Sea N Candy is in the perfect location only 100 meters to the beach with shops, restaurants and cafes a little further along Dromana foreshore. Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay & the behaviour & activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply. The Space: A spacious home with beautiful natural light and plenty of comfortable places to enjoy your time away with family or friends. The two levels of living offer an upstairs with large lounge and big screen TV, dining area for 10 people, balcony with spectacular views, and a very functional kitchen. Also upstairs is the Master bedroom with queen bed, TV, WIR and Ensuite. Downstairs there are a further two bedrooms (1 with a queen bed, 1 with 2 sets of single bunks), a second bathroom, a small powder room, a laundry, and a spacious 2nd lounge/games room which includes a sofa bed and can be closed off for a 4th bedroom area. Wifi is available for guests as well as the double garage and driveway parking. Doonas and pillows are supplied and we are able to arrange a hire linen pack at an extra charge if you are unable to bring your own linen and towels. Long term rentals welcome. No Schoolies or Party style bookings If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment. The beach was literally outside the front door and shops were walking distance. Great location highly recommend for big families.
