About this bed and breakfast

Located in Cherokee Reservoir, this charming bed and breakfast for $171 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. One bedroom, (two bed), one bathroom guest house on Cherokee Lake. House is fully furnished with private boat ramp and dock on the property that you can use. Great lake front location right off Hwy 25 on gated private peninsula. Located about 30 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains. Ample parking for any type of boat or jet ski you may have. Enjoy swimming, fishing, jet skiing, canoeing, right in your back yard. The guest house is located right next to our main house and is actually under the patio that you see in the pictures. The guest house can accommodate up to 5 people, so please limit the number of cars parked on the property to three. Outside guest who are not staying in the guest house are not allowed without prior approval. Wifi is now available as well. We are definitely pet lovers, but due to some guests not following our pet policy and ruining our furniture, we no longer will be allowing pets.

Absolutely amazing. Lisa and Jason are the nicest people you will ever met. Had the pleasure of meeting Lisa’s parents and other family members as well. You won’t met a nicer family. After boating all afternoon they were at the boat dock and helped us with our boat. So kind and generous. Absolutely love this place and family. We already booked for next year our 25 th anniversary. Place is so clean and breath taking views. This is our new happy place. When we come to Tennessee this is where we will be. Thank you again Lisa and Jason can’t wait to see you next year . We loved being able to dock our boat. SUP & kayak a real bonus. Beautiful space with an incredible view. I’m afraid we didn’t find the beds comfortable at all. 😕 This is our 3rd visit to Cherokee Lake and definitely the best VRBO.

We came into town for my brother's wedding and chose this location because it was close to family. I'm so glad we did! This was a very relaxing and tranquil respite after constant activities during the day. And the beautiful views of the lake that greeted us every morning were amazing. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a relaxing lake stay or a place to unwind after busy days.

Lisa and Jason went above and beyond to make sure we felt like we were at “home”…We celebrated our 10th Wedding anniversary here and we were surprised with a cake and sign upon arrival…Lisa was quick to answer any question or accommodations…And the dogs on the property are the sweetest welcoming babies… Hands down the best place we stayed and most beautiful views!!…We’ll definitely be visiting again!

Man am I happy we found this gem. It's really difficult to tell on some listings what lake access is like. This house is legit right on the lake. A short walk down the steps to the deck or a short walk down the hill to the dock. The guest house itself worked perfectly for us. We brought some food for meals and had no issues making what we wanted with what was supplied. There are plenty of pots/pans/dishes and a dishwasher to make cleanup simple. The views from inside or outside are incredible. We have already booked our follow up trip to hopefully have better luck with the weather.

This is a hidden gem. From the moment we pulled in we were in love. We felt so secure not needing to be aware of our surroundings or worried about getting anything stolen. My husband left his boat in the water the entire time. He loved the lake access. The guest house is gorgeous. Lisa keeps it very nice. The decor has kind of a rustic yet modern appeal and Lisa keeps it well stocked. I had to contact her several times with questions and she was as pleasant as could be. Very nice people and a very nice stay. We'll definitely be going back. Absolutely loved it. :)

This property is flawless. Our hosts were the nicest and most accommodating folks ever! You can just hang out on the desk or the dock, or find a multitude of activities and attractions within reasonable distances. Elrod Falls is just one quick and easy example. If you bring a boat or other water toys, you'll pretty much have no reason to leave the local area, but there are tons of places to explore on the water. Overall, I would recommend this property in the highest regard! Thank yoy Lisa and Jason we had an absolutely fantastic time!

This was our second time staying in the property and we enjoyed it so much that we can’t wait to come again! The property is lovely and spotlessly clean. This place was wonderful! Peaceful, private and beautiful. I was worried at first that renting the guest house would not have as much privacy as we are used to. That was not even a issue. Owners gave us complete privacy but were there if we needed them. I would come back to this beautiful property in a second!

Many thanks to Lisa and Jason! The guest house is wonderful--very quiet and private inside, while also attached to a lively lake scene. Lisa could not have been kinder or more hospitable. We walked their property and enjoyed the chance to meet the (very sweet!) dogs. The location is great--adjacent to Highway 25, so easy to get where we wanted to as we explored the area. We enjoyed cooking a few meals and also had a few meals out. Beautiful scenery, very comfortable, clean, and spacious place to stay, terrific hosts.
