가격은 저렴하지만 룸 컨디션은 올드타운의 더 비싼 숙소보다도 좋습니다. 방안에는 따스하게 햇살이 들어오고 욕실도 크고 욕조도 좋습니다.
로비, 룸 클리닝, 식당 직원 모두 친절하고 전문적입니다. 작은 요청사항도 항상 잊지 않고 꼼꼼하게 챙겨줍니다.
수영장은 크지 않아도 아늑한 느낌을 주고 편안합니다. 조식은 요리 한 가지와 빵, 과일이 제공됩니다. 아침마다 신선하고 맛있는 요리를 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다.
호이안하면 가장 먼저 떠오르는 것이 lime villa라 할 정도로 만족스러웠습니다!

Lovely rooms and great swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious and all freshly prepared. The villa is around a 15 minutes drive from Hoi An old town so you need to get taxi’s. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful, thank you!
There were a huge amount of mosquitoes downstairs and in the corridors, even during the day. No one else seemed to mind but we get bitten terribly and it made us a little uncomfortable to use the shared spaces.

The place itself is beautiful. The owners are lovely and happy to help. The breakfast is very good. Clean. Located between the beach and the town in a quiet area.

La localisation est top, au calme et non loin de la plage. La location de vélo gratuité est un vrai plus et nous a permis de passer 3 jours à pédaler dans les alentours. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, plat chaud à la demande. Le personnel est au petit soin et très chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont géniaux et nous on bien aide dans la recherche d’activité tout en nous partageant leurs propres expériences.

The hotel is managed by a very nice Italian couple, the structure is very clean and smells of lemon, the rooms are cleaned daily and there was not the slightest sign of dust
The swimming pool is the icing on the cake to relax after a day in the old city.
The breakfast buffet is plentiful and of good quality
The property offers free bicycles or the possibility of renting a motorbike. The staff is also super helpful and quick to help you with any problems you have during your stay

Sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit Duschkabine, bisher in Vietnam eine Seltenheit. Toller Blick in den Innenhof mit Pool. Leckeres Frühstück mit selbstgemachter Marmelade, Joghurt und frischen Früchten.
Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal mit Tipps für die Umgebung.

Soggiorno in struttura rilassante, confortevole, addirittura familiare. Fin dall’arrivo lo staff è gentile e disponibile, pronto a fornire informazioni e trovare soluzioni sia per il soggiorno in struttura sia per la visita dei luoghi più interessanti di Hoi An e dintorni. La villa si trova a circa 3 km dal centro, questo la rende perfetta per chi desidera pace e silenzio, nella cornice naturale offerta dalle risaie circostanti. Il centro storico è comunque facilmente raggiungibile con una bicicletta (gratuita) o un motorino da noleggiare direttamente in struttura. Le stanze sono pulite, ampie, luminose e dotate di tutti i confort necessari, anche per lunghe permanenze. Struttura adatta anche per nomadi digitali che cercano tranquillità, connessione internet veloce e un ambiente comodo in cui lavorare. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dall’ottima cucina che si può gustare a colazione, con piatti preparati sul momento e un ricco buffet, oppure con una cena vietnamita privata su prenotazione.

Il soggiorno in questa struttura è andato ben oltre le mie aspettative. Si trova a 3km dal centro di Hoi An ma è facilmente raggiungibile con le biciclette messe a disposizione gratuitamente, oppure noleggiando un motorino, è adatta a chi vuole trovare un po’ di relax. L’ambiente è piacevole, stanze grandi e pulite complete di tutto, frigo, tv, acqua calda, scrivania. Sono nomade digitale e ho trovato particolarmente adatta alle mie attività l’area comune con tavoli ampi, spine elettriche e ottima visuale luminosa sulla piscina. Internet veloce (140mbps) in tutta la struttura. Staff simpatico e disponibile per ogni esigenza, è possibile fare prenotazioni dei bus o corsi direttamente in reception. Colazione strepitosa cucinata al momento. È anche possibile organizzare una cena privata tipica vietnamita direttamente in villa se non si vuole uscire. Consigliato anche per lunghe permanenze.

Normaal gesproken zou ik geen 10 geven, maar dit hotel overtreft echt alles. De hartelijk en warme ontvangst van Kim was uitmuntend. Bij aankomst stond Kim klaar met een warme glimlach en een kopje koffie wat heel erg welkom was na een busrit van 15u. Ook is ze steeds bereikbaar via whatsapp, wat een veilig gevoel gaf. De kamer was zeer netjes, het bed was immens groot en de matras was heel zacht = geweldig! De badkamer had een douche en een bad waar ik enorm van genoten heb. Pluspunt is een balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad. Het hotel is wat verder gelegen van het centrum, maar op zich is het maar een uurtje wandelen of je kan gebruik maken van een gratis fiets. Met de taxi is het amper 10 minuutjes. Buiten Kim is het andere personeel ook erg vriendelijk alsook de eigenaars! Het ontbijt is lekker, wordt a la minute voor je klaargemaakt en ruime keuze. Als ik terugkeer naar Hoi An verblijf ik met veel plezier terug in dit hotel.

De ruime schone kamer, het fijne bed en de luxe badkamer, een goed verzorgd ontbijt, de fietsen die we zo konden gebruiken en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel maakten het met elkaar voortreffelijk. De afstand tot strand en Hoi An is prima op de fiets te doen, leuk ook om te fietsen.

We loved the breakfast in the morning with the fruits, a meal we chose from the menu and some toasts. The room itself was great with a big and comfortable bed. We also enjoyed a lot the bath. The staff was really nice and making sure we had everything we needed. We can rent bikes for free to go to the beach or the city centre. And they also can organize to rent a motorcycle for you. We really had the possibility to relax here, which was exactly what we needed. Thank you.
It might be a bit out of the city centre but we knew about that. You can still easily go with the bikes or with the motorcycle. So if you look for a quiet place not too far from the centre, this is the best place to be.

Wonderful staff, great value for money. We lived at Lime Villa for three weeks, and would definitely stay again :-)
Other than the location being a little remote relative to old town, we couldn't ask for a better place to stay!
