Highlights of our beautiful beach house include: - 2 Master suites, each with King beds and en suite private bathroom - Bunk room with Twin XL over Queen, sleeping 3, with its bathroom across hall - Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room - 2 minute walk to the beach; less than a minute walk to the pool. - 3 Bicycles provided - Screened porch in front of house - Patio out back with BBQ grill - Beach chairs and beach wagon for your use The 7th Cottage by the Sea is a beautiful beach house with all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing beach vacation. We are 7 houses from the front of the neighborhood and a short 100 yard walk down the street to the private access to the most beautiful beaches in the World! The heated Magnolia Cottages pool is also only 2 houses away. Our home is nestled along Scenic Hwy 30-A, in the Magnolia Cottages by the Sea neighborhood between Rosemary/Alys Beach and Seaside. A bike/running/walking path runs along the entire 20-mile stretch of our little piece of paradise. You can spend the week exploring each beach side town, or relaxing on our screened front porch. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The 7th Cottage boasts a private master suite on the second floor with a private balcony overlooking the neighborhood, a king en-suite bedroom on the main floor, and a bunk room with twin xl over queen bed. Beds are furnished with superior quality sheets, duvet covers, and cotton bath/hand towels. We have wood flooring throughout the house. All bedrooms and the family room have flat screen televisions. Come relax and rejuvenate with family and friends at our charming beach house. The 7th Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage which boasts a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. The modern kitchen is appointed with deluxe wood cabinets and black-granite counter tops. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. We also provide convenient appliances including a coffee maker, toaster oven, and blender. WE ARE FAMILY FRIENDLY! We have a 50' widescreen LCD TV in the living room and 32' TVs in the master and guest bedrooms. Wi-Fi is provided. Relax in peace, quiet and natural beauty! Loved everything about this place! It was perfect for our family of 6! The property was clean and plenty of room to move around. Easy walk to the beach with all the beach necessities included. We hope to come back and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the perfect beach getaway!

The home is just as pictured. It’s cozy both inside and outside on the covered front porch. It was the perfect size for our family of six (2 adults and kids age 10,12,15,16). It was very clean. Convenient to everything on 30A. Quick walk to the beach. This section on the beach is far more peaceful and quiet than what we have experienced in the past at Miramar and Sandestin. The surrounding restaurants were wonderful too! We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was wonderful. This is our 4th time at Magnolia Cottages and this house was the best. The location can’t be beat. Only issue is the upper bunk bed needs a thinner mattress to allow for a safer situation with the railing. My kid was afraid of falling out and I was worried too. But overall the house was fantastic, modern and clean! Thank you.

Beautiful updated home in a prime location walking distance to the beach. Also close to The Hub, which has coffee, food, shopping, and sometimes live music. Love that beach umbrella and bicycles were provided. I would return to this property.

Great location with easy walk to beach and fun bike riding. It was very nicely decorated! Loved the master bedroom upstairs with the deck. We all used you front screened porch most of the time.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the location of your home. It was so nice to be steps away from the pool, a short walk to the beach and be right between the popular destination spots of Rosemary Beach and Seaside. We loved the quiet neighborhood. The home is delightful and comfortable and worked well with our two babies that were with their mamas. Unfortunately we could not get the beach umbrella to stay opened so we couldn’t use it but we didn’t last long at the beach anyway. Thanks for a wonderful time on 30A!

This house was perfect for our family of four plus mother in law. It’s very nicely updated with a great beach house feel and is super clean. It’s walking distance to the beach and pool, and just a short bike ride or drive to activities/shopping. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes are a huge plus as they will save you $$ not having to rent separately. The gas grill and back patio are nice to have too. Everything about this house is as described and I would highly recommend it.

We loved the house and the neighborhood. Everything was clean and working well. Kitchen was stocked with nice cookware and tools. We had everything we needed. Appreciated the bikes and enjoyed many bike rides. Beds very comfy. Showers fantastic!! Location wonderful as well. Would stay here over and over again. Didn’t want to go home.

What a charming cottage and a beautiful area! My husband and I had the pleasure of relaxing at 7th Cottage By the Sea for 10 days. Our adult children came and joined us during part of our stay. First of all, the cottage is in a quaint neighborhood of cottages, all tucked under and around trees, but the gorgeous, white beach is only a short walk away. After a day on the beach, we welcomed the shade of the trees and the pleasant screened porch for a late afternoon tall glass of iced tea and reading. The bicycles (with bike locks--thank you for those!) were a hit as we spent time biking on 30A . We took a late evening walk (take a small flashlight) to the Hub to grab a superb BBQ dinner, watch a football game on outdoor big screen, and mingle with the crowd. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the quiet community surrounding the cottage, the bricked roadways, close proximity to the pool, just 3 doors away. The cottage itself is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. I loved it; I relaxed the moment I walked in the door. The only thing I would change is the length of the bunkbeds ; our grown son had a little trouble fitting his 6' frame on one of them. Ha! All that to say, we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, Kevin and Julie, for sharing your cottage with us.

We loved our stay in magnolia cottages. The house was beautiful - furnishings were top quality and everything was new and attractive. The house itself was well appointed with kitchen items and household goods such as a broom and dustpan, laundry, etc. the screened in porch was a huge hit and the master bedroom with porch was wonderful. The house is less than 3 minutes to walk to the beach with private access. Located central to all the restaurants and attractions we wanted. We had an 10/10 trip and would absolutely stay again. The only negative (which is not related to the house or in the control of the hosts) was that the beach access was higher up than we expected and you had to climb quite a few steep stairs to get to and from the beach. That didn’t deter us, but we were a bit winded each day after climbing the stairs. Just an FYI that we didn’t know ahead of time.

Great house! Cleanliness and furnishings were great. Separate air conditioner for master upstairs which made it very comfortable up there! First house we have stayed in this neighborhood that had this great addition! One feedback if you could add some additional frying pans that would be awesome! Thank you ! Loved the screened porch!
