The Space Private and newly updated home located on Royal Street in the Marigny area. Two separate bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, comfortable living room, great kitchen with all new appliances, washer and dryer in unit and much more. Queen Bedroom Private Queen bedded bedroom located at the back of the home is comfortably furnished, offering seating, closet with hanging storage and full bathroom with standing shower. Double Bedroom Private double bedded bedroom is ideal for guests to enjoy a great night’s rest. Sliding barn doors open off home’s hallway to this bedroom. Plenty of storage available in dresser and closet. Living Room Living room is comfortably furnished with ample seating, flat screen smart tv with cable television and roku. Kitchen Newly renovated kitchen with energy smart appliances. Fully stocked with coffeemaker, cookware, dishware and utensils. Nice, modern and clean. Living room chairs uncomfortable. No check in or checkout instructions. No instructions on how to run a/c or heat

Authentic new orleans property
We loved this property and it was the perfect size for our small family. We felt what it was like to be part of the neighborhood, close enough to the quarter, but safe area. It was clean and just as described. Wish we had more time there!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in New Orleans! This house was the perfect 'base camp' for exploring the city and enjoying the music along Frenchmen Street. Far enough away from Bourbon St to escape the madness, but close enough to venture into the Quarter for the restaurants and shopping...and participating in the madness when we wanted. The house was well stocked for our needs and the beds were comfy. Showers were a little tight, but we made do. The only 'downside' was being right up against the alley to the cafe/bar next door. They are up early getting things ready for the day, but the sound machines in the rooms helped with drowning out the noise.
We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to Kay for being in touch and helpful with questions prior to arrival and during the trip.

Great spot for Frenchmen St & the Quarter
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in New Orleans! This house was the perfect 'base camp' for exploring the city and enjoying the music along Frenchmen Street. We rented this home for a couple's weekend and had a blast! The convenience of Frenchmen Street with bars and restaurants was perfect. A small walk to the French Quarter was totally ideal. Each evening we grabbed a glass of wine and sat outside to take in the local vibe. We all agreed we loved the house and the amenities. Would rent again!
