Guests love this home. 760 Ocean Blvd is located in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from the beach. It's beautifully landscaped and gated. The master bedroom is on the ocean side with a balcony for enjoying the view or leaving the doors open to hear the waves crash. There is a balcony off of the living room on the ocean side as well. The condo offers a great kitchen, large laundry room, and the second bedroom and bath are equally as large as the master. With a pool and within walking distance of the Village and restaurants. Less than 0.1 Miles to Beach The condo is on the 2nd floor and is accessible by Elevator. Includes Wireless Internet. Bedding - Master Bedroom - 1 King. Flat-screen TV. Guest Bedroom - 1 King. Flat-screen TV. Living Room - New Sleeper Sofa. Flat Screen TV. Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation. 1 roll1 of toilet paper per bathroom 1 roll of paper towels 2 trash bags 2 laundry detergent pods 2 dishwasher soap pods Cancellation Policy: 60+ days from arrival - 100% refund 31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund 0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee (without exception, even for same-day cancellations) To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance. Deposit Policy: $500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. We cannot allow pit bulls. Spacious, clean, lovely condo. Master bath exceptional. Large size w/d. Both beds and all pillows very uncomfortable. If you plan to cook bring your own knives. Only 2 full-size glasses. View of ocean limited but enough to enjoy from balcony and close enough to hear the waves. Didn't discover until the day we were leaving that we needed to enter the door code to lock the door when departing. Nice feature, actually, we just didn't know about it.

This building is in a perfect location. Beach view and walk to village.Gated parking assigned under the building is an added bonus. Main bedroom wall to wall carpet needs replacement to more suitable flooring. Could be tripping hazard as it is badly wrinkled and beyond cleaning, repair. Kitchen needs teaspoons, and yellow vase in main bedroom cracked severely. The dispenser for ice and water not operating on the refrigerator. However, the unit was very comfortable from the bed to furnishings. Balcony was great. Also, the caulk lining the kitchen sink is black. Needs bleach.

Spacious condo; furnishings somewhat dated but comfortable. Very clean. Convenient parking and elevator.Nice neighborhood with open ocean view. We would rent again. Please replace the primary bedroom carpet— it detracts from the overall attractiveness of the condo!

Absolutely perfect vacation. Wonderful ocean views and breeze from balcony. Unit was large and comfortable. Had everything thing we needed. Just a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Rented a golf cart and explored the island. All the local restaurants were absolutely wonderful, wonderful small town feel. Saw dolphins from the beach, pier was close by. Couldn't have asked for more. St. Simons is the best. 2nd time in this rental and will definitetly rent again. Pet friendly which is a must. Five stars.....beautiful location..

The complex is small and gated. Very easy to access with under the building reserved parking. Unit was clean and comfortable. Overall very nice. Location was perfect. Kitchen needed a few more drinking glasses.

Our condo was very nice, clean and had nice view of the ocean.It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was somewhat busy when we were there in may but was getting much more crowded the day we left. This is a lovely island but does not have much beach and the tides come during the day to the large rock in some areas so you have to be careful when you go out on the beach.

Took my parents for this visit and the condo was perfection. Very spacious, quiet, and so nice that we could take our little dog. The only problem we ran into was the TV in the main area would only allow streaming. Such a tiny problem but my dad wanted to watch golf. I will book this one again!

Beautifully decorated condo with great beach view from large balcony . Able to see large ships cruise by and hear the ocean waves. Lovely tree lined street. A great location to beach ...short walk to village shops and restaurants. The write up on Vrbo said pool not working but it was.

The unit’s carpet was really nasty. The pet stains were just horrible. Unit is advertised as pet friendly, but this was unacceptable. Won’t rent this unit again. Really love the location and plenty of room in these units. Choose another unit.

This condo fits our family perfectly. Great location, large rooms and always clean. We have stayed in 202 several times and will be back! One note would be the pool was not open during our stay. If the pool is important then you may want to inquire before booking.

It is a great location and a great condo. There needs to be updates to furniture in living room, carpets in bedrooms, and small appliances. It is a wonderful location with great beach view. With updates it would be perfect. We still had a great time and owner and rental company were very responsive.

My family loved the location, the size of the unit, and the amenities. The only negatives were that the carpets were dirty from the previous renters, but management was very prompt in sending a company to clean the carpets. Also, the unit appeared somewhat dated in the type of furniture within the unit. Overall, I would say this property falls into the 'Good' (not 'Excellent') rating category.

This is my favorite condo complex on the island. We have stayed in 2 different condos in the same property and they have been exceptional. Cleanliness is top notch, everything you need is there and the short walk to the beach is perfect. Management is always excellent (we never needed anything other than a code and it was provided right away).

This is my favorite condo complex on the island. We have stayed in 2 different condos in the same property and they have been exceptional. This unit has a beautiful view off the balcony and, to not be sitting directly on the beach, you can still hear the waves. The rooms in this condo are huge! There were only 3 of us but easily could have slept 6 comfortably. The decor could use some updating but that would be my only complaint! We had an issue with the combination lock on the door but that was fixed immediately upon reporting it. We will definitely be going back to SSI and will rent here if possible!

My wife and I visited SSI for the first time last week and picked this property based on the location and reviews. We could not be more satisfied with both the island and the property. As other reviewers have noted, this property is significantly larger than the standard 2 bedroom condo and would very comfortably accommodate 2 couples. The unit is well-appointed with comfortable furniture/beds, great kitchen, flat-screen TVs, and good wifi. Being within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, parks, and the pier is a big plus. While we had no need to interact with property managers, I feel confident that they would have been responsive. Check-in/check-out instructions and directions to the condo were clear and accurate. Our favorite restaurant was the Indigo Coastal Shanty in Brunswick. It's not on the island, but only a short drive away. Low key, great food. We also liked the Half Shell (seafood) and the Red Barn (steak). All in all, we had a great visit and have already planned to return in the fall.
