Walk to DOLPHIN QUAY,TOWN CENTRE, MARINA/CINEMA/ EASTERN FORESHORE/ SILVER SANDS TAVERN & SHOPPING CENTRE. WALK TO CRAB FESTIVAL/ PERFORMING ARTS/ BARS/ RESTAURANTS/ MARKETS/CANAL CRUISES,/STRETCH FESTIVAL FIREWORKS SHOWS. BOAT RAMP NEARBY. TRAIN STATION AND BUSES CLOSE FOR DESTINATION PERTH. Plenty of parking and room for boat. Main house has 4 bedrooms and the villas next door both have 2 bedrooms Ideal to for up to 20 guests Leave the car in the driveway. Town Beach across the road. Upmarket & casual dining at Marina & Town Boardwalk. Five minute stroll to Silver Sands supermarket, newsagents, shops & tavern with well priced meals. We expect all visitors staying at our properties to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. Dogs are welcome by negotiation and many beaches within the City of Mandurah are dog friendly where no leash is needed. The beach across the road is dog friendly. We expect animals to be kept outside and all properties have undercover areas to keep your pets dry and safe.

A great house for a large family that struggles to get together. Layout is great facilities can't fault. Great heating, hot water, great shower heads, comfy couches, large bbq. Completely stress free and awesome location walking distance to most places. Areas to all come together and areas to get your own space.

Jennifer allowed us to reschedule due to an unexpected covid case ruining our plans. Excellent communication and helped with every query we had. The house was large/clean and very accomodating to what we needed. Would highly recommend!

Everything worked well. We were a large family group (13 adults 5 children). Our host was very supportive throughout and took our requests in her stride (thanks). Close to town and beach. Would book again :-)

A big enough house and yard to relax as well , great dining and kitchen area for group meals , clean well equipped house boasting a new twist on the ambient feeling of a Mandurah classic beachhouse we will definitely stay again - Cat Mcmillan

Myself and a group of 25 others stayed at this property for six wonderful nights, and we loved every minute of it! The two houses are located conveniently close to each other and the beach is the shortest walk away - making this an ideal spot for a relaxed ocean getaway. The houses were lovely and spacious and fit 13 people easily in each one, with space for even more! Communication with the manager was amazing and the properties had everything we needed. Overall it was a delightful stay and would highly recommend, especially to large groups!

Myself and a group of 25 others stayed at this property for six wonderful nights, and we loved every minute of it! The property needs some love but was clean and presentable, so it didn't matter. It is so close to the beach and easy walk to Sharkys and Simmos. Relaxed stay with beautiful sunsets. We all had a great time.

80th birthday celebrations
Very accessible and close to beach and local entertainment. Very clean . One toilet could do with a lock on inside instead of outside door. All my family and guests had a wonderful time and congratulated me on my choice of venue.

Lovely Beach Retreat.
Very close the the Mandurah foreshore and the beach. Very spacious and has everything you need . Also close to a 4x4 track and a large backyard. The owners are very good to communicating with when I had questions. The house could use with some love (paint and a few repairs (holes in roof) ) but it dosent detract from the stay and the atmosphere it has. Will recommend this place to others.

We have an Annual family get-away. With 3 generations to accomodate this property was perfectly set up for our needs. Loved the proximity to the beach and Dolphin Quay.

Great place to stay with a big family
The house was great. So many different spaces for family to spend time in. Lots of bedding, big kitchen and tables. The beach was across the road and the harbour and supermarkets around the corner.

Family Xmas get together
under average. Air con in one of the units was not working although owner was good in attending to it. My family spent one night there and slept on mattresses on floor in the main house. Only aircon in main living area, nothing in bedrooms. 42 degree heat and this was not the ideal place to stay. Floors were really dirty and we had a few freindly ants and cockroaches that came to visit. Owner was happy to refund rent of the unit with aircon not working for the one night that we were there so were pleased with that.

Great location for a great weekend getaway
We had a great weekend at Yown beach house. Great location only metres from the beach and plenty of room for our large group. Will definitely stay again!
