Cute little house, well decorated, very clean within 10 minute walk of historic downtown Brenham. We came up for a nice weekend and walked to all the great restaurants and shopping downtown. House is located on a street corner, and I was a little concerned about road noise, but after dark the traffic dies down and it was very minimal. We could occasionally hear outside neighbors talking next door, but it was rare. Would stay here again.

We lived staying at this cute little house. Plenty of room for the 2 of us and we loved the washer/dryer being available and the walk in shower! We will 1000% stay again!

This charming home was the perfect cozy backdrop for our sister's weekend. The home was adorable, well decorated, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The home was close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants downtown. We truly loved our stay.

Cute little bungalow, very clean, cutely decorated, with everything we needed. We'll definitely be back. Bed was a little soft for my wife, who has back issues, but was manageable. Good communication as well.

We had the most amazing time. The home was just perfect. Everything we did, or needed, was within 10 minutes from us. We were able to recharge with no issues. If we ever go Brenham way again, in a heart beat, we would stay again.

Adorable little cottage. Able to walk downtown to the concerts on the square and the cottage is centrally located to other Brenham attractions. Lovely little get away.

While the floors appear quite clean, I did spill a little water on the floor in front of the fridge and when I cleaned it with a paper towel, the towel came out black. Might want to do a full mop job, especially in the kitchen. Otherwise, very nice place. Exactly what I needed. It was 4 minutes from my daughter. Thanks!

Very clean nice cottage. A couple of things to bring to attention. The place was impeccably clean. Cuddos! But a very strong chemical cleaning presence that I had a bit of a reaction to and my wife noticed as well. Also, lacking glasses in kitchen area. Only a set of tall ones present. Would be nice to have some wine glasses or cocktail glasses. I could not get my Dell PC laptop connected. My wife did with her Apple I Pad..

Our stay was amazing. We were in town for business and enjoyed the place. Everything is close by the neighborhood is quite. Love love love it ❤

I made the wise decision to stay at this location during an extended business visit, (several weeks), to our Brenham, Tx location. While my trip was for business, anyone who is looking for a low keyed, centrally located home base from which to visit Austin, College Station, Houston, and San Antonio, Brenham is it! And this wonderful little bungalow is the perfect place to do it from! Centrally located itself for visiting the many local points of interest, this clean, quiet, and very well maintained property provides everything that you need to feel at home, including a carport to park your vehicle out of the weather! Just bring your clothes. Connie was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with when I had to make some adjustments to my schedule. The whole transaction and stay was a five star experience!
