I really didn't like much about this property. Whilst the street address would appear to be a good location, the tiny apartment itself was at the bottom of a building with an awful and noisy tiny dark courtyard view. It was my 2nd worst accommodation in 4 months of travelling, and as soon as I finally opened the door from the street into the dark tiny courtyard, my heart sank.

The location was great.
The apartment was damp and smelt very musty. We washed some clothes and hung them up and even with the fan on them for 2 days they didn’t dry. We had booked for 4 days but only stayed 2 days before finding other accommodation because of the dampness of the apartment. It was very bad and it should be addressed but the owners.

Amazing location in city centre on the river - yet extremely quiet. Comfortable throughout. Great area for eating.

The location was wonderful and the apartment was very tastefully fitted out. Communication with the hosts was super easy and all my worries were sorted out immediately. Late check-in worked a treat.
The apartment is beautiful and well located - just a bit dark during the day! But I imagine that it is wonderfully cool when it gets into proper summer, so not a huge criticism.

Great location, full support from the owner, from emails with info, WhatsApp and when needed he called me to help. Lots of information about how to get there, where to go and places to eat. I was unsure about the lock via a link but it worked well and saved carrying keys around. The flat had everything we needed for our stay.

Location couldn't have been better, grocery store nearby and plenty of good restaurants also
Nothing major.. my only quibble was that the heaters were working hard to heat the appartement, but it was freezing outside during our stay, but it was okay inside

Initially I was a bit worried about accessing the appartment, because it involves a charged phone and various online keys. I could see that this might create some issues; however all worked really well for me and the hosts had provided a lot of prior information / photos / details of how to contact them if anything went wrong. And they made contact a few times throughout the stay to check all was well and keep us up-to-speed on checking out etc - welcome information updates.
Appartment is lovely, if (as others have noted) lacking in natural light. It is extremely clean and well-resourced. Location is great too, right down on a beautiful tree-lined street on the river and close to the university, main cultural, eating and shopping areas.
Could leave some more tea/coffee/ loo paper for guests..
If possible, it would be great to have an addional set of keys on entry to the appartment; I was travelling with a colleague and shared keys tied us to each other more than we might have liked. This is probably not an issue for most people who would choose to stay here.

Very good location, close to lots of restaurants and close to the river. The property had everything we needed.
Entering the first time was a bit tricky, otherwise nothing. Not the fault of the property, but we were pickpocketed on arrival at the airport - dampened our stay in Toulouse somewhat.

Everything you need for a short stay. The host was there at the end of WhatsApp / Text Msg to answer any questions. Lock on apartment door was very Futuristic 😀
There are plenty of local grocery shops within 5 mins ideal with this being a self catering apartment too.
Will have no issue is staying at this property whenever we revisit the area.

Brilliant location (apart from parking) right in the city centre, easy to access all the main tourist locations, restaurants, and shops.
Equipped with everything needed, including full kitchen and bathroom utensils.
Comfy bed, modern decor.
A damp smell throughout the apartment. Could do with a full length mirror. But they're only minor problems, particularly as I guess most people would use it like us just as a base to sleep and store stuff, we're not spending all day there.
The main problem is parking: don't come here in a car! The parking manages to be both expensive *and* far away (25 minute drive in normal traffic, 10 minute walk), at least in other major cities you have a choice between expensive *or* distant! We managed to get a coveted spot close to the apartment to unload only by arriving before 8am, any later than that (even after 10pm) and there's no chance. Of course this isn't the fault of the apartment owners, but Toulouse has proved significantly harder as a driver and cyclist than any of the other French cities we've stopped at.

You can't beat this location! Exit the building and you find yourself with the most stunning view of the river, bridges and the other side of Toulouse. Everything is within walking distance. Nightview is equally beautiful!
I only missed some daylight in the apartment, but overall not significant.
