This townhouse at Key Colony Point is a beautiful holiday location. Key Colony Point is at the corner of Marathon, so you have an amazing view over the Atlantic to watch breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day. The fully furnished condo is located directly at the beach and offers three bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, a separated modern bathroom and a walk-in closet. The Master Bedroom is additionally equipped with a flat screen TV and sliding glass doors leading to the second floor balcony and amazing overlook ocean. The first guest bedroom located on the second floor provides additionally a TV. The second guest bedroom which is located on the first floor adjoins to the backside balcony. The fully equipped and brand new renovated kitchen and the rambling living and dining room are placed on the first floor and connect to the waterside balcony. Feel free to enjoy stunning sunsets and a wonderful direct view over the pool area and the Atlantic Ocean. Furthermore you can enjoy private access to two beaches, relishing elongated beach promenades, a pool area containing one swimming pool and one Jacuzzi, a tennis court with the opportunity to play basketball as well and several outdoor barbecue areas. The property is also a lovely place for fishing at the Key Colony Point’s private pier or snorkeling, with a great variety of fishes, coral reef and other beautiful sea animals. Many places of excursions like Key West, Theater of the Sea and the Everglades are within short reach. Had a great family vacation at Key Colony Point. The property is very nice and the condo is large and appointed well. Management was excellent and the process to rent was very easy. My family had a wonderful time and hopefully we will be back soon.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at KCP. The condo is beautiful and just as pictured. The grounds are lovely and so relaxing, whether we were at the pool or one of the beaches. We had a fantastic time! Looking forward to visiting again.

My wife and I took our 2 kids and her parents to the Keys for a week. Outstanding location at KCB. Everything you need is so close. Condo was as advertised, fantastic pool, tennis court, basketball, pier.
Only cons were there was not much of a beach to hang with the kids.
Other than that, great experience! Thanks KCP @ KCB!

We enjoyed the location, pool and wonderful dock. We fished off it and enjoyed amazing sunsets, too. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the lower balcony off the living room. The bathroom were luxurious and we had all the linens we needed. We appreciated the washer dryer to dry towels and suits after some fun. The screened in lower level was a surprise and super convenient for storing fishing gear and drying towels, etc. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets in the master were older and pilling. That was our major complaint, if the beds were updated we’d totally stay again!

Took our 18 to 25-year old children and son brought his girlfriend. We went scuba diving, fished of the dock, went to Key West, hung out at the pool, bicycled and ate some great food! We wanted to snorkel and kayak, but the wind was just too much and the operators canceled those two days.
Parking at the condo was great with a covered space plus surface for second car. The condo was fabulous with 3 BRs and 3 baths - as advertised. It is well appointed and has everything you need. This is a very

Stayed 7 nights with wife and 2 other couples, perfectly set up for that. Would highly recommend, not a single complaint

Check-in was easy. Asked about the propane tank for the grill and the manager came right over! Property & pool are very well taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked. Even little extras like some spices, laundry & dishwasher detergent, sunscreen and plenty of towels. Beds are very firm but that’s probably only my issue :) The location is great, close to restaurants, grocery & not that far from Key West. Recommend the Turtle Hospital! The walking lane on the road is great too! Rooms are huge with plenty of storage! Stairs will be an issue for someone unable to climb the stairs. Will definitely return!

I could not have asked for a better place to stay for 3 couples for a whole week! Each bedroom having a king bed and full bathroom was perfect! The location was perfect, the pool was great, the house itself was nice and just why we needed!

My friends and I decided to spend a week in the Keys for our vacation this year. Usually there is ten of us. But two couples couldn't go this year. We found this three bedroom three bath and it couldn't have worked out better. The townhouse was very clean and welcoming. It had all the amenities we needed. The pool was exceptionally clean and the were grounds keepers everyday making sure the property well maintained. We all agree this was a great place to vacation and we will return.

It was fabulous close to every thing. The condo was beautiful. The views were phenomenal. It was stocked with everything you could want. We enjoyed our week thoroughly.

Glorious vacation
I have been visiting the Florida Keys since I was 12 years old and my children their whole lives and Key Colony has always been a location as part of our visits. The location of this condo and the condo itself is perfect and will be a must stay in our future Florida Keys trips. Well stocked for cooking for a family as well as steps from the beach and pool. I felt the stress melt off immediately. Can't wait till our next visit.

Great location. Just steps from pool or beach or fishing pier. Very short drives to everything else. Very quiet area. Very clean and well kept house. Great layout for 3 couples.

The rental process was smooth, the unit was immaculate and the location was even better than we hoped for! Perfectly situated between Key Largo and Key West, there are endless adventures in this area!

This property was very nice and the view did not disappoint. Upon getting checked in, the wifi password did not work. I emailed the property manager and received no response. We finally figured out the password that was provided in the original email sent to me was incorrect. I would have expected a response to the email. Besides the wifi, the only real complaint we had was the AC was not keeping up. We were told not to have the temp below 70 and we didn't, but I assure you, at no point was it 70 degrees in the house. I suspect the AC unit is not big enough for the house. We had to buy our own toilet paper also, which I though was odd, when you are paying this much money to stay in Florida, I would expect there to be enough essentials like toilet paper. All in all this was a fabulous trip. Home owner provided noodles and floats to use in the pool, which was very nice.

Long overdue getaway
With covid it changed our plans quickly last year. We really looked forward to this getaway. It met all of our needs. It was nice to be on the water, enjoy the swimming and snorkeling opportunities and get away from the hustle of daily activities. The home was fully stocked and felt like a home away from home. We will visit again! Thank you for the hospitality.

We did our summer family vacation here the week of July 4th. We had a really great time and the condo is centrally located in the Keys (in-between Marathon and Islamorada). We drove to Key West for the day, did the aquarium one day, and there are nice restaurants right around the corner. We enjoyed our morning walks around Key Colony Beach. It's like it's own little private island. The condo was very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, The living room had ample room for our family of 5. The pool is literally right down the stairs and out of the screen door. The only downfall is there isn't much of a beach location. The facility does have beach chairs out but lots of rocks and not your typical sandy beach. Then again, it's the Keys and the water is there but you can't touch it without a boat as there are hardly any beach areas that condos actually sit on like the East Coast. The views are beautiful from the condo and pool area. The only problem we ran into was the cleaning lady was still there cleaning when we went to check in at 3:00. We left and grabbed some drinks and came back at 5:00 and she was still there. We went in anyway. There were 3 sets of king sized sheets left in the dryer, but the unit was cleaned. I'm on vaca....no laundry for me as that is what the cleaning fees' are for. I set them on top of the dryer for the next cleaning lady to fold. I would highly recommend the condo. Erika, the owner, was very nice and responded quickly to all of my questions and request. She's great. We will stay here again if we decide to come back to the Keys.
