easy check in, easy walk to the beach and short drive to St. Andrews. The condo was clean and a great place to relax after a long day at the beach. Will keep this place in mind for the future.

The condo was nice, to personally decorated in my opinion with family photos in every room and multiple photos. The beds were very comfy but the luving room couch and chair were very, very uncomfortable. The dining room table was pretty but the chairs were uncomfortable and very heavy and almost impossible to move. The views were great, the balcony furniture was very comfy! This was our 3rd year satyaing at Moonspinner and i totally recommend it, the location is quiet. The pool and hot tub are very nice.

This was easily rented but way overpriced. I searched the property’s website after getting home and the rate is much lower and units can be rented for less than a week. Nice place to stay if you don’t want to be around the younger crowd. I’ll stay here again but not through vrbo.

Walked in it smelled musty. Carpet needs to be replaced with wood flooring thru out. One light working in master bedroom. Black electrical tape on wiring to light above dining table. Some outlets didn't work or had tape over it. We have stayed at Moonspinners several times. Our first time in C building. Your condo needs a lot of updating. But we did enjoy our time at the beach and pool has always.

This was a crazy week with the storm moving in right after we got here. This was one day of doing nothing but relaxing. The condo was very nice and clean. We love staying at the Moon spinners and we will be back! Also thank so much for letting us in a little early on the arrival date.
