We have designated quiet hours outdoors which are from 10p - 7a each night to limit any excessive noise across the lakes to our neighbors. * Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds. *In place of a security deposit, we require all guests staying at the property to purchase a $99 property damage protection waiver which covers up to $10,000 in damage with a $0 deductible. * If you are entitled to a refund per the cancellation policy listed at the time of your reservation, we reserve the right to retain a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee will be calculated based on what has already been paid to date toward your reservation.
