Roby's Retreat offers the perfect base for your Sawtell holiday. There is a huge fenced yard for the family to play and relax, or enjoy the air-conditioned living inside. Just a short stroll into Sawtell's main street, pub, clubs, shops and beaches. Older style home with all the charm and character that you can expect from a beachside residence. Perfect for the whole family to enjoy! Comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. Main Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite and built in robes Second Bedroom: 1 x Single bed and ceiling fans Third Bedroom: 2 x Single beds and ceiling fans Fourth Bedroom is a converted garage which is private with a double bed. The main bathroom features full size bathtub, shower and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided at Robys Retreat, feel free to bring your own beach towels. The property is level throughout - there are no more than two steps at both the front and back door. Plenty of on street parking in the quiet street, or parking in the driveway. Robys Retreat is a non smoking holiday property and pets are not permitted. Please refer to our full terms and conditions prior to booking.

A neat and well maintained house, within a short stroll to the beach and village. A great backyard for kids to play in. Will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely family holiday based at Robys Retreat. The property is ideal for our needs sleeping 7. It has good kitchen facilities to cook at home and is close to the Main Street and many choices of dining out. We appreciated the new Air conditioner as it was quite cold last week.

Robys Retreat proved to be a perfect location for our stay in Sawtell. We were visiting Sawtell to participate in the Vets Week of Golf.
The property had bedding for 7 people in 4 separate rooms. The beds were comfortable and snug just right for the chilly July evenings.
The property was well equipped and we were very comfortable. Being July we did not use the BBQ as it is housed in the garage.
We were in Sawtell to play golf and we enjoyed the golf facilities on offer.I can recommend the Chinese Restaurant at the Bowlo. We have rebooked the site for 2022.
The property had bedding for 7 people in 4 separate rooms. The beds were comfortable and snug just right for the chilly July evenings.
The property was well equipped and we were very comfortable. Being July we did not use the BBQ as it is housed in the garage.
We were in Sawtell to play golf and we enjoyed the golf facilities on offer.I can recommend the Chinese Restaurant at the Bowlo. We have rebooked the site for 2022.

3 bedroom home neat tidy everything you need fourth bedroom is actually the garage, glad we didn't need to sleep there.

House was as advertised - neat, clean situated in a fairly quiet road. Close to local shops, pub, cafes and beautiful Sawtell Beach. Ceiling fans were sufficient for the time of year but may get hot during peak of summer as no air-con. Large back yard but there was no pergola or shade or outside table and chairs to sit outside in comfort.
