COMPLETELY RENOVATED OCEANFRONT CONDO!! St. Simons Island is a quaint village on the Atlantic Ocean that boasts huge live oaks dripping with Spanish moss, marshland views and nature at its best. This historic place has excellent restaurants and wonderful shops as well as bicycle trails, golf courses and tennis courts. The beach itself is very wide, ideal for walking, biking, flying kites, playing games or just relaxing. The famous King and Prince Resort was voted "Georgia's Favorite Beach Resort" by the readers of Southern Living. You can affordably stay at this resort in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front condominium which is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. The balcony features wonderful views and ocean breezes. The condominium complex offers a private pool, hot tub, gas grills and secure, gated parking. The unit has its own assigned covered parking space. Our guests can walk to the village and the pier on the beach or back roads. Some of the best restaurants on the island and bike rental are located just a couple of blocks from the unit. King & Prince Resort: Offering 2 and 3 bedroom oceanfront and ocean view condominiums at a world-class resort. You will have access to all of the King & Prince Resort amenities including pools and jacuzzi, outdoor gas grills, the Grill/Dining Room in the lobby of the King & Prince Hotel, fitness room, business center, tennis courts, and access to Hampton Golf Club. We had a great stay at 449 King and Prince. The unit was clean and attractive. Very comfortable beds, great view and all the amenities we needed/wanted. Only problem was an out-of-order elevator when we arrived. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. We will definitely stay again.

The villa was spotless!! It was beautifully decorated!! It had everything you could possibly need in this condo!! The kitchen was well equipped!! The view was absolutely breathtaking!! The sunrises and sunsets were amazing!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee and relaxing. The food at Echo was superb with great ocean views! We came for grandparent’s day with our grandsons and stayed 4 nights and loved every minute of our visit with them!! My only complaint is the king size mattress was too soft for us. It also had a hump in the middle. It might need to be turned around or flipped over. But other than that it was perfect!! We look forward to staying there again!!

Beach bliss.
We needed some beach time - and this property hooked us up. Perfect location for sunrise walks and sunset swims in the ocean. And nice to be able to end the day with a dip in the pools of the King & Prince Resort.

perfect family getaway
This condo is amazing!! Updated, spacious, and well equipped. The view from the balcony was our favorite. The beach is stunning! Lots for our family to do: walks, swim, beach, dinner & ice cream in the evening...so fun for all ages! This was our first time in SSI - we will definitely be back soon!

We love our condo and since the weather was mostly on the cool side, we missed not having a fireplace in working order. We also were very upset with the working condition ( on and off ) of the two new elevators which were being isstalled when we arrived Feb. 28th.

We loved our stay at King and Prince. The 2 bedroom unit was exactly as described and you could tell it had recently been redone in the past few years and has been very well taken care of. The views are amazing and the unit is very comfortable and private. We loved having the option of the beach just steps away or spending time at the pool, also just steps away. We rented bikes one day and spent a great day on the trails and around town. Georgia Coast Realty was very easy to deal with and very professional. This was our first visit to St. Simons and it certainly won't be our last!

Wonderful condo! Beautifully decorated! The view is spectacular with the most amazing sunrises. Great kitchen area with cooking essentials well supplied. Spacious and elegant. You can hear the ocean even with the sliding door closed in the bedroom. Very soothing at night! Great breeze on balcony. I would definitely stay here again!
