Sue was so friendly and helpful despite having broken her ankle earlier that week! The beds were very comfortable and I had a very refreshing and shower in the morning before heading to the nice little cafe across the road for brekky.
Nothing could've been better as the stay fulfilled all our requirements

Ingen frukost

Nice comfortable room, travelling with my mum. The room also had a microwave, oven, running water, kettle etc. Came in very handy. Selection of toilets on the stairs. The hosts kindly let us check in early as we had been travelling a few days from Ireland. Much appreciated.

Was very warm and comforting. Staff where absolutely lovely !

The hostess was wonderful. The room was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Lovely rooms.
The glass door on the bathroom was a bit intrusive. There were roadworks outside which meant that there was noise in the morning.

The breakfast was quite satisfactory and well cooked.

The location was great, the host was super friendly, there was a fan in the room which was good as it was hot, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was nice. The windows were great at keeping the sound of the main road out.
The floor was a bit dusty, the shower/toilet room was very small and the doors were hard to close, would be good to have the sugar and milk replenished and towels washed. Would be good to have more plug sockets too.

Cosy room - home from home. Friendly host. Bedding clean and fresh. Bathroom clean and modern with added bonus of toiletries in room to save environmental waste. Very convenient location for town centre and University campus, all walking distance.
No parking near site (we were aware of this beforehand but bear in mind the added expense if driving)

Great location, close to the city centre. Wonderful host. I only stayed for one night but the room was everything I needed. Would happily stay again when I'm in Guildford next.

Lovely host with a warm welcome. Good location, with plenty of amenities nearby.
Many dog hairs found on bedding and in the kitchen area, in the fridge and on cutlery. Top floor shower room was overcome with mould.

Sue was extremely friendly and helpful.

- The owner has been very friendly and helpful to us.
- bathroom door: had no handles and was therefore difficult to open in one direction or close completely. In addition, it was a glass door, so that the partner sees (and hears!) When going to the toilet.
- Very dirty: on arrival the toilet was smeared from top to bottom with feces (!) and the bathroom was also otherwise visibly uncleaned (long hair in the shower, pubic hair on the floor, slime in the sink and an indefinable mass on the glass door). The rest of the room was also not vacuumed (crumbs, leaves and dirt on the carpet).
- Very noisy because located on a main road with almost constant traffic.
- No power outlets accessible: we later found a charging option behind a bed that we had to move off and one Behind the TV. Both very difficult to reach.
- Service: we have said that the room should not be made, since we are only a few days on site. This was skipped several times and seemed like an unpleasant control.

Nicely Decorated Rooms, kindly put in a Smart TV for the 2nd Night .
A couple of items were broken in the Shower Room. The one bathroom towel holder was falling off the wall and a couple of lights kept flashing when in the Shower Room. No Parking, but could park for 2 hrs on Rd, all day Sunday and after 6pm or 9pm , depending on which road you parked on.

Perfect for our stay!

had everything we needed, comfy beds,
LARGE beautiful towels ♥️, tea coffee milk cookies and even a bottle of wAter (something no one does anymore) lovely host
traffic noise ( but didn’t worry us)
a lot of youth out and about all night (which we thought was unusual for a Monday night) but we did have our window open. I think our room is the only room at the front so others would prob be quieter.

Not much i didn’t like really.

Nicely decorated room. Sweet-smelling sheets. Kitchenette with coffee sachets is a plus. Enough space. Friendly host.
Noisy room on the road side. (Nr. 6) After closing the window it was okay. Ticking clock was annoying. One single bed was definitely of lesser quality than the other. Shower in the hallway was fine except for a bit of mold.

Sue the host is very welcoming and friendly. The house is very quiet and the room was nice and the bed very comfy. The location is ideal within walking distance to all the amenities and train station

Great communication and accommodation for different check in timings.
It was overpriced for what we got.
